      My biggest regret is investing thousands of dollars into both my peloton bike, tread and membership. My tread completely stopped working within its first year and getting any information from the Peloton customer service team is agonizing. No one ever takes notes so the entire process needs to be explained over and over again with no resolution as you will be disconnected from every agent you come in contact with without fail. How they treat their customers should be illegal. Stay far far away from this failing company.

      My experience with customer service is so bad. I don't understand why they can't pick up the phone and help their customers. The ****- number does not work. They put me on hold, I tell them my issue, they apologize and then on three occasions they put me on hold to check and then disconnected my call. Most companies would call you back when they accidentally do that, but I guess most companies want to keep their customers.

      I have been a proud and loyal Peloton customer for several years, having invested in both the Peloton Bike and Treadmill. While I cherish the workouts and classes, I've unfortunately encountered a ****************** issue which has yet to be addressed adequately by Peloton's support team. For a significant duration, I've been erroneously charged twice monthly for our family membership. Despite reaching out to Peloton with a detailed explanation of the issue, months have passed without a resolution.The joy and fitness benefits we've derived from our Peloton devices are overshadowed by this ongoing billing challenge. It's disheartening to feel overlooked and unheard, especially when we've tried diligently to communicate and seek a fair solution.I'm sharing this experience in hopes that Peloton values its customer feedback and acts swiftly to rectify this situation. It's crucial for businesses to match the quality of their products with equally high-quality customer service.

      Ive been a loyal Peleton customer for 5 years. My touch screen suddenly went out and theyre trying to charge me $160 for a tech to come out and then charge me $379 to replace the screen!!! Wouldnt one think the $160 would apply towards the new screen??? Thanks common practice. I hate the customer service, on hold for over an hour!!! What a disappointment.

      My bike is paid off and I canceled my member a year ago in February. I have all of the documentation and they are still charging my CC $44 every month.Every month, I call MY CC fraud department and they have to challenge the charge. Peloton does not dispute this but still charges me the next month so i have to fight the charge all over again.This is criminal!

      Worst customer service and worst equipment. Any inquiries to tech support will be disconnected with no support and they you will be left with useless machinery

      This company has the worst customer service of any entity that I have ever dealt with. They have overcharged me SEVERAL months in a row for my bike rental/membership and I cannot get any answers on this! All of my calls and messages get resolved by them saying "this has been escalated to leadership." Well it has been in "leaderships" hand for weeks and they still owe me money back. Cannot get a straight answer from anyone. They say someone will call in ***** hours. They never have. I continuously have to follow up with them and be told the same thing. This is unfortunate because I like my bike, but will not pay more than what I agreed for. What a joke. I'll be returning it as soon as i possibly can.

      Peloton has the absolute worst product and service. We had a faulty treadmill and they picked it up and now won't even schedule a replacement delivery. Highly disappointed. Terrible terrible service. What a waste of money.

      Absolutely no respect for the customer's time. I ordered a bike a month ago. I understand shipping delays happen and I can accept that, but this company scheduled a delivery window that required me to be home during a weekday and then did not show. They never contacted me to let me know they would be unable to make the scheduled delivery time. I had to reschedule for a week later only for them to do the same thing again.
