      Probably will never buy any event tickets from this company again. Purchased tickets for a 9PM showing. My confirmation email stated 9PM. On the day of the event I realized my actual digital tickets were saying 6PM. I emailed customer support to get clarification. Was told it was a technical issue with the email, there was no 9PM event slot. I found that hard to believe because I specifically chose 9 because our party could not make it earlier. Was basically gaslit into making it seem like I had chose the wrong time and that the email time was a glitch. When I asked for a refund they denied it even when they KNEW there was something wrong. They just kept telling me there are no shiw times at 9. Only 6,8,10. I had to email the event coordinators directly to ask them for clarification. They confirmed there was for sure a glitch with the time slots. So it wasnt an email issue like they were trying to make me think, it truly was their platform that had wrong times. I brought this to their attention and still would not issue a refund, forcing my party to have to adjust our schedule to be able to attend the event. This is terrible customer service and honestly feels a bit like a scam. YOUR platform glitched, how is that the fault of the consumer to where you wouldnt issue a refund? So if my party and I couldnt have adjusted our schedule we would have been out that money all because of your platform mistake. Thats terrible. Own up to it. And make sure your customers are taken care when issues were on your end.

      A Unique Experience!Highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience a fun filled evening of ***********************. The signature cocktails were wonderful, the venue cozy ("speakeasy-ish") and the actors were amazing! A truly unique event!

      My husband bought tickets to a Fever event as my Mother's Day gift.6 hours before event I contacted Fever and told them my husband was having a medical event. I wanted to simply change the ticket date.Request was denied because we could not give 48 hours advance notice.

      We absolutely enjoyed our evening candlelight concert. The setting was intimate and delightful. We will certainly watch for other offerings and will take advantage.

      We had an enchanting experience at the ***********************: ***** ** **** exhibit in ********, **********! As avid fans of the magical world, my wife and I were thrilled to immerse ourselves in the wizarding universe.The photo ops were simply magical! From posing with life-size replicas of famous scenes and every moment felt like stepping into the pages of *************************** beloved books. The attention to detail was impeccable, making us feel like true witches and wizards.The merchandise was a delight for collectors like us. We couldn't resist purchasing some exclusive items to add to our collection. The variety of products, from wands to house-themed merchandise, was impressive.Overall, our experience at ***********************: ***** ** **** was truly unforgettable. It's a must-visit for any *********************** fan looking to experience the magic firsthand!

      When I purchased the tickets, they were supposed to for ***** music but turned out it was Beatles instead. While the music was good, not what I expected. The chairs at the venue are very uncomfortable and maybe the seating can be arranged for more visibility for the back sections.

      My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. The actors were passionate and convincing. The venue was right-sized for event. The drinks were tasty and creative. We had a memorable evening.

      I attended the *********************** Speakeasy in **********, ** as a gift to my sis. The actors were so talented, it impressed us both. I love how their MC provided facts (unknown to us) in between sets. The specialty cocktails to matth the theme of each set was a nice touch as well. We both enjoyed it. I will definitely look for similar events to attend again.
