      Terrible, totally fake advertising, for their show "we call it ballet, sleeping beauty". Do not waste your time and money. I hope all their other shows are not as disappointing. Their ads show beautiful "glow in the dark" lighting, looks really wonderful, out of this world. Totally fake. I took my granddaughter to see the show. Very ordinary, no special lighting. I contacted Fever to ask if there had been a malfunction that night, coz I'd gladly go again for the real thing. No satisfactory answer, no apology, no "let's make this right", even tho I asked.

      I purchased tickets to a concert that were $50 a piece. Arrived on time to my event location. Due to use having a valet park we ended up being a few minutes late to the door. They refused to let us enter the concert and to make matters worse when we called customer service they were unable to even confirm the time that we arrive because our tickets were never scanned. Therefore it is simply your word against theirs as to the time that you arrive. They did not refund us our money or give us credit to another event. Their customer service is horrible, and I would not advise purchasing tickets for any other events through this company.

      filed complaint at court house today - took 4 kids to minecraft exp staff told the kids they would get a code after event for a ingame item - find out after event which for one was overcrowded, cubes didnt work most of the time, couldnt hear directions because of them letting too many people in at once, after event found out codes were sent to a email they we no longer have access too, after 36 phone calls to fever over 2 weeks, 14 emails to modexp which blames ********* so i contacted ********* who then provided me a statement saying that theirs concern that i was referred to them for support and they said this is wrong and they wanted to escalate it on their end, then back to modexp which states well if ********* and fever cant help you theirs not much more i can do do. so weeks later now we have angry parents, upset kids, and no codes !

      Deceptive marketing tactics and horrible customer service with **********************. I searched for Nickelodeon Universe in **********. I purchased 4 tickets. When I arrived at ******************** in **, I was told that the tickets were for Nickelodeon Universe in *********** and would not be honored! This is a deceptive marketing tactic to send back a search query with the same amusement park with a different location that was no where near the original search query! I emailed Fever customer service and was told tickets were non refundable and I could not change the location. Then Fever customer service blamed me for the mistake. That is terrible customer service. This was a very expensive ******* Buyer beware. I bought $271.60 for the original tickets. Then I had to buy 4 more tickets again for my family to enter! Never use Fever for your tickets.

      I purchased tickets on 10/24 for an event in ******* on 10/26. I am an out of town customer and had no idea about Chicagos night time/weekend traffic so I unfortunately missed the event. I sent a mesage less than 30 mins into the event starting, stating the above. I didnt receive correspondence with the company until the morning. Per their policy, they were unable to exchange my tickets for the next day (10/27) although they were still actively selling tickets and had availability for the same event at 2 different times. The company put greed over customer, especially considering I was from out of town. The couldve atleast put me on stand by to ensure all of their tickets were sold out, but instead just declined me to exchange my tickets and declined a refund.

      Very inflexible company asked for a refund ahead of time for their show in ***** which was held after the governor declared state of emergency but apparently there is "nothing" they can do. Got to love they want to do business in ******* but they do not respect its residents legitimate problems and do not care about their safety

      This business is advertising no booking fee. When you check out there is a booking fee. I have been reaching out for one month to fix it and no resolution

      Yes, it is a total scam. Like other reviewers, my tango event was canceled before the event due to "unforeseeable events" . They offered a voucher for other events within 9 months, a very short time frame. I am NOT interested in other events-- especially their candle light shows.. They are unreachable as they ask you for a confirmation number they never send you. I am VERY concerned about this company having my credit card information. Calling credit card *** now.

      My family and I recently attended an Edgar Allan Poe reenactment event in Augusta Ga, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Each poem was masterfully brought to life through immersive reenactments, making us feel as though we were stepping into Poe's world. What truly elevated the evening was the thoughtful pairing of four unique libations with each performance. Every drink was perfectly crafted to match the mood and essence of the poem being recited. It was a brilliant combination of art and taste!

      We were thoroughly impressed by the creativity and attention to detail that went into this presentation. The atmosphere, the performances, and the drinks made for an exceptional night. We’re already looking forward to the next event—this is a must-attend for any Poe enthusiast or anyone looking for a uniquely captivating experience!
