Order number- ********** I received the watch today that has several scratches on the front of it and a red line on the back of it. I called customer service and was transferred to a warranty representative name ****** who continued to tell me she could not locate my order number or email address. She told me she was unable to assist me until I told her I needed a resolution. She came back stating I needed to speak with a Michael Kors representative. I told her I just spoke with someone before her who send me to the warranty department. She then transferred me to another department inwhich no one picked up the phone. I am requesting a refund at this point and will return the watch. Its unacceptable that I spent over $200 on this watch and called several times and cannot get any assistance. The representative seemed very unhelpful and continued to transfer me to different people. This is the worst customer service.************************* ************Initial Complaint

I purchased several bags last year from Michael kors. One bag had issue as the leather strap started coming apart. I contacted store and they advised me to bring in for them to ship to warranty or contact warranty directly which I did as store is far from my home. I was informed to ship item for inspection. I asked about shipping and was told to ship myself. Which I did at a cost of almost $20.After receiving notice item was delivered I reached our and was told to wait for them to contact me in 3-5 days.I contacted again at 5 days and was given same result this happened repeatedly over several weeks and I got very frustrated and began looking carefully through warranty which stated they had 3-5 days to inspect item and repair or replace if repair was not possible and Michael kors was solely responsible for shipping handbags. Neither had happened. I had no bag, no resolution and a $20 shipping charge.After reaching out AGAIN I was simply told we're giving you a store credit of ****** which was the pre tax price paid.No repair would be done. No replacement. They had the same bag multiple times in their site during the time they had mine. Once for 119. Another time ***** but now it's out of stock and they would neither send a comparable bag or cover the cost if tax and shipping which is their cost to pay based on their on website. I have tried multiple times and been told 119. Is all ill get. So I told them I'd be filing a complaint. They just said sorry and gift card will be emailed. That was 3 days ago and nothing has been said or sent. Help!Customer Answer

Hello! I bought a pair of boots in the store on 11/26/22 and tried them on and they were very uncomfortable/defective. I went to the store to return it and they wouldnt take it back because I didnt have a box. It is within the return window and I have the receipt. According to their warranty, I am entitled to a refund. The boots extremely hurt my foot by my ankle and I barely wore it for a few hours. I had excruciating pain by my ankle like a piece of metal was piercing me, the leather is sooo tight and uncomfortable. It is inside the return window and I would like to return it for a refund as I will never *************. I wasnt even able to drive in them. I am very dissatisfied. I have not been able to get any customer service help online, I even tried calling the corporate office at ************ and left several voicemails and no one has responded. In October 2022 I bought a MK apple watch band. It is already discolored. I spoke with customer service Saturday, and they told me it could be replaced and that I could go in store to have it replaced. I went in store on Sunday and the employee told me it just needed to be cleaned. She tried to clean it for 10 minutes and it looked the same. She basically told me it was my fault because it was rubbing my jeans which made it discolor and that is not the case at all. I wear my purse on the same side so it's impossible for it to come in contact with my jeans. After i left the store with no solution, I contacted customer service again Sunday and they told me to contact back on Monday to receive help. I was on the phone with someone the first time who had me on hold, waiting to get supervisor approval to replace the band. I was disconnected so I had to call back. After another hour of being on the phone and on hold several times, and sending photos and my receipt, making me think that they would replace it, she told me I had to buy another band. I asked to talk to a supervisor and never heard back. Considering I have only had the band for less than 3 months I feel like MK needs to replace it for the discoloration that shouldn't have happened. I was issued a refund in person at the Michael Kors store at ********************************************************************************* on December 29 2022. It is now Jan 3 2023 and the money has still not been put back into my bank account. I called the head office was given the run around by a manager. I was told I would be called back and that call has still arrived. I was asked to put my bank card into a in store debit machine and I was told that the money was put into my account. The money was never returned to me. I would just like my refund of $168.37 to be put back into my account.Customer Answer

I am new to purchasing from Michael Kors online. Prior to any purchases I signed up for the KORSVIP It states that you received 10 points per dollar. These points are a big reason I bought from them because of the benefits when you reach over ****** points. Between December 14th 2022 and December 26th I purchased more than **** dollars in bags. At 10 points a dollar they own me well over ****** points While ordering it would telling me you will receive X points upon shipment. Of my roughly 15 orders (some had more than one item, more were individuals as they were selling out quickly, only 4 were given points. The bags themselves are a huge hit. The girls love them, but as for the points I received barely ***** and every time I talk to support via chat they have zero explanation. I would like the correct number of points associated. There were zero indications that bags were not going to give me points, just the opposite it always said at shipping time you will get XYZ points. Please fix this. Also there is an order that is being shipping to me, that doesnt even exist in my order history. Yet there it is.. charged me and everything and yet again, even I had done the purchase, no points. I want the bag, but it was never checked out. And Im always logged in and it has my correct email etc on the order from being logged in. Totally upset as this would have been an amazing opportunity to get invited to special invents, and now I cant even do squat. I would like an explanation as to why you only gaveCustomer Answer

Bought a ******* Kors hand bag for $94.34 online on October 18th. Forgot to use my membership benefit and so ordered another one with the coupon. Called the customer service right away to cancel the first order and they told me that I have to return the bag once I receive it and they cannot cancel the order. After receiving the item took it to the Tysons mall and returned it on October 26th. I got the mail tracking slip as my confirmation and the representative ******* **************************************** told me that I would get the money in 10 business days. Since I didn't get the money in November I stopped by the Tysons ******* store and ******* confirmed with me the ** received the product and they are processing the return money. I have been following up ever since by calling him, emailing him, talking to the store managers (****** is one of them)..but still I haven't received my money yet and no one is taking responsibility.Initial Complaint

I ordered sneakers from Michael Kors and I got confirmation that the order was delivered. I am having a hard time trusting any of these stores which is fueling my anxiety. I called Michael Kors to try to resolve issue on my own. My package was never delivered. I was told on 12/23 I would get a refund and I never received my refund. I am so disgusted and discouraged that I cannot order anything on line because I dont know if I will receive it. I seriously believe the delivery drivers are stealing them. I just want my money back. On December 27, 2022, I went into the store to exchange my Christmas gift for a smaller size due to the incorrect sizing; however, the cashier/salesperson, ******** ******, was very rude and dismissive. She was rude and racially profiled me and told me she wouldn't exchange anything because I did not have a receipt; even though the tag was still on the dress, she could quickly look it up in the system by the barcode. Additionally, To make things worse, the person standing behind me was also of her culture and was going through the same problem, and she chose to accept his exchange. When I confronted her about accepting his condition and walked away to the back, this was unacceptable, so I called the number ************ and spoke with ***** at the ******* location. He told me it wasn't their problem and refused to transfer me to a manager for clarification. In addition, he said that the store needed to rectify the issue, not them, and hung up on me. It is unacceptable on all terms; shouldn't all customers be treated the same?
