      I bought a pair of ***** sneakers for my boyfriend for Christmas, size 7, but they were a little tight, so I sent them back to exchange them for a men's size 7.5, but they sent me a women's size 7.5, so once again I returned them and asked for a men's size 7.5, and for the second and third time they sent me a women's size 7.5. I haven't been able to give my boyfriend a gift so far. I'm very disappointed.

      Purchased a pair of nice sunglasses from the website. The customer service was terrible. I asked for a refund because I never received my order. I provided proof that it got delivered to the wrong address. (I sent the photo I received from ****** and a photo of my actual doorstep that amazon has taken before,) The first time I reached out a women said I needed to make a case. I make the case, and it takes over a week to hear back. I reach out again and a woman says I can receive a refund because they never responded to my case in the 3-day window. After another week still did not receive my refund. I reached out AGAIN, someone tells me I cannot receive a refund. So frustrating to not receive an order just to pay for it in the end.

      Awful customer service . They commiting a fraud . I purchased items from **** that I shortly returned. The shipped back used items that I have never purchased from them, refused to issue a refund . I called the manager and emailed customer service department but no one cares . Wasted 200 dollars

      Buyer beware. I ordered a Les Chaines Bracelet from them costing $6500. It didn't fit my spouse and I returned it the day after Christmas well within a 30 day return window. Saks acknowledged receipt of the return. Now 33 days after they acknowledged receipt of the return and 40 days after mailing it to them, no refund. I have called a number of times and gotten "your return is being processed." ************ is withholding the refund unfairly and without justification. It does not take 40 days to process a refund. I will never do business with **** again.

      I ordered an item December 13th. I never received the item and still no refund. Ive been getting the 30 day for a refund scam policy that Saks have. This is insane and terrible customer service. I will warn anyone to not shop with **** as their customer service is the bottom of the pits of pits!

      Saks Fifth Avenue use to be the premier store for ***************** but they have bottomed out. I ordered a dress online & received a confirmation that my order was being processed. The next day I called to check the status & the customer service agent told me my order was canceled, because the item was not available. So why was I able to purchase something that wasnt available & receive an email confirmation. This is not how you operate a business.

      I would give them zero stars, if possible.The way they conduct business should be criminal. Given that they used to be such a highly regarded department store, they have now sunk to the bottom of the barrel. Their idea of customer service is practically nonexistent if you disregard the people they have instructed to mislead the customers who are seeking an honest solution to problems that Saks caused in the first place. To make a very long story short, my package from December 20, 2024 was never received by me. I spoke with Saks as soon as I was notified that my package had been delivered across the city from where it was supposed to go when the delivery driver sent me a photo.Saks assured me that they would open an inquiry about it and then credit me. They further stated on the phone that there was nothing else I needed to do. I would receive my refund.On January 4th, I received an email from Saks stating :"I am reaching out to update you regarding the trace we placed for your order # XYZ. The trace was unsuccessful. As a result, you are eligible for a merchandise not received claim on 01/04/******** will receive notification of your claim status through email. Saks strived for 5-7 business days to complete the claim investigation process. If the claim is approved, the refund credit may take up to 15 business days to reflect on your original method of payment.I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for being a Saks customer, NAME"Unfortunately, taking Saks at its word, I waited until today, more than three weeks later, to inquire about my refund, only to be told that now that I inquired again about my refund, they will once again review my request and will email over the next few ******* seems as if I am back at square one, 48 days after my initial order!This has to be illegal, or it should be. How is a business allowed to hold onto a customer's money for so long after they have totally botched a sale?

      Saks 5th Ave have no compassion and do not meet the customers expectations. The return policy is horrendous. They received my package I. 12/30/24 and it is now 1/23/25 and I have still not received my refund. It is impossible to deal with customer service. They prefer to use Chat which expires and you are dropped from the conversation. They offered the gift with purchase but u never received the gift which was mailed separately. All I am trying to do is get my refund and they just dont care. I am not planning on purchasing anything from **** in the near future.

      This is not an isolated incident, this is a group incident. ************************************** They had a good deal on November 28, 2024 during Black Friday, 85% off on *****, but there was a double Gift with Purchase and 17% cashback. The cashback was issued by them through *******. What happened next was that they sent the items I purchased first, and the Gift with Purchase process. To be honest, I didn't worry too much, but the final result was surprising. On December 18, 2024, I received an email stating that We've Canceled Your Order #***xxxxxx. I went back to check my account and found that my order was no longer visible in the account, and I couldn't return it through the web. Yes, they cancelled my GWP, but they also cancelled your order, and the cancellation of the order caused my 17% cashback to be cancelled. In the end, I only bought their ***** at 85% off? ! I found a lot of people complaining about them doing this through the Internet. I am angry that they turned the Black Friday deal into a scam.Then I couldn't return it online because the order was cancelled in my account, so I drove to their store for three hours to return it. I was told that they refused to return it because the outer packaging was incomplete. Yes, the outer packaging was incomplete, but it was not my malicious act. I didn't expect such a despicable thing to happen. I only lost part of the outer packaging! So I came here to complain to them, yes I have to do this. I swear I will never buy anything from this store again. And I will tell people that they would do such a thing, they will deceive you casually and don't want to take any responsibility!
