      We went to the **** to Beetles show @ ************* in *********** earlier this month (April 2024). It was an absolutely incredible performance and experience! I can't speak to Fever's customer service specifically, because we didn't have any issues with our ticket order. To Fever's credit, they do very clearly advertise the "no late admittance" policy on their confirmation emails. That said, it's a weirdly strict policy. The tickets aren't cheap, and I can imagine being frustrated if I were one of the people who showed up 10 mins late only to be turned away. The ushers at our performance did allow several people in late, but I didn't find it distracting at all.

      Fever candlelight concert takes your money without refund or ticket replacement option! Due to unforseen and uncontrollable events where good customer service would deem a way to resolve and keep the customer happy and getting their money's worth, they instead keep the money and tell you tough luck! Terrible service! Purchase at your own risk!

      Incredible shows, every time. The ambiance, venue, staff and performance are always top notch. Every event is amazing and memorable, and I've always got an eye out for the next one!

      I am a big *** fan and love his work. This event was amazing, with some of his works acted out. I would definitely attend another event similar. I highly recommend Fever Events.

      We attended the Candlelight Tribute to ***** as a family of four for *********** day in *********, ** at the ******* of **** & loved the show! The musicians were down to earth & did a great job! Our kids love Queen, too, so it was really fun for them to hear the instrumental version & see the light bulb go off when they figured out what song it was. Would attend another Candlelight event. Looking to try other Fever offerings soon!

      The Fever events at the ********************************* in *********, **** never disappoint. The staff are always professional, courteous and genuine. The event is beautiful and several points of access are handicap accessible. Always a memorable and entertaining. An experience everyone should have.
