      Bought tickets for a concert and within a day received an email to download my tickets. The link has a countdown to receive tickets which is the exact time time concert starts. I contacted Viagogo by email several times with no response. Found a contact number and supposedly they are contacting the seller. This concert is to honor my sons best friend who just passed away shy of his 12th birthday so this is quite devastating once again. If the company does not issue a refund or supply comparable tickets we will take legal action. I wish I looked up their BBB accreditation prior to the purchase.

      Was skeptical, but i got the ticket last minutes and everything was great.The ticket was valid, and i enjoyed the show.the only thins is that the Fee "viagogo" charges is really high.

      We purchased Laker tickets and were told by several customer agents that we did not download the tickets correctly for 3 days we did everything they said to do for the download. Finally the day of the game we were finally told the seller of the tickets never transferred the tickets. It was a huge waste of time and running our anniversary celebration. How does a company not verify something as simple as the transfer of the tickets?? Along with wasting hours of our time and only give a solution about 2 hours before the game. No one drives to LA when tickets are no a possibility and we werent going to buy new tickets after we just had the worst experience.

      I purchased two tickets to an event. I then received an email advising my tickets were delivered via E-Tickets. Said event does not allow e-tickets and uses mailed wristbands and the support for the event advised they have no way to scan a QR code on site. I contacted Viagogo and was advised they would not issue a refund as they see tickets were delivered. I continued to advise the tickets are not real. The *** file sent to me is a low quality QR code only. I contacted my bank who advised they were unable to refund as they have to follow the policies set forward by the company. The company is willingly letting scammers sell on their website! They need to remove these scammers from their site immediately as people are losing their hard earned money! Im out of $650 for this event now.
