      I woke up on the day the event that my tickets were for very sick. I sent an email letting them know I was sick and I would like to change the date. I wasnt asking for my money back, I just wanted to change the date. They emailed me back saying that I needed connect them 48 hrs in advance to change the date. There is no way of knowing I was going to be sick 48 hours in advance. I sent them another email and they then said the event had past so to bad for me. I then called, the *** said he would pass along my info to see if I could get a credit and to look for an email. I got an email and it said again to bad for me. There are no date changes or refunds. All I wanted was a date change because exposing my friends and others around me to me being sick is NOT the right thing to do since Covid is still and thing. All I want is a date change and I believe this can be done. They just do not want to be helpful. Im lying here in bed sick writing this because Im so upset about how insensitive they are. I hoping someone here can help me.

      I ordered and paid for two tickets to go to titanic in ******* via FeverUp . My time slot was 1030 on Wednesday September 4th. Went via i5 and there was unexpected lane closure which caused me to sit on the freeway. In addition ran into roadwork and blocked street causing me to not be able to arrive on time. At first chance I pulled off the road and emailed them what happened and hoping to reschedule. I got black and white answer saying no I could not reschedule. I emailed back saying my situation was out of my control and that was why I was late. I paid them my money for two tickets which they now have and I am out that money. I was not asking for a refund I simply wanted a reschedule. If you look at their banner page for titanic they do not make it apparent under their general information about refunds or reschedule. Of course they have Get Tickets in big letters. I feel they are not transparent and they have zero customer service. They simply would not budge even with my situation. They give the same reply. I emailed back and forth with them several times that day. Today I thought maybe if I called their headquarters and was able to talk to someone they might give my case consideration. The person I talked to seemed very empathetic and said he would look into it. About two minutes later I got the same exact rep,y I got when I first emailed them on the day of the show. They are not accredited BBB business. I have noticed looking on line that there are many complaints filed against them. I feel like once they get your money they wash their hands of it and move on. they have my money and I certainly did not get the Titanic experience I was very much looking forward to. It was very upsetting to me. They have time slots open and I told them I could come any time. I think they are not paid to actually listen to people but to simply reply via the script that is given to them. Should I file complaint to see if could get help to try and get a reschedule?

      I got tickets for the ***** event in ***** during my vacation. They added another ticket in my cart besides the family ticket for 4 people. I contacted them and said they would do a refund for that ticket (phone and chat) but then send me a denial note by email offering a voucher which I would never use. A true robbery. I will never ever buy a ticket again if they are involved.

      Worst experience! Bought two tickets for an event that kept getting cancelled without prior notice!! They dont issue refunds so o rescheduled with vouchers. When I couldnt attend an event that finally wasnt labeled cancelled I couldnt make it because I was out of town and their customer service was anything but helpful. I tried to find someone else to go instead without success because it was last minute. I rebooked the tickets for the same event a week later and when I went to the venue way before the scheduled show time I found out from the crew that the event does not exist!!! They told me that I should have received a notification which I had not. I reached out to the company again and they have yet to respond. This is a scam on all levels. The listing for the event that doesnt exist is still on the app and it can be purchased!! It does not take place! Its a fake listing but they take your money!! Avoid at all cost

      Hello,On 8/20/24 I was charged 5 times for tickets to a candlelight concert. I waited to see if this would get resolved, and it didn't get resolved. The first 2 times I called customer service there was no claim number given. I had to call a third time to get this claim number, this is very poor customer service. I then called the company to receive a REFUND, and all they keep doing is giving me the run around. Mind you I only wanted to purchase 2 tickets, and was charged for 6!!!!!! I called customer service and they were very rude, and unprofessional. This was suppose to be a $99.00 purchase, and I got charged ******!!!!

      CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION As I was exploring opportunities on The FEVER Application I somehow unknowing purchased one ticket for an event I had no intention to buy- had no idea the site was storing my credit card info from a previous purchase and used it with me being aware. I learned of the purchase several days later when I found a charge on my credit card.After a couple of phone calls and exchanges of emails, FEVER could not find a satisfactory resolution. I feel Ive had to throw that money away. Unacceptable! FEVER application needs to be fixed so one can NOT unintentionally purchase events.FEVER should take responsibility for an unintentional purchase and refund in full.

      I purchase 1 adult ticket by accident, because I didn't notice the app has adult ticket box clicked, I hit paid and end up paying 1 extra ticket, I notice the company right the way, but they claimed I used the ticket and won't refund me. There are only 5 people went in to the museum, I can't believe they claim that extra ticket was scaned, I don't let them scan that extra ticket, this company is a scam. How do you design your app like it?

      Basically stole my money and I didnt receive a service. I had previously bought tickets from them for a candle light show, so my card was saved to the account. My phone had recently been glitching and it would open apps, I got a notification from my phone saying thank you for your purchase. I was puzzled and confused because I didnt buy anything. I called customer service freaking out and the lady said dont worry Ill help, you dont have to stress and said shed have to hang up and email me. I got an email saying no refunds sorry theres nothing I can do. I went back and forth for days, they were literally telling me they cant help with a $169 key west snorkeling experience I couldnt even go to. They refused to help in any way and finally they said I can try to transfer the ticket to an interested party and then I agreed and asked my friend if he would want to go so I attempted to transfer them and they never got back to me so I reached out again before the experience to see if they can fulfill their deal and they got to back to me after the experience was over. I lost $169 and just had to accept it. I dont recommend using because they wont ever accommodate to life changing.

      My experience with the fever app was extremely unsatisfactory. When I initially purchased tickets, everything went smoothly. However, upon changing the time of the tickets to a different time but the same day, an unforeseen family emergency arose. Consequently, I reached out to customer service, however, they were unable to provide a refund due to their policy restrictions. Therefore, I am pleased to learn that entertainment is prioritized over life events. Please avoid using this app.

      Only thing is that my concert was canceled, but I never received an alert. We drove 1.5 hrs for the venue to turn us around. Ive been communicating with them for about 24 hrs about the circumstances, sending them loads of screenshots and information and the VARIOUS representatives via email kept answering with more questions and confirmations of the exact items I sent them. They ended it all with well look into it and get back to you. Like, WHEN? How hard is it to look into your records and solve the problem? Yall wanna keep a bit over $100 THAT BAD??? Ive been wanting to see one of their shows for w few years now and I finally bought tickets for my wedding anniversary and this is how it turned out ????!!! Oh, and fever, DO NOT SEND ME A GENERIC MESSAGE ABOUT SENDING A PRIVATE MESSAGE. We have about a 20 message thread already with NO RESOLUTION!!!!! Refund me!
