      **** does not refund after returns for over thirty days. They hold onto your money for no reason and, in my opinion, they are doing this to make money off of my money. I will never buy from them again. I wish I had read the reviews.

      I purchased a $3800.00 designer handbag as a preorder on Sept 14. I recieved it and decided to return, received the mobile code and returned it to ***** on Sept. 30. I recieved an email from Saks on 10/7 confirming receipt of the return. On Oct 21 I called **************** and escalated call to supervisor (***********) who stated a 30 return policy. I placed a second call to **************** on Oct 29 who reiterated the policy. Today is one month since they had the return. I have not received any emails stating my **** would be credited. On Nov 1, I contacted **** to file a dispute which they, after investigation, will honor and I should see the refund on my next billing ******** is disappointing that a company in business for 100 years and which I have purchased from online and at the NY Flagship plus other locations. Needless to say they have lost a customer for good as I can find the merchandise from other storres or directly from manufacturer. I had no idea that they were rated an F and it is obvious that their return policy has nothing to do with being customer focused.

      Please dont purchase anything from this company . My item was shipped to The wrong address they told me to go contact the door that he was sent to is nothing they could do

      Disgusted with the refund policy. Returned item and Saks received it on Oct ******. To date Nov ******. I am waiting for my refund. Very incompetent customer service.. They needed to expedite it. But didnt

      I ordered an item online from ************* on 10/24/2024. They are supposed to be a sister company of Saks Fifth Avenue. I used ****** to pay so I know the shipping address given with the order was correct. The item was to be delivered to me via Fed Ex on 11/1. Received an alert from *** Ex on 11/1 that the item could not be delivered as addressed. I spent over an hour that day trying to get Saks to contact *** Ex to correct the shipping address they put on the package. They said they would. I also spent time on the phone with Fed Ex. I made contact with Saks and Fed Ex the next day, too. The item has still not been delivered (11/6) and Fed Ex tracking clearly shows the item never got to me and has been shipped back to Saks by *** Ex. I had to call Saks to ask for a refund since I have received no contact from them even though I was assured during previous contact they would be opening a claim and resolving the matter. When I contacted Saks this last time I was told my request for refund will need to be investigated to determine if a refund will be issued and that their investigation period could take up to 7 days. *** Ex tracking clearly shows the item was not delivered and that it was sent back to Saks by *** Ex. There is nothing to investigate. I am now suspicious about the legitimacy and intentions of this company. **************** is ineffective no matter whether you call or chat with them. I have tried both and it feels like they are just there to buy time and frustrate customer efforts for resolution / refund. I would not trust buying from this company again.

      Saks received my returned items Oct 2, 2024. As of Nov 6, despite multiple attempts to obtain a refund for the returned items, I have not been refunded, despite it passing their 30 day refund policy and filing a dispute with my financial institution. BUYER BEWARE as **** is not refunding customers after accepting their return items.

      I purchased a *** ***** dress from Saks and had it shipped to my house for a wedding (this was in August 2024) The dress came to my house And as I opened up the packaging the Beautiful Red dress had black streaks all over it from the heavy black Thick wrapping paper they wrapped the designer dress in. I called customer service immediately and returned the dress The same day. It is now November and after contacting Saks daily, I have not received my $300 credit. Saks is broke and farms out their customer service to Mexico or other countries for cheap labor. They are now owned by Hudson Bay which owes its vendors millions of dollars that they have not paid.Saks refuses to give me my money back and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to warn all people to stop buying Fron Saks.Fifth ave. Saks also has several lawsuits against them for discrimination and I think a civil suit is in order from all of us customers who are getting ******* over.

      Saks 5th Ave I will never order ANYTHING from them again. Waiting too long for my return. Its been over 35 days and Im out $350.00. Their returned policy is c*** and they given you the round around. So please beware to future customers dont order anything from Saks online. They dont deserve any stars!!!but this website is making me leave a star. Believe me they r minus 100 times

      I bought a $1,000 pair of shoes and Saks will not accept my return claiming that I wore the shoes. I never wore the shoes and **** claims that the vendor ***** will not accept my return. I did not buy the shoes from ***** but from Saks and Saks should my honor my return.

      I ordered dresses online in the hopes I would find something for my daughter's wedding. None fit and they were sent back within one day. After 30 days confirmed the merchandise made it back, still no refund- still no update on the return. I've been told to wait another 7-10 days for the return to "process'. Outrageous. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company who told me that a merchant MUST REFUND IN ********************************** ***** so I'm not exactly sure what Sak's is doing here. All I know is that waiting over 4 weeks for an $1100 refund is unacceptable. I had no idea that this high end retailer was so shady- but seeing the number of complaints here has opened my eyes. Shame on you Sak's Fifth Avenue.
