      Saks 5th Ave have no compassion and do not meet the customers expectations. THE customers is No longer a focal point to satisfy the customer experience. To that point, my experience with dealing with customer service and escalated to a supervision was at best horrendous, and that's putting it mildly. I was given a return shipping no# for ******* to return the ***** sneakers with the wrong size. The correct size was a 11 1/2 US - The wear house selector picked a 10 1/2 *** WRONG -SIZE. Sneakers was delivered on Nov 21st - and returned on Nov 21st. and received by SAKS on Nov 25th. As of today's date NO refund have been credited back to my credit card. MY question is why is this process is taking so long - SAKS have acknowledge receiving the sneakers back. So, why it's taking SO long to credit my credit card back. Unacceptable. The answer from SAKS: this have been escalated. WRONG ANSWER. If the problem is On there end/system - WHY DO THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO SUFFER. Never will order ANYTHING from **** - lost my confidence in ordering ANY PRODUCT in the future.

      Saks received my return of unworn, brand new merchandise purchased in October 2024, and as of December 30, I have not received a refund. This is in violation of their self-stated policy to issue refunds within 30 days.

      I ordered shoes back in September they got lost saks told me open a case with ups I did they approved it and saks was giving me the run around for 1 month telling me to wait 3-5 days every time i contacted them then I finally got a email saying there gonna refund me back to my original payment method witch was with my CC and it will take 1 billing cycle it’s been 2 billing cycles and still no refund I contact again they told me that they tried to refund my card and it declined so and they can only give me a gift card so i contacted my bank and they told me no such thing they never tried to refund me so the gift card I got is for 700 I paid 914 there telling me I got a gift card for 845 no such thing I do not have that and they refuse to show me proof of how my bank declined there refund witch I know there lying about and also they won’t show me the gift card for 845 so I need help please this is not right 5 months and I still don’t got my money back and there refusing to help me

      I purchased a silk pajama set on April 30, 2024 but only received one of the two piece pajama set. I followed the process and returned the item to Saks. I requested a refund since I no longer wanted the pajamas. Total price was $100.35. They refunded me $79.70 on May 23, 2024. I called and complained since the reason for the return was not my fault. They then refunded me $9.95 on June 20, 2024. I understood from the phone call with customer service that the remainder of my refund would be reviewed and then issued to me. It never came. I called today, December 20, 2024 to request the remainder of my refund. They told me that they don't refund shipping and it was a charge I would have to cover. After 30 minutes or so of back and forth, eventually they claimed they will send my refund for $10.70. I checked my account later in the day and they only refunded $9.95.I'm disappointed at this situation. I'm not a stranger to shopping at ****. Its not my responsibility to pay for shipping of damaged or incorrect items from the store. There are many options to choose from to shop. I won't be choosing Saks in the future.

      I bought ***** this Black Friday, when I buy it, it shows that the complimentary gift has stock, so I place the order plus complimentary gift is the reason I decided to buy from ****. However, today I was told gift was cancelled, and customer assistance cannot give me any compensation.

      I placed an order yesterday 12/17/2024. The website has banners saying order by 12 PM Dec 19th for guaranteed Dec. 24th delivery standard and expedited shipping. My tracking shows a delivery of 12/26/2024. This is completely unacceptable and considering the order was placed on the 17th, the order should come well before the 24th based off this logic. I need this for Christmas eve! I reached out to customer service I was told theres NOTHING they can do and I would have to contact the shipper to intercept the package and I would have to try to physically pick the package up myself from somewhere if I wanted it before the estimated shipping date. I told him if the package doesnt arrive BEFORE Christmas then I will be disputing the entire charge as I wont need the items anymore! I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. I asked AGAIN. And he said one would call me in 2 hours. 3 hours have passed already. Ive received NO call. Saks Off 5th if you are reading this, that banner is bait and switch! I will be disputing this entire charge if it does not arrive on the 24th! And I bought it with an **** and they let you dispute ANYTHING. Thanks for nothing. I hope you have a sad Christmas.

      During Black Friday, Saks online promoted complimentary gifts as part of a beauty purchase. After placing order on 11/29, Saks immediately emailed that the purchased item was shipping but the complimentary gifts were delayed. I contacted them via chatbot on 12/14 and they said they are still checking the status. Saks finally emailed on 12/18 to state that the gifts were cancelled. I made the purchases based on the Black Friday promotion and now it's too late to purchase elsewhere with similar offers. After contacting Saks, they said there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile, their site was offering $50 Saks GC for the same purchases. When I mentioned this on the call, the rep and supervisor both stated that is not an available substitute. This is a bait and switch to get people to buy and they are not taking any accountabilities for not delivering on the promotion. And had Saks provided an update sooner, I could have made my purchases elsewhere with similar promotions but now it's too late. The only option is returning the purchases and there is 1 physical store in NJ which is inconvenient without a car.

      HORRIBLE customer service. We have been waiting for a price adjustment for over 2.5 weeks and are still unable to get a decision. We have been hung up on by their customer service representatives MANY times, we have been disconnected from their chat representatives many times, and we are still waiting on a simple price adjustment. Also, we were unable to return the item to a saks store as they said their store merchandise and online merchandise are not connected. Worst customer service ever. I will NEVER buy from them again and our friends and family already know not to do the same.

      I returned an item 37 days ago, still no refund, every time you call them they just make up new ****. How is that even possible? This is theft from consumers. They get to keep items for god knows how long and customer is left with no items and no refund, but paying interest on the items they just returned.

      I purchased a pair of leather pants which I just received. These pants were such A HEAVY LEATHER, more like coat leather. I didn't even bother to try them on. These were purchased as final sale, which I understand, BUT the managers would not negotiate a return. Not a partial return or store credit NOTHING. They WANT TO TAKE my 300 dollars and ME take a loss for an unacceptable item! A customer SHOULD NOT eat the cost and this is another form of ROBBERY. I want this resolved and I will cancel and close my account.
