      Ordered a two day ********* pass. Only received one but paid for two. Was told they would fix the issue and they would escalate to fix it and after a day and a half on the very day of the second concert, never fixed it. Dont try to get refund either, just dispute the charge through bank or credit card. This company is either big scam or incompetent STAFF! They give complete run around and say they will call back when they never do!

      DO NOT buy tickets from them. Our concert in ************ was cancelled. The company is saying it was rescheduled, and we can attend the concert in ******. Why am I going to ******? Refund me my money.

      Great selection of seats for reasonable price. I got my tickets right away with no issue. The fees were a bitter pill, but I had a great experience.

      I bought a ticket for **** ****** in ***********. No problems. Smooth transaction and the ticket was delivered to my house within two days!

      I bought my tickets two to three months prior to the event. I received emails stating claim your tickets. Every time I tried I could never get the tickets. They suggested I go through ticketmaster. I emailed Ticketmaster got an email back from ************ stating they could not help me. I sent them all this information they still did not provide me tickets. 2 weeks prior to the event I called they said I would get a link the date of the event I waited no tickets ever showed up. I called the day of the event requested a refund since I never received the tickets. The gal on the phone insured me that she was going to file for my refund I called back a week later they cannot find any requests for a refund and they told me they sent me a link the day of the event at 6:00 p.m. when the event was at 8:00 p.m. first who would look 2 hours prior to the event if they didn't receive them in the morning second I didn't receive this email I can't find it anywhere I checked my spam and everything there is no email with the link to these tickets. This company is horrible and they don't care if they steal your money. Would never recommend this company to anybody

      I purchased tickets and never recieved an email with the tickets. I did receive an email receipt. I got to the venue and showed at the entrance what I had, which had the price, my name and seat number, but was not allowed in w/o tickets w/ qr code. I contacted Viagogo while at the venue only to get robot. I was informed then to check tickemaster or Axis, Id never new they were connected, nevertheless, no tickets in either account. ******************** stated they had not proof that I contacted them, their system so I was not eligible for a refund. Now Im out of $231.00

      Terrible!!! Stay away!!! Would give zero stars if I could. I bought tix in a section and when I received them, they were in a far worse off section. I called to either get tix in the correct section or a refund and they denied me. **************** is a joke.

      Found great seats at affordable price just hours before the **** ***** concert.The only thing that would make it better would be if the site would disclose the "fees" before one actually begins the purchase process.

      It was a miserable rainy day, but the tour took us all over and it was very interesting to learn the history of ********. I like to go places and learn all about where I am. Bus driver was great. Tour guide, ***** was very knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend this bus tour to anyone who wants to learn about ******** and cannot walk alot.

      Great tickets to the clips! Amazing price!!!! Very easy process. We have Face ID for the intuit dome and the tickets look different than other tickets that weve purchased for Clippers games, but everything turned out great!
