      Absolute joke of a company and would give 0/5 stars if possible. It's great for companies to have what amounts to a no refund no matter what policy, but it's theft when you boil it down. After a handful of back and forth exchanges, they capitulated and refunded me for an event that didn't happen.Avoid at all costs unless you're at the event and can buy tickets there in person to an event that WILL be taking place.

      I attended (not really, was kicked out) the event in *********, *******. Absolutely devastated experience! I am not from the area and didn't speak the language.Despite following the provided directions, I had difficulty finding the venue and had to climb numerous stairs in the park, there was no sign of any sort, indicating where exactly the place is. I asked several people on the way, and no-one knew where the place is. Of course all this resulted in my being just a couple of minutes late for the concert. Upon arriving, I found all doors locked and the area poorly lit, making it even more challenging to navigate. I travel around the world and never experienced anything like it, if you are late, you can't even enter the building.(all information provided in German) After some time, I finally located someone outside the building who was able to let me in through the kitchen. Unfortunately, I was then seated in a location where I had no view of the stage. And I paid the most expensive ticket price. When I asked, they told me it was my seat. I was seated all the way in the back, couldn't see anything! I know I purchased the most expensive ticket to be able to be up front.During a break in the music, I politely asked if I could move to my assigned aisle seat, as it seemed an appropriate time to do so without disrupting the performance. Despite my courteous request and the fact that musicians were addressing the crowd and encouraging them to pick up candles, the staff person refused without any explanation. I was literally kicked out from the show for asking to move to the seat I purchased. I immediately contacted FEVER and I've been replied that they open the case. 3 weeks later, with all the emails going back and forth, they told me that they will close the case and not refund my ticket. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable resolution and the behavior of the employees! Buy your tickets at your own risk and forget about the SERVICE!

      They sent out an email saying that a promo code was good for 24 hours from the email 14 hours later I tried it and they said it had expired and that email was incorrect Their support team is just there to say they tried but had no way to resolve this issue ************ lied in marketing and then refused to help find ANY solution They should be ashamed and you should avoid using them

      Interesting events, but a punitive ticket and door policy. I bought a ticket for an event, confused the doors open time with the event time. I arrived 16 minutes into the performance and was refused at the door, despite having bought a balcony seat. Apparently nobody's allowed to enter after the start time, no matter what. Who knows if that's enforced inside the venue, lord forbid you need to use the bathroom. At the door they handed me a QR code I could refer complaints to. I complained and didn't get my money back. I won't be buying another ticket for these events.

      Paid $10 for a picture of this experience. It was not a good picture. Received 2 extremely small pictures from a polaroid type of camera. Want a refund. Requested it from venue but they said they were only a venue. I hope Fever will reach out to me and issue me a refund. I mailed the 2 small pics back to the venue not knowing they were not responsible for the pictures. The event was amazing but the pictures not so much. I would definitely attend another event some time in the future but not spend the extra $10 for pictures.

      Complete scam! Went to an ************ didnt even have half the experiences avaible. We would not have even went if we knew that. They wont offer us a dime back & wont respond to any emails other than sorry for the delay!

      We bought tickets for an event. On the day of the event, i got covid. I emailed customer asking for a refund but they insisted on a voucher which im willing to take. After several emails exchange they changed their mind not to give me anything even a voucher.

      I paid for a 9pm show on 6/15/2024 in *** and needed to cancel my tickets. Thankfully, I paid the extra 10% for the cancel option.There is no cancel button associate with the ticket on the Fever app. Instead it takes you to an external form that requests for you to fill out multiple fields with information that was already located on the ticket. Here are the issues that I have encountered:1. There is a 48 hr cancellation request that was not disclosed.2. They request that you respond with the same exact email address that was used for the account - Apple masks their email address and you have to retype it. Instructions that were provided for me to change it in the Fever account was incorrect due to Apple masking my email address. I can't change it myself and can't easily get a refund as a result.3. They will first send you an email asking if you want a voucher that will expire with no net benefit (the 10% cancellation is nonrefundable, you only get the voucher for the initial cost of the ticket - why bother getting the voucher?)4. I requested to cancel and received one email confirmed the cancellation. Another agent emailed saying that I had a voucher. Upon emailing for clarification, I was informed that neither happened because I didn't provide the amount charged, date of transaction, and last 4 of the card number due to the aforementioned email address issue from #2. 5. Nobody comes to help you via live chat.6. You stay on hold for 5+ minutes with no one answering.7. Upon request that someone call me, they refuse bc this has to be an email request.Ridiculous.

      I purchased tickets for 12 pm when I confirmed email and went back to page, I was told after the fact that doing that action cause there website to change time to 9 am I didn't see that until I checked for my ticket, call soon as I saw the time, A TIME I DID NOT CHOSE was on my ticket, I thought how did that happen I called the number to see if they could change it to 12:00 because I couldn't I was told let me get your information and call you back to see what I can do I was informed then after my tickets were canceled they can only cancel them and away from me about her and send me the steps to move forward for another booking I didn't want to go through that after this happened I didn't want to deal with it at all and I was told I get only get about you I'm only in town ******* for a few days why would I want to go through all of that after your website did that to me I just wanted my time change I wasn't informed it would be canceled all together and I have to go through that again stuff like that make you untrust and you don't want to do it again but they took my money immediately and didn't want to give it back and they're not seemingly going to, this is a rip-off corporation and they have a glitch in their app or maybe it's design that way to s**** people out their money.Greedy business practices.
