      September 2022 I purchased a handbag gor ****** dollars. The quality of the bag was my reason for returning the item. I returned the bag and continued to wait for my refund. I Contacted them and they stated they would send an email notifying me when the refund is issued. I then contacted my bank, they indicated that a fraud alert had been placed on my account, which means the refund did not go back on my credit card. I have contacted my bank, they contacted Michael Kors and they informed my bank it could take up to 8 weeks for them to investigate. I again contacted Michael Kors and they informed me that the formal request was made on October 13, 2022. I still have not received a refund and 8 weeks will be up on Wednesday December 7th, 2022. I am requesting my refund, they have their merchandise and I have paid my credit in full.

      Good Morning,I recently purchased a purse from the site during cyber Monday 11/28/22 and the package was shipped and delivered Tuesday 11/29/22 evening by **** Unfortunately, the package was stolen from the lobby ( package was opened and purse taken - left the box) I contacted customer service 11/30/22 & 12/2/22. No response. The purse was a Christmas gift for my mother. Id like to know if its possible for a replacement or refund. If video footage from the incident is required please advise. Thank you

      on 5/15/22 I purchased a Michael Kors purse from Dillards, within a week it fell apart. ******** replaced the purse and within another week or two int feel apart again. I was told by ************************* that at this point I was to contact the manufacturer for warranty. This was a brand new purse.I contacted Michael Kors, let them know what had happened as well as where the purse was purchased from, therefore they knew everything with regards to this purse. I was advised that I need to send the purse back to Michael Kors, at my own cost, to be reviewed for warranty.All requested documents as well as tags were sent back to them for review. Ticket Number ******* On 11/12/22 I received an email that they received the purse for review, that I would be contacted 3-5 business days with an update with the next steps.On 11/15/2022 I received my purse back in the mail. Which tells me they didn't even look at it as that is not even 3-5 business days. They was a service note within the box that stated:FG services is only able to repair product which is manufactured under license ************ and Sold by authorized retailer.I called and spoke with a Michael Kors representative and was told that the item was not sent to the right place address. Yet I received an email on 11/12/22 stating that my item was received by their warranty department.Never once in any email communications with Michael Kors **************** was I ever given an address in which to send the purse to, therefore I searched the Michael Kors website for the warranty and found the address under warranty.I am seeking my purse to be repaired or replaced under the warranty, as well as the reimbursement for the shipping that I paid to send this item to be sent to them. As well as compensation for any other fees accumulated to send this purse back to them again.

      I purchased a coat online and it arrived damaged on October 18th. I called the customer service line and they told me to take the coat to a store to return. I did and the store told me to call another customer service number. So I did, 3 different times. They are telling me I cannot return the coat because it's been too long since I purchased it. They have not offered a refund, an exchange or any solution to this issue. They have been rude and extremely unhelpful. I have not experienced this level of poor customer service from any company, especially a so called luxury brand.

      I've sold items through the pre loved team with MK and received a gift card, one in the amount of $36. Worked with a rep to try to place and they disconnected the chat after I provided my info. Tried to place it on my own and there was an error on the website. The card balance is now saying zero and i have no order placed. This issue was supposed to be escalated a week ago. I get no response from MK. I've missed out on my purchase with my $50 b'day coupon waiting for my funds to appear back on my giftcard. At this point I just hope the funds were not stolen and used by someone on their team. Just a bad customer experience and now I have to make a purchase still from them since they only provide giftcards for the pre loved ******** just hope this doesn't happen again and they resolve my issue.

      I purchased a purse online. When the product arrived the quality wasnt like the description and the online picture. I follow the instruction for the return. I went to the closest store in ******** ***********************. The employee refused take the refund unless I accept a store credit. The product qualified for a money reimbursement. I called customer services they told me to send the item my mail. I did on October 7th. I been calling every other day since then because they havent processed the return. Everything I call they said something different. I emailed them the response was that the return was initiated in October 19th. I called again on October 27th. The employee said the return is been escalated but not initiated. Michael Kors is using multiples excuse to return the money the outstanding balance is $126.57. I looking for assistant to get my money back

      On Oct 14, Lexi, in the Michael Kors ***************** store in **********, ********** arranged a purchase transaction over the phone for an item to be shipped to me on the East Coast. Before I finalized the purchase, I asked **** if a return shipping label would be included in the package in case the item doesn't fit, because I do not have a store near me. She said she would provide a label to me if the item doesnt fit, that all I had to do was call back to the store. On Oct 20, I received the package and the item did NOT fit, I followed ****'s guidance and I called the store to ask for a label. I spoke to ******* and he said they don't provide labels. I told him that **** told me that they did. He insisted that they didn't/couldn't provide a label for me to return the item and insisted that I return to a store after I repeatedly told him that I do not have a store nearby. I would not have made the purchase if I knew I had to go through all of this trouble, I reiterated what **** told me about the label and ******* didn't care what **** told me. He wasn't trying to help me and provide me with good customer service. So, now I am stuck with an item that I can not wear and out of my money. I would not have purchased the item if I knew they wouldn't send me a label. They didn't even honor what **** said to me. I am very disappointed in Michael Kor's handling of this matter at the ***************** store and this will be the last purchase I make from Michael Kors. They do not value their customers and do not follow through on promises that they make to their customers.

      Purchased e-giftcard on 9/3/22 for wife's birthday gift. I checked the box for "gift receipt" so it could be returned if needed. The amount of the gift was $300.00 (USD). I called to request refund and was told they can't refund the amount even though the transaction has gift receipt. I spent over 1 hour speaking to an agent who repeatedly would not transfer me to a supervisor. He mentioned supervisors were taking calls (chats the supervisor) and the supervisor doesn't want to speak to me. I have employee info as well as giftcard info at home. i will have to add as additional comment later today.
