      To get my tickets was a 6 hour nightmare or more since they said they would send them same day of venue. I had no reception where I was and had to continue to text often.When I logged in to Viagogo it would send me to a new site to retrieve the tickets. Finally I texted help center and they sent me the tickets quickly in an easy format.Tickets were 3 times the amount from door prices. Venue was half empty when we got there. I was disappointed for taking all that time from my vacation trying to get the tickets I had paid for in advance.I was then even more disappointed to find out tickets were 500 pesos at the door and I paid ***** pesos on line and the place was half empty

      THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! I am not sure how they could possibly be in business! We bought tickets for the *************************** Concert in **** and planned an entire trip around it. It was a total bucket list item to see him AND in the Forum in ****!! They told us the tickets would arrive before we left for our trip...then as it got closer they said they said they would deliver them to our *************....guess what?! No tickets!! We spent HOURS on the phone (international calls by the way) they would put us on hold, hang up on us, transfer us, etc. It was a TOTAL SCAM!!!! They need to be shut down and exposed. 20/20...60 Minutes...let's get them all on board...

      I purchased tickets for a concert last year June 2022 and that concert was postponed , found out the concert will be given this year 2023 in March, I've called them a few times and have been given the run around, they have said they will get back to me, then they said the don't see the new event , then they said the.tickets we're sent and they weren't, then they said the will send them , and some one will get back to me. I already know I probably will not get a refund ****** lost, this is a disgrace of a business, don't use them.

      NEVER do business with this company. They do nothing to hold the people on their platform accountable and actively make the problem worse, straight up fraud directly subsidized and supported by this company. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

      Will not refund money when a show has been canceled. The pitbull show originally scheduled for March 2020 at *************** has been postponed 2 times and now show is canceled. I sent supporting website info to them as requested and they are telling me they cannot confirm cancellation. Do not ever buy a thing from them.

      We were charged over $146 for two tickets that cost $20 each, plus a small fee and taxes. In other words, we paid almost three times the cost to purchase these tickets ($54 vs. the $146 they charged). Called and they said that was their price and you have no recourse. Will never purchase again from them! ****** learned...

      0 stars. This is a corrupt and fake company. I bought a ticket for the Mexican GP Formula 1 race for October 28th - 30th, 2022 in March of 2022. I paid over $700 for these tickets. I changed my plans for going to ******, and decided to sell the tickets. I did not have the tickets yet because the seller did not send them, but Viagogo says you can have the company re-route the tickets for you if you have not received them. My tickets sold for $800 on September 4th. I clicked to have the tickets re-routed, and lo and behold Viagogo can magically not re-route the tickets because "they already shipped." The tracking number they give you is through ****** I checked this, and the tickets were not shipped, but had a " shipping label created" in August 2022. I told them this and they said I would receive the tickets within a week. It is now October 12th, and the tracking status has not changed. However, between those times I have received numerous threatening emails from them stating that I should have already sent the tickets, and now if I don't mail them in the next 72 hours, I will be charged. I have called multiple times over the past several months between August and October to follow up on this and each person tells me a different thing, and says they cannot see what the other person said, but they all say it is my responsibility to ship the tickets. How am I supposed to ship tickets that I don't have?! They updated my account to say my tickets were delivered, when they indeed have not been. Where is my reimbursement for the tickets I have not received?! This is a fraudulent company. I am praying I can get my money back through my credit card. 100% DO NOT PURCHASE from here. Stick to the official websites for any events you are looking for.

      Engaged in a classic " bait and switch" operation masquerading as a third party ticket reseller. This is a shady and clearly illegal practice that has thus far flown under the radar. The number of laws broken in my single transaction was amazing. I suppose that ** regulators are very *** because the patently predatory trade they engage in is certainly against the law here. When I sent my fraud case to **** with documents it was closed in my favor immediately.

      Terrible customer service. Terrible communication between the employees and with the system. Several emails sent and telephone conversations regarding a refund for an event I did not receive my purchase for and that was later canceled. Have email from company saying I would receive refund within 5 days. Talked to a rep for 51 mins who then transferred me only to be told my case was opened and could not be seen by this other person who was supposed to be the one who could handle my situation. They would need to call me back once the case was closed by another team member they could not communicate with .wow what a dysfunctional business and beyond frustrating for this customer

      If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased tickets in June for an event on September 24, it is now September 23rd and I still have no tickets. Ive called every month, multiple times a month and they still cannot tell me a date or time that I will receive my tickets. Im out money for my hotel room (passed the cancellation window for a full refund) and out the money for the tickets. Waiting on the seller to reupload tickets that they uploaded incorrectly the first time, not even sure at this point I should trust the tickets to be valid if I ever receive them. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they could allow me to speak with one because I was already assigned an agent. WILL NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM AGAIN
