    No stars for CDL Last Mile. Received tracking information from ** **** that CDL had my products on 12/20. Tracking stated package was in Kearny,NJ-I'm in *********. Delivery date would change every day. I contacted CDL on 12/23-automated response state that no package had been physically received. Went back & forth with them & ** ***** On 12/30 received tracking info that packaged had been delivered on 12/27. Had been home all day & the following days-no delivery & no response from company after trying to contact them.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF ENCOUNTERING!
    THREE SEPERATE DELIVERIES FROM ********* IN A ROW- THE FIRST TWO SAID DELIVERED BUT NEVER WAS (THERE ARE CAMERAS IN MY LOBBY THAT SHOW NO ONE ENTERED); THE THIRD DELIVERY THEY JUST SAID THEY NEVER GOT HOLD OF IT / JUST LOST IN THE SYSTEM- VERY SHORT AND RUDE AND NOT AT ALL REMORSEFUL. AFTER THE FIRST TWO DELIVERIES I SPOKE TO ********* CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND I ASKED - BEGGED THEM TO PLEASE CHANGE THE DRLIVERY COMPANY FOR THE LAST ORDER BUT SADLY THEY COULD NOT AND I JUST KNEW I WAS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THAT PKG. I ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ********* TO PLEASE LET THE HIGHER UPS KNOW HOW HORRIBLE CDL IS AND TO PLEASE CUT TIES.
    MY DAUGHTER ALSO HAS HAD ISSUES WITH THEM.

    One of their drivers hit my mailbox and drove away without reporting it. After seeing the incident from my security system, I saw it happen from one of there package deliveries. When reporting the damage, CDL would not address the multiple calls from the police officer for him to finish the report. When I contacted CDL for support to help in the matter, they were extremely rude and disrespectful. If you are a business looking for a delivery service avoid this company! Very poorly managed!

    They have lost my package TWICE on two separate occasions. The first time it was 2 weeks without an update, then they said it was delivered but it was not. They admitted they lost it and I had to contact the sender to re-send. The second time it was 1 week without an update, they contacted me yesterday that they would reattempt delivery within 2 business days. Now they lost my package again. I NEVER leave bad reviews, things happen. But this is the worst company I have ever used in my entire life. I told the sender I do not want to use this courier moving forward. I used to work at a low quality courier service..but even they are more competent than this company. Stay away!!!

    WARNING/ IF A COMPANY USES THIS CDL TO SHIP DO NOT PURCHASE U WILL NOT GET YOUR BOXES AND THE DRIVERS ARE THEVES!!!THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND YOU!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! BE CAREFUL!!! I ordered on November 25 to take advantage of a Black Friday / Thanksgiving sale, and I ordered an expensive skirt, I never spend that much on one piece of closing but I figured I work hard and I earned it, my initial purpose was to purchase a gift for a friend’s birthday, I purchased 2 toddler outfits for her twins. I never receive my order, it says delivered. I’m in a ****** *** group with my neighbors and we always look out for each other! Never once have I lost a package and if ever the company always refunded! I didn’t think anything of it, I order again except I don’t have a lot of money to spend so I order just the toddler outfits and again, the same thing happens my package does not get to me!! 2 times the packages were not delivered, both times they send a blurry picture of the delivery that doesn’t even show the door number of the home, I have been calling customer service every day for the last month and every time an hour wait, customer service telling me things I already know completely wasting my time. I call ******, what I used to pay for the items and after a month of disputing both refuse to refund me my money. I am now out $500 and am so drained from this. Never again will I purchase anything from this company. Be careful shopping here, this is your warning!! I truly believe the driver to the shipping company stole my boxes, they saw saks off 5th and said let me get some free stuff during holiday shopping who knows how many other things they must have stole. I now have installed a camera. And I now order to my work / NJ office where I am most the days!! I’m so upset!!

    Horrible company - every time a vendor has sent me a package via *** there are issues - they have stolen 2 of my packages and I am nervous to ever order from a company that uses them ever again. Please investigate this company ASAP.

    Claimed package was delivered, but it never arrived. I have a door camera and I was actually sitting near the door when they claim it was delivered, so I absolutely know that they didn't deliver the package.

    This is my first and last experience with CDL carriers I have never had an issue with package delivery until yesterday CDL driver states that he left package in front of my door but there was no package when I got home I contacted Amazon and the third party seller and showed that the package still saying it was delivered I had to go through many channels to find out CDL customer service information to make a complaint that my package was never left at my home they contacted me today showing an image of the package at my front door I'm sorry I'm going to go with my gut feeling I believe this carrier took a picture of the package and put it right back in his truck and stole my package I have never had a problem my family my neighbors have never had a problem with package delivery we have package delivered almost three to four times a week from ****** ****** ******* ***** *** but not until we deal with this off company CDL all of a sudden packages are missing and false delivery dates I'm not happy

    Company never delivered my package. They stated two different times that the delivery supposedly took place. When I called the company I ordered from they told me they were having a lot of problems with them.

    My son ordered a belt from ****** ******** and got an email saying it had been delivered on 12/7/22. We did not get the package but did get a package from **** that day, addressed to someone on a different street 1.2 miles away. I took it to her thinking she might have gotten our ****** ****. package but she had not. A few days later my son got a voicemail from another woman on a street 3/4 miles away saying she had his ****** ****. package, so I went over and picked it up. She told me that a package she had ordered was mistakenly delivered to someone on yet another street. All of the deliveries were by CDL. Fortunately, we were able to track each other down and correct all of CDL's mistakes. None of the packages were lost or stolen but the service was obviously a mess! Did some driver have a total meltdown?? Was their computer system hacked?? Who knows??
