I purchased a puffer jacket from less than a year ago ( from when i have reached out to the company warranty team) the material inside the puffers has formed lumps, which is manufacturing/design/product reliability defect. After several attempts they claim its "not consider as a manufacture defect" with no proper explanation or elaboration on whay could have caused the issue if its not manufacturing quality issue.Initial Complaint

I was given a gift card that I $43.53 left on. I tried to use it today and it says gift card not found. They were not able to help me in the store and gave me a number that was automated. I made my purchase but I need to be credited the money that was on my gift card. I do not live near a michael kors store. I need a manager to contact me regarding this issue. I have attached a copy of the card i downloaded to my digital wallet and if you need the original email for the purchase i will send you that too. We had a warranty claim case # **** submitted to ******************* and they repaired and sent the item. However the repair was not done appropriately and they sent me the damaged item. I have sent the pictures and spoke to multiple customer care agents and have not received appropriate resolution. I also spoke to one of the supervisor they threatened me and used very unprofessional words. I had high hopes on ******************* but i lost trust and requesting refund for the item I paid.Customer Answer

Hello - I sold my Michael Kors (MK) purse (that I have purchased new) on the preloved MK site. The purse sold for $120.00. I received the gift card from MK in October 2023 for the sale of that particular purse. I have not used the gift card. I tried using the card at the end of February 2024 and the card will not work. I have called a few times, and I was told I used the card and its same as cash and they can't do anything. I have NOT used this gift card. Then I started emailing and I have the emails uploaded for you to see. This is a MK mistake not a customer mistake. I sold my purse for the amount. Now I don't have my purse or the money for the sell. As you see I am getting the run around. They need to check the date and see when they originally sent, he same card out to someone. I was told the card was used on November 5, 2023, (Sunday) at 10:10 p m EST. They can see from where and whom, I am sure. Then I was told the card was used at a store. What store is open on a Sunday that late. I am not trying to get something for nothing. You can see my purchases are online and my account has what I purchased. I received a order from them that was opened upon delivery and they are telling me something about they cant do anything for me even thought it was opened and stuff missing from the order I immediately took pics and sent them to them and they are not willing to do. I bought a Michael Kors handbag on January 8, 2024. This past Saturday March 2, 2024 I placed my handbag on the dining room table and 1 hour later the handbag caught fire. The sun was shining through the window and the refelcetion from the brass strap caused the handbag to catch fire. I have pictures to show. I called MK and they said that that is not a factory issue and they also said why would I put the bag in direct sunlight. I I weren't home my home could have gone up in smoke. This item should be recalled and I should be reimbursed. I was interested in the Michael Kors Large ******** bag. It was sold out. However, it was still in my cart and discovered that one was available. I made the purchase on line via MichaelKors.com.After 2 hours of placing the order, I realized that the item in the cart had to have the purse monogrammed with my initials. I called customer service and explained the situation and she told me that it wasn't shipped and that she would remove the monogrammed. However, upon receipt it was monogrammed. Also, this purse is EXTREMELY large and very heavy. I am 65 years old and only 5 "2". I would not be able to carry it. Also, the gold chain on it looks very cheap. Very disappointed.I called customer service regarding my concern and they refused to do anything. I was told that it was monogrammed and that I am stuck with it. Janurary 14, **** I placed an order with Michael Kors. Confirmation email was sent with my order information. One week passes; I receive another email from Michael kors stating that they were providing three more days to ship my order and if it was not completed within that time. I would receive a full refund. Three days passed with nothing. I waited 5 total days. Reached out the company, with no resolution. They couldnt find my order a representative stated. My account was withdrawn of the amount of $379.25, and provided my order number. I was told they would escalate the issue further. 8 days from the last email, I called customer service. I was provided the same information: they couldnt find my order and would have to escalate the issue. **************** does not reach back out and no refund or shipment of product has been made. I purchased frames on 9/19/23. The frames was brought back once and they were able to adjust or tighten. Now the frames are broke and the place of purchase " advanced eye care in ******** **" refuses to have them replaced or fixed without paying again. These frames are less than 3 months old and have messed up twice. Now with the frames being broken. I've included the receipt. And pictures of the glasses. Please feel free to contact me regarding these. I havent been able to wear them in a couple of weeks.
