      Saks are CRIMINALS.I ordered two dresses in different sizes, and none of them fit, so I returned them PROMPTLY. Literally on the same day. Saks refused to refund the money and sent the dresses back. They claimed the anti theft sash had been removed and I never even tried on those dresses. I ordered multiple items, and kept the items I needed. I have been fighting them for 2 months, and they claim the anti theft sashes were removed.I am still fighting them, and have engaged my credit card company to dispute the charges. They shipped these dresses back to me. Why would I want the same dress in multiple sizes?I think this is their strategy of forcing customers to be stuck with items. I just came into the BBB to report them, and the reviews here are shocking. I have shopped with **** for years and they have sunk to the abyss in terms of their criminal ways of forcing merchandise on clients.

      I returned an item, had to wait 41 days for them to refund me. Then they kept $21 out of my $141 order. THEY KEPT THE TAX ON AN ITEM I RETURNED

      Same experience as ****** *. $500 dress arrived Oct 21. returned Oct 28th. Chat with Saks on Nov 20 asking about refund. They escalated and would e-mal in two days. Chat on Nov 25th and they said they would e-mail in 2 days. Phone call Dec 2 TWICE. once on hold for 25min then hung up on. Second call, highest escalation and they will respond in 48 hours. Still no refund.

      NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! The return policy is unconscionable in this day and age. They've now had my money for 35 days with no end in sight. Many phone calls, chats, escalating up to supervisors and I get the same runaround. And they deduct the return shipping fees! Returned 10/30 and still waiting on 12/2.

      Saks is investing peoples refund & using a 30 day policy & after the 30 days there is still no communication about the refund. So they have the merchandise that was returned plus your money

      I've been shopping from Saks.com with no problem for years, but recently I received terrible, terrible customer service from them. I would never shop with them because of poor return/ refund policy. First one, I bought a pair of jeans and returned them by mail. Return was received on their end but no refund. I called. They said that I had to wait a week to "escalate" the case. That is when even their website says that the return was received. Second one, the recent order, I ordered a dress worth $1200 for holiday party. When I tracked it, it was received at local facility on November 16 but not moving afterwards for a few days. I called Saks.com and they said they cannot do anything but just wait until November 26 to "investigate". I contacted ****, their shipping service and they said the package is lost and it is showing as such at Saks.com. I called again, for the third time on November 26 and they said they will "investigate" the claim. Saks took my money and they are still investigating when the merchandise was not delivered and lost! Something happened to this business and I cannot shop there any more!

      Ordered ** ****** candle and liquidless diffuser, I received the candle and some regular diffuser sticks that has been used and didnt match what I ordered and never shipped the diffuser marble sticks holder also it was showing that the candle was shipped and the diffuser was still processing and there is another shipment in my order.The order was supposed to be a house warming gift but never received the rest of the order.The sticks box has sku number and probably processed it as the diffuser while the diffuser holder was never in the order.Emailed customer service with screenshots of the order status and what it actually showed, they opened a case and denied it.I called customer service and was told that we have a note that youre missing an item and just to send what I received back for refund, I asked if its easier to just send it to the store which is just across the street, the *** told me to send through mail.Every time I called they keep telling me that I had to wait until probably December 13.Not only I didnt receive my order but theyre also holding my money for 30 days.This is a scam.I opened a case with my credit card company.Saks wasnt like that before, not sure whats going on.I will never order from them or advice anyone to trust them and order directly from them, if something not available at the store do t order it online.I which there was an option for adding screenshots here.

      I purchased items online from **** Off Fifth as I have many times in the past. I returned the items and was notified October 22 I would be credited. To date (November 23) I have not been credited. I noticed on **** ******** page this is a common occurrence. I will not be ordering again.

      Saks is the worst, I returned 3 items on September 26th and after received an email that the return was received, followed up to inquire about the returen I was told it will take a minimum of 30 days and could take longer from the date the return was recieved. So fast forward to 11/6th which according to customer service is when i was supposed to get the credit, it was not processed. I got a give merchandise credit for 1 of the 3 items and the other 2 were supposed to be credited back to my card which has not happened. I just hung up with Daburrian who said ***** will get back to me tomorrow, same story as last week. It is now 11/21. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are crooks! Buyer Beware order on ***************** do not shop online at ****. NEGATIVE STARS
