Prior to October 2023, I have been able to purchase Raycon earbuds through their website. I love the product. Startin October 2023, every time I placed an order on the company website, the order is flagged as fraud and my money is refunded to my credit card. There is an issue with the companys Software and there is no issue with my credit card. Ive used the two credit cards that I always use and never have problems anywhere else. I have attempted to email the company twice a month since October 2023 and never get a response. I wrote a letter and sent it to the Company headquarters on Broadway in *** over a month ago, and have not heard. Because of this, *** missed out on several sale offers. All I want is for the company to respond and fix their software glitch so I can place an order. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Raycon, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On 4/26/2024, I received a response from *********************** (see attached), that I believe was incorrect. I replied to ****** via both email and snail mail asking for clarification and never got a response. Over 1 1/2 years ago I had recurring issue with an order and initiated several returns until remedied. Once correct, the product has been fine, however, I am unable to place subsequent orders on their website. They have a good product but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
All I am asking for is the ability to place orders on their website (in other words, provide them with more sales). It just doesn't make sense to me.

I had previously placed an order with this company trying to get a nice, inexpensive set of headphones back in January. I placed the order, waited a couple of weeks, no tracking shown on the number they gave me. After messaging back and forth with support for a couple more weeks, they told me the order was lost in transit. Fine, whatever. It happens. They send out another pair, they finally get to me and I decide I don't want them anymore because of the hassle of getting them in the first place. So I sent them back using a label that THEY PROVIDED, it was received, and I was issued a refund. Perfect, I can finally be rid of this awful company and their terrible service.I was looking at my credit card statement today, April 3rd, 2024, and saw a charge for the exact amount of the headphones that I had returned. These people charged me for the headphones that got lost in transit. I've already opened a dispute with my card carrier and have emailed support but have yet to get a response. Back in November I had been looking at the raycon website and was interested in possibly purchasing a pair of ear buds. I added the product into my cart. Because I have shop pay, I accidentally hit checkout when I was trying to apply a discount code that turned out to be faulty anyways but it immediately charged me for the headset order #******* with no fall safe. As soon as the order was placed I tried contacting raycon via email with no reply because I didnt even want to purchase this product because they had already lied and given me a faulty code. I messaged them through their text and only got a reply after the 30 day money back guarantee window. Because of no reply I did try the headphones and they do not stay connected to my phone and do not even fit my ear. I have been corresponding with them for months now and they still keep saying oh we will get to you even asking for escalation because I was going to contact BBB then my bank worse case scenario. I have ample screenshots and it has been months with no resolution. Raycon purposely delayed and stole my money and wont give it back.Initial Complaint

I was given a pair of Everyday Earbuds by my mother in law for Christmas. I received them Christmas day. I tried them on and despite many attempts, could not get them to stay in my ears.On 12/27/2023 I emailed ********************************** asking for guidance on how to get them to stay in, and also for how to make a gift return if I was not able to make them work. I have not received an answer to that first email at all. On 01/07/2024 I used their form on the website to start a gift return. I received a confirmation email that told me to expect to wait 3-5 business days for a response. On 01/13, I replied to request an update and received a form letter email back. The headphones are unusable and there's a 30 day return policy. I'm sure I'm outside that window now, but I don't think I was when I first contacted them about a return. I placed an order for 4 earbuds in November of 2021. Since, I have had nothing but continual connectivity and pairing issues with my macbook air, as well as my iphone. I've had the earbuds replaced 3 times, and on the third time, I had the SAME issue, and processed a refund for both of my personal earbuds (the other 2 from the original order were purchased as Christmas gifts). I have been trying to contact customer service since 11/****** have been getting either no response, or delayed response, claiming they've deposited refunds that are not there. The ************************ on their website promised a full refund for both sets of earbuds, and I am still waiting for this to get resolved. Ordered headphones, was given delivery ****** of **** business days. Then that changes to 2 weeks. That date comes and goes, still no delivery. I sent multiple customer emails and tickets to the company between Nov. 20 - Dec. 20. Receive very little response or help. American shipping company can only tell me it's 'on the way' but item still hasn't even reached Ireland. Finally raycon respond and admit it's been lost.
