      I ordered a dresses on 12/30/2022 . I received a text alert from ***** stating it was delivered. I checked my front door and did not see any package from Saks, also I realized the picture ***** text me that they left package is not my house. I immediately called SaksFifthAvenue customer of this issue. I was told that I would have to wait 14days until to file a claim. On 1/19/23 I filed a claim and contacted the carrier ***** regarding my missing package. after 3 times phone call to Saks fifth avenue customers, responded was that sorry for the inconvenience but after an investigation we cannot issue a refund. No further explanation as to why. **** sent a package to wrong place is it their responsible for refund or replace?Thanks

      On Dec 27,2022 I brought a pair of Off-White shoes that went on sale 2 days later, I called for a price adjustment, 1st I got the excuse of it was denied because I used ******. Spoke with a supervisor they told me a they would issue the adjustment. I call ever other week and I get the SAME story 5 to 8 business days for the price adjustment. It’s TWO months later. You all take my hard earned money extremely fast but cannot give me back what your policy clearly states of a price adjustment. I have spoken to several customer service representatives as well as supervisors and I have the name of them all. I can’t speak to the department that actually approves the refund. I was even promised a $50 virtual gift card by a supervisor for my troubles and I haven’t seen that neither. Replied back to the email he sent and still nothing. I just want my price adjustment and I shouldn’t have to go through all of this just to get it.

      my package was stolen thus order was placed November 29,2022. my refund was approved to be sent 12/10/2022. they claimed to have escalated a numerous times. on recorded lines also via email i been sent stating false days on which i would get my money back. today 2/28/2023 /still no refund and more lies this is disgusting on their behalf. ****** gone!

      ProMotion codes are false They placed an order for me base on availability charge my credit card and send me an email order cancel it heppend 3 time over a month, no one replay or can help you .False advertising as well .They dont write what excluded from promotions. Brands excluded from promotions must be listed.

      I purchased 4 pair of shoes from here, and their online store is horrible. They split the shipment into two orders. The first order they sent me a pair of sneakers when it was supposed to be sandals. Of course the sandals were clearance and sold out so there was only a sorry for the mistake. The second shipment never made it to the carrier. Again all they would do was refund the money and not try to get the boots resent. They were on sale, so I am guessing that is why they would not want to fix their mistake. When I told the customer service person how disappointed I was in how Saks did business, I was told that if my refund was approved it would take **** business days to process and another 3-5 days to go to my account. I asked what do you mean by if since I hadn't received the boots. I was then told I had to allow more time for my refund to be processed. So now my money is still be held hostage and I have no goods in my hands for the money they are holding and earning interest off of. Worst experience and in my opinion worst store ever. Buyer beware!!!

      I will NEVER order from SAKs again. Their website is not accurate. I ordered 3 cosmetic items. In my confirmation email, it showed the correct items. I ordered 3 of the same items in different colors. When the order shipped it showed 2 of the same item. But when I got the order, I got 2 correct items and the 3rd one was wrong. However, looking at the email, the pictured items were not the correct description. I called and the woman argued with me that I got what I ordered. I told her I did not. I received a benetint, but ordered a posie tint. I went on the website and she had me type in an item number. It came up with a picture of ********* tint but it was labeled benetint. Benetint is a different color. She tried to tell me it is the same thing. It is not. She got very rude. Then she told me that they don't have ********* tint, but its on their website. Now I have to waste my time to return an item that they sent incorrect. I will NEVER do business with **** again.

      Worse customer service in retail!! Bought items that were eligible for 15% off at check out, promo prices didnt come off at check out, so I tried to put the items in my cart again and proceeded to check out and the 15% came off like it should have the first time, automatically I didnt even have to enter a promo code, I didnt place a second order in fear the discount wouldnt fall off again. I contacted cust service right away and was informed they couldnt adjust anything in my order until it was completed or shipped, but once its in that status they can apply the discount that shouldve been applied at checkout. However, once it was completed I chatted cust service and they denied my request for price adjustments, stating price adjustments cant be done on completed orders, so I called in after getting conflicting info. The worse mistake Ive ever made!!! 1st call over an 1 hr long waiting for someone to help and my call just disconnected, 2nd call over 45 min waiting for a supervisor and no supervisor ever got on the call, disconnected me again, 3rd and final call over 1 1/2 hrs long, cust service rep tells me I have 2 people before me to get to the supervisor so they can take care of my situation, when it was finally my turn to get to a supervisor he kept telling me he was waiting on a response, really just leading me on, I waited over 45 after he said they should be with your shortly, never got anyone so I said Ill go file a BBB complaint because Ive been dealing with this since Christmas and the info given to me is conflicting.

      absolutely horrible!!! I have shopped at saks for over 50 years and I am done!
      As a credit card holder I would expect better service. I order four pairs of shoes and a top. Every pair of shoes was the wrong one. Not the ones I ordered. The top I purchased was pictured in pink and described as pink but it was purple. How do you send the wrong pair of shoes 4 times in a row?
      Wanting to give them another chance I just was on their website... Found a long sleeve T-shirt I wanted so I ordered 4. As I proceeded through check out a message popped up "sold out". I called customer service and her response was" well it's not our problem it's a 3rd party vendor and they haven't updated the stock". What? Seriously??????
      Most definitely not the shopping experience I am used to with Saks fifth Avenue. After being a devoted customer for most of my life I am cutting up my credit card. ******* can have my business!!! Saks does not deserve it.!! Absolutely disgusted!!!

      SAKS no longer stands behind their product OR service. Have shopped at their stores for years. Now, their service is horrible and they make it clear that they are not concerned about customer *******************************. Had 2 incidents: did not deliver a dress on time even though I paid extra. ***** care! ***** apologize! Basically ignored my email and calls; bought 5 sweaters SAKS brand. 4 of them shrunk after dry cleaning. They did not say do not dry clean. They refused to do anything because I didnt have the tags. They werent worn with the tags neither did we clean them with tags. They could have easily gone to my credit card to see that Im a faithful, long term customer but they did nothing. Ive even sent an email to customer service and Ive heard nothing. I spend and would have spent so much more than those 4 sweaters. I have closed my account and they are dead to me. I dont know how they are gonna survive doing business like they are doing now. Nothing in SAKS is cheap and I refuse to give them money when they clearly dont care. Theres another store right down the mall that sells the same brands OR just go directly to the designer.

      I purchased two items in the same order for Christmas. The shipping company, ******, claimed to have delivered my items. However at the date and time noted, my cameras did not reflect any such delivery. I’ve submitted footage and pictures to no avail. To make matters worse, I paid using my ****** account yet my claim has been denied because ****** states it was delivered. I’m am beyond annoyed, I feel scammed all because these delivery companies are stealing packages and the consumer has to pay! I will no long shop at Saks Off 5th nor utilize the service of ******.
