      Please be careful with Saks Fifth Avenue. They sell counterfeit items. Also, they sell opened and used cosmetics and fragrances. They have horrible customer service and do not stand behind their customers. I have spent over 15,000.00 dollars over the past few years only to be treated like a dog. Farewell to Saks! ********* and ******, here I come!!
      Thank you, Saks, for opening my eyes to what you really are . Sad...

      I Would Like To Leave Zero Stars!!! Saks Does Not Try To Fix Customer Problems. Ordered Off ***** Sneakers Received Them And Dust Bag Was Full Of Blood Stains.(Im Guess Someone Cut There Hand During Packing) Sent Picture Was Told They Would Do A 35$ Credit And Send Another Bag. The 35$ Credit Was 20% Off Price Paid. Well Today I See Its Only 10% And Im Not Getting Another Bag!! ***** Ill Never Order Again From Them If I Cant Go In Store. They Think Everybody Is Trying To Get Something For Free! When I Just Wanted The Problem Solved ?? Lets Just Say Im Over Saks!!!

      I returned my online order and received the gift card for refund. But there was no amount in it, which should be over $100+ here. I called the customer service to ask my money back many many times. But they informed me that they were unable to issue you a refund for this request. Please note, never buy anything from this company.

      I brought a pair of Balenciaga shoes that went on sale 2 days later, I called for a price adjustment ,they told me a month ago that they would issue the adjustment,its the middle part of January and have not received it. I called back waited on the phone a hour and still getting the run around,very poor customer service,No representatives know the corporate phone number.

      This is a business that depends entirely on its luxury inventory and history to maintain itself. Customer service is nonexistent and I am almost certain that in the new era of online shopping and retail death, it is not far behind businesses like ***** and ************** and **********. These relics need to die.

      I ordered on November 25 to take advantage of a Black Friday / Thanksgiving sale, and I ordered an expensive skirt, I never spend that much on one piece of closing but I figured I work hard and I earned it, my initial purpose was to purchase a gift for a friend’s birthday, I purchased 2 toddler outfits for her twins. I never receive my order, it says delivered. I’m in a what’s app group with my neighbors and we always look out for each other! Never once have I lost a package and if ever the company always refunded! I didn’t think anything of it, I order again except I don’t have a lot of money to spend so I order just the toddler outfits and again, the same thing happens my package does not get to me!! 2 times the packages were not delivered, both times they send a blurry picture of the delivery that doesn’t even show the door number of the home, I have been calling customer service every day for the last month and every time an hour wait, customer service telling me things I already know completely wasting my time. I call ******, what I used to pay for the items and after a month of disputing both refuse to refund me my money. I am not out $500 and am so drained from this. Never again will I purchase anything from this company. Be careful shopping here, this is your warning!! I truly believe the driver to the shipping company stole my boxes, they saw saks off 5th and said let me get some free stuff during holiday shopping who knows how many other things they must have stole. I now have installed a camera. And I now order to my work / NJ office where I am most the days!! I’m so upset!!

      If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a Polo Sweatshirt from Saks online which was listed at a price of $138. When I received the item, the tag was marked $110. I called customer service for a price adjustment and they denied it because the item was shipped from a store and not the warehouse, and the warehouse has a different price. Its complete BS for a company to charge you more than what is ticketed and then deny adjusting the price. This is the worst customers experience a retailer can provide. Just because you are a luxurys retailer doesnt mean you can make up bogus rules and not honor listed prices on an item.

      I placed an order and asked for a refund. Instead they sent me a gift card. I called and asked that I wanted the refund in the original payment method, and until now I have not received it. It has been over one month and a half. Just spent more than two hours with them on the phone and they said that yes they owe me the refund but that it will take another 7 days to analyze the case and then another 14 business days for me to receive my refund. In summary, it will take around 3 months for me to get my money back. This is absurd. Do not buy there!

      Scam!!! They have never been honest to me. I bought shoes from them several times. I had to claim for refunds on some of my orders. They said they have issued the refunds but I have never received any refunds at all. I called them like a hundred times but they just kept lying that I would get my refunds but it has been almost a year I have never received any refunds from them and never heard back from them again so I stopped shop Saks ( Same thing happened when I shopped ********** too). They dont deserve any star. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      Wish I could give a zero rating. I have 2 unauthorized charges to my ****** **** debit card from Saks. Customer service did not care. I had to cancel the card and have a new one reissued and a fee to have the process expedited. I highly suspect ID fraud. I will never shop Saks again.
