      I bought a pair of jeans only wore them around the house trying on different outfits with them I sent them back because the fit was to baggy and I wanted a refund and they sent me the jeans back denying me a refund stating that they were washed and used Im confused about it bcus they were not other then trying them on I did nothing with the jeans the same thing I would of done if I was trying them on in the store these jeans were almost $300 that they are forcing me to keep because of a false inspection they claim failed.

      Saks Fifth Avenue is the worst on line retailer I have ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive and unreasonable. I ordered two blouses On March 3 2023. It was supposedly delivered on March 8 2023. Photo shows package tossed in public are outside door next store. I did not receive it and could not locate it so sent email. Never heard back from customer service. First two times calling customer service I was cut off Finally talked to someone who took my complaint. Lest than 24 hours later received email saying they would not refund. No explanation of how to challenge. Worst ever. Do not shop there

      On February 26, 2023 I brought a pair of Burberry sandals for $860.11 for a birthday vacation. The package was suppose to be shipped on March 6, 2023 at which time Saks sent a email stating the package was shipped. I was home all day and there was no door bell ring from any delivery service. This writer went downstairs to the lobby and still no package. I attempted to call The CDL logistics delivery service but they dont not have a number, so I sent a email, to no avail did the company contact me back. So this writer call **** and told them about this issue, I was able to speak to a manager in which I was able to repurchase the shoes with a discount, so I repurchased the item. However, I was told the claim would be put in and I will receive my money back. Today March 22,2023 I notice I didnt receive my refund and contacted **** again in which I was informed that my claim was declined. Now, why would I repurchase the same exact shoe twice! I want my refund. The shoes was never delivered to my apartment. The delivery people took a picture with the box in the lobby and took my package. Please help thank you.

      I ordered a ***** Houndstooth (white & black color) Cape from SaksOff5th on 12/8/2022. On 12/12/2022, a ***** delivery person falsely claimed to have made the delivery and falsely claimed I signed off for the delivery. I contacted SaksOff5th customer service the next morning (after promptly putting ***** on notice the eve before) and explained the situation in detail. The customer service agent was attentive to my complaint and informed me that the claims department would be the area to resolve the matter. I reordered the SAME item during that verbal conversation on 12/13/2022 with the goal being to receive the item before Christmas. The second order was not delivered according to ***** guidelines but was finally received by me. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT! I received a wine colored Zig Zag RU instead of the black & white ***** Houndstooth Cape. On 12/15/2022, I received a letter via email from SaksOff5th; unnamed contact person stating my claim for none approval of my claim. No explanation given. I contacted SaksOff5th again and was denied a second time (again, no agent name or explanation). Was denied a second time on 12/18/2022. I later learned from ***** customer service that they were never contacted by anyone from SaksOff5th. I did return the item I received only to have it sent back to me from **********, ** with the claim that it was not their merchandise (unopened with the product/distribution label intact). I've been billed by *********** on 12/9 for a Zig Zag RU @ $49.37 and on 12/15 for $44.99 for a Zig Zag RU. This has been an AWFUL experience thus far. To sum up my experience: a claim falls on deaf ears or the stratosphere, anywhere but a fair or considerate resolution for the customer. I can provide factual evidence to support ALL of my claim. While I've loved what SaksOff5th has to offer in sales, the feedback I do or do not get from this review will determine any future business I or my vast family will bring to this organization.

      Do not shop here! I ordered an item online and it arrived missing a belt and smelled like someones stinky perfume. When I called customer service, after many unanswered emails, they agreed to give me a price adjustment with the suggestion I go find a matching belt since the item was sold out. The next day I received and email I would not be getting a credit after taking many factors into consideration? Wtf does that even mean? DISGUSTING.

      I had the exact same experience as many of these people. I requested a price adjustment within a few days of my order. It never came, and I contacted customer service at least 10 times, through which they all agreed to process the refund. Then, I finally called after MONTHS, and they told me they could not do so because the item was now "out of stock." They offered a $50 gift card as compensation and then only emailed me a $25 gift card. Saks is literally scamming customers out of the promise of price adjustments and refunds. This business is absolutely ridiculous.

      My order was not delivered trying to resolve this for 2 months. Closed case even with no proof of delivery, refusing to give me my money back. I was expecting more from Saks. Shame.

      I have been trying to get my refund. The package doesnt have one of items I ordered. They refused to give me a refund saying the package was delivered. It was delivered about 10 days later than the date they said and also one item is missing. I will not order again. I am going to dispute my credit company as well. It has been more than a month to deal with them.

      Ordered a Givenchy jacket got a Versace sweater. I had to go though my credit card to get a refund some dishonest employee at saks switched the tags on the product. Went though 3 supervisors. All awful employees. All I can do is spread the word. A very dishonest company

      Saks Fifth Ave online customer service is the worst! Their delivery company delivered my online order to the wrong address, city. As soon as he texted me the pictures of the place they delivered to, I responded and said wrong address, please go back and retrieve the package and redeliver.They would not do that. I contacted Saks customer service, they were so patronizing. The item was out of stock, and I could not reorder. I can't even start a claim for 9 days to get MY money back.Unacceptable!!!
