      Although I found the purchase of the tickets a little challenging, once I got to customer service they were able to fix my issue during the time I was on the phone with them

      I was able to attend the exhibit which was a great experience. But my two friends got COVID and became very sick and hospitalized and customer service refused to offer a refund or a voucher for another date. They acted very friendly. And thats what it was an act.

      Great service - I had an issue with my niece getting sick on the day of the event. They allowed me to cancel my tickets and issued a voucher that allowed me to re-book when she starts feeling better.
