      Saks Fifth Avenue is HORRIBLE- DO NOT purchase anything from them unless you know your item will fit as you will not hear back from them. I returned an item that arrived at ********* Avenue on September 13th. Never recieved my refund or any email updates about a refund. I reached on October 14th to customer support (who is incompetent) to check on the status of my refund and was told "your refund should have been processed by now, I am not sure what happened let me escalate this for you" no insight or details into the escalation process. Now it is October 18th and i haven't heard ANYTHING from Saks about my "escalation" and have NO ingisht or visibility into this. I reach out on October 18th since i haven't heard anything to follow up again. **************** tells me they can't do anything my case is "escalated" and I have to wait. I ask when I can expect to hear from someone about my "escalated" case and they said they can't tell me when I will hear from someone or have an update. WHAT A SCAM! That is my money that is owed back to me for my return.

      Placed an order for two dresses (same dress/different sizes) on September 5th, neither of them worked so returned both. The return was received in their warehouse on September 18th. When I called to check in on my refund they told me they have thirty days to refund your account. Fine, annoying but whatever. I called today (10/18) to check in on my refund as I was previously told that I would see the refund and be issued an email saying the refund was issued. When I called to question the status of my refund I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said it could take up to an additional 7 days for the return to be processed. And said if I don't see the refund by 10/25 they would escalate it. I have almost $1K sitting on my card waiting for a refund the be issued. I will never shop with **** again - they are robbing customers, I don't understand how they can hold onto peoples money like this. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

      If you place an order in store customer service over the phone will not help you and if you contact the stores no one ever answers the phonesaks 5th is the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Saks 5th has worst customer service than a crappy ********* store.

      This store is trying to avoid refunding my return!I made a purchase of a skims hoodie and joggers to match, the hoodie was very difficult to pull over my head, so I figured if Im having an issue now, imagine how difficult it would be after washing it! So I immediately put it back in the box as received with tags etc i went to my saks account on line and requested to return, mind you I payed for shipping $9.99 and they wanted to charge me another $9.99 to return a defective item! It was received back to saks on my tracking notification 9/11/24 I received notice from saks by email, I called because they charged me $106 total and they stated the refund amount would be $85! I had to go through so much to get them to look up my return when it should of only taken a minute with my order number I supplied immediately but it took needing all kinds of info and then putting me on hold and then coming back and stating because their store sells only the absolute best l, it will take 30 days to inspect my return!Thirty days later, I called to ask when I Would get my refund and why am I paying shipping twice. They claimed that that is their right to take up to forty days but didnt see anything in the works for my return but with about ********************************************************* get them to push it along and would send me an Email confirming that conversation.I never received an email and still have not received refund! In short fair warning ordering from any saks fifth ave! I wouldnt have ordered if I knew their ***************** store had closed, which I found out after the fact.. when I called about returning the defective item there. Obviously explains why they are closing stores, not to mention they totally **** and they are nothing but a bunch of snobs!I could buy the same item non defective with free shipping from ****** etc. with free next day Shipping!Don't waist your time with this overpriced store because you may never get your refund as me!

      I returned an item over 30 days ago. I was told by customer service that I had to wait a full month to receive my refund. It has been over a full month and I have yet to receive a refund when I called customer service they proceeded to open a case and provide me a case number And told me I had to wait another week to receive an update. I have been unable to receive my refund nor can anyone tell me an update on my case number.

      Terrible ****************** I ordered a pair of Balenciaga Sunglasses priced at $520.00. When I received the sunglasses, there was no price tag attached. Also, the handles were stretched out as if the glasses had been worn frequently. I returned them by ***** the very next day. Two days letter, I received an email that the sunglasses had been received by Saks. Two weeks later, I had not received the refund to my credit card. When I contacted the customer service, I was informed that the policy was to refund within 30 days of when Saks had received the return. I contacted customer service at the ****** point. The representative told me they were trying to catch up with the refunds because of a global outage. What global outage? Why was only Saks affected? Obviously, this is a ploy to keep funds as long as possible and inconvenience customers. I was informed then that my request would be escalated, and I need to file a claim. I was issued a claim number and informed I would receive an email to that effect. I have not received the email nor a refund. This company has atrocious online service. I have heard they wish to acquire *************************! I truly hope this is not true. ****** is a wonderful company. I have never had issues with any other online high-end store except Saks. I am a retired Air Force Officer. It's a shame that Veterans are treated with such disdain, I wish I could do more to publicize the manner in which I have been treated. Also, I believe it may be illegal to hold onto funds for this length of time after merchandise has been returned.

      ******** customer service for online orders. They will take your money from your credit card within seconds. They send an item that is defective and does not work and you send it back within 2 days and they say they will offer a refund within 30 days. They received the item through fed ex in 3 days, charge you to send a defective item back and will not refund your money. You get stuck with interest charges for the purchase while they sit on the order and do not process the refund. I will never order no shop with this horrible company again. I am an influencer and a stylist and we will never use them or their service again. Should have read all the crappy reviews on this company before i ordered. Will take it up with my credit card company.

      I would give no stars if possible. I ordered some jeans for $96 and ***** delivered them to the wrong apartment. You can tell from the ***** picture that its not my door (I even sent them a picture of my door) and they refuse to refund my money or replace the jeans because ***** GPS said it was delivered to my address. Im not saying it wasnt but it was not the correct apartment in the building. Also I received another pair of jeans and sent them back less than an hour after receiving them. They were too big and too long and they said it will take them 30 to process my refund because to have to inspect them. All the tags were on them, and they are brand new. And it takes 30 days to look at some jeans? I will never buy anything from them again.

      **** is an e-commerce company and they are holding onto refunds for up to 30 days and longer. They have done this to me also. I filed a complaint to the *** which takes complaints for bad business practices. There official return policy does not include the time they have to provide you with a refund but when you return an item I am told that's when they let you know. From my understanding they are suppose to let you know at the point of sale. I'm also going to file a complaint with the BBB and my ********. I know I will eventually get my refund but this amount of time and the way it is done is unacceptable.
