      I purchased tickets for an event . I told them before hand I could not go ** my daughter became ill. They claimed they sent me an email with steps to take for a refund. I received no such email. It was not in spam or any other folder.I contacted them on another date and was told due to the fact that event already happened they will not refund me. If like to receive $125.40 refund from them. I purchased tickets on 5/23/22 for an event that took place on 6/4/22.Thank you,*****

      I booked the Van **** experience for my husband, in laws and myself. Well my husband came down with Covid-19, so naturally we wanted to reschedule. I contacted the company since I knew the date and time I wanted to reschedule to. They wouldnt issue a refund, they would just do an exchange which was fine since I knew the new date we wanted to goto. But first I had t prove he had Covid-19seems like overkill when getting a voucher but okay. I get the voucher issued and then when I goto book I realize I am being charged the booking fee again and my voucher isnt high enough to cover them. I had cash back money in my fever wallet from the first time purchase which would have almost covered the fees I was paying again. But nope, I couldnt use the fever wallet money and the voucher together. When I tried to talk to a representative, she quoted me that I agreed there might be fees if I buy them again. Well when my choice was lose all my money because we couldnt attend due to the pandemic virus or after to their terms to get a voucher, obviously I wanted the voucher. They are nickel and diming folks who are wanting an equal exchange of tickets after having to prove you were really sick! Everything is through their own app, not a third party, and consumers shouldnt have to pay double the processing fees since I already paid them for the tickets we didnt use. You also should be able to use the money in your fever wallet (their apps wallet) with your vouchers.

      Like so many others I purchased tickets... they canceled the event. Gave me vouchers instead of my money back. Rescheduled event for a new date with my vouchers. They canceled again. Reissued vouchers. I contacted them several times and was told on the last round they issued a full refund to my bank account. I waited the amount of time they said it would take to show ** in my account ... no refund. I would never recommend this scam of a company. And I can't get my $160 back.       I bought two tickets from Fever online for a birthday present to my husband for **** to Beatles.We were exposed to COVID19 and were not able to attend.I got in touch with company the day after and they said they need a negative test to be able to resolve the issue.Thankfully we didnt get it, but had exposure to it.So we did not want to make the situation unsafe for the other people as well.With those difficult times for all of us, I hope you they can make it easier and flexible, even if we can take other options, will be highly appreciated, so we can still remain devoted and thankful Fever customers for the future.Even with that explanation they were not able to provide us with solution for a different date or even we are willing to take a vaucher to a different show.

      Hello! I purchased tickets to a Sleepy Hollow pop up for May 27. I took time off of my job to attend this event. They canceled the event with no notice.I went on the app and was told that I got a voucher for the purchase. So I asked for assurances they would not cancel again. And then got another 2 tickets for October. The price went up too so I spent even more.I logged on the app today and noticed it was cancelled again! Not explaination? Its a total scam. And guess what prices went up again. Talked to someone, she said she refunded me but I still have a $125.80 voucher listed on my account. Not sure what she sent me but I would like ALL my money back even the voucher money which is just the amount I spent on my first cancelled ticket purchase. ******** is the first pair of tickets I bought that you turned into a voucher.
