      To whom this may concern,My name is ***************. In April 2023, I ordered some a shirt and a dress from Michael Kors website. My order number is **********. Few days later I returned the dress ($99 plus tax) and I received email from ******************* informed that my return has been received on 4/20/23. Couple weeks after that, I received an alert from my bank that a deposit from Michael Kors has been cancelled because the refund was issued to the debit card which I cancelled just a few days before the refund from Michael Kors issued due to my card had been hacked. The refund has never been deposited to my bank account. I called ********************** customer service (aslo sometime in April) regarding to the refund was denied by my bank I had not received my money back. The customer representative informed me that he would issue a check refund but it would take at least 4 months before I could receive my check. I agreed to it and asked for confirmation number regarding to my check refund request. Customer representative said there were no confirmation number that he could provide me but it would show under my order number. I waited for 4 months then contacted Michael Kors customer service in August 2023 through email but never got response from Michael Kors. Then I chatted with customer service couple weeks later and was informed by 2 representatives that my refund was still in process. No confirmation number or expected date when I would receive refund was given to me at that time. Both representatives apruptly ended the chat after telling me my refund had been working on. Today, 8/22/2023, I chatted with Michael Kors customer service again, I chated with ********* and ********. They told me my refund was cashed out on may 26 2023. I told them I had never received the check and asked if they could provide me information regarding if the check was mailed, where it was mailed to, if it was deposited directly to a bank account and which account it had been deposited to, etc. They told me they could not provide me those information. I have checked my bank statement and there is not Michael Kors refunds was deposited on may 26 2023 and I never received any check from Michael Kors. I wish to get my refund. Thank you.

      I placed an order on their website and go the confirmation page. When I try to find the order on my order status page it wasnt showing so then I contact customer service about my order. **************** then informed me that my order was canceled as they did not want to honor a promotion code that was available to everyone. So because they dont want to be out money they cancel many customers orders which is absolutely ridiculous that they do not want to honor their own promotions.

      Dear BBB, your help is needed in my dealings with the worst company in the world: Michael Kors who has sold me a really bad product and has been mentally manipulating me using such tactics as GASLIGHTING to get ME to pay THEM to repair the DEFECTIVE shoes they sold me via Order ********** on July 17th, 2023. The shoes I purchased are Keke Crocodile Embossed Leather Pump advertised to me via Michael KORS website as high heels TO WEAR, which is why I bought them: TO WEAR THESE SHOES; however, I discovered, after wearing them three times, that the bottom of the shoe is nearly GONE and the entire nose of the shoe is GONE after three wears. This tells me the high heels were made to look pretty on a shelf. These shoes were designed and manufactured to be looked at, not to be worn. I bought the product on 7/17; I received the product on 7/21; on 8/10, Michael Kors emailed me requesting my product REVIEW, and I provided an honest and detailed 1-star review on their website: I bought Keke Crocodile Embossed Leather Pump a few days ago. I wore these THREE times, and their bottom is half-GONE! The entire bottom of the nose of the shoe is GONE This heel is made to sit on a shelf, not to be worn by a human woman. That same day, I reached out to ***************** to get a refund. Ive been wearing high heels for TWENTY-NINE years and have never seen my shoes bottom almost GONE after three wears. This is unacceptable. This is a bad and defective product, so I reached out to Michael Kors customer service, but they manipulated me and gaslighted me telling me the fault is mine and I need to pay them to repair their defective product. Im attaching the communications with customer service, the pictures of the shoes bottoms, and the decision of Michael Kors not to provide me with a refund. They refused. I need my money back as the product sold to me was not intended for wear. I buy shoes TO WEAR them. This has been a traumatic experience. I hope that BBB can help me. Thank you.

      Ordered Kors suitcase from Kors store March 3, 2023, shipped to me.Ordered matching Large Weekender Bag Feb 15, 2023 online from Kors.Warranty info given to me 1-year on each product that's NOT being honored by Michael Kors. They find a way to reject claims & then it is customer burden, to pay to return merchandise to be inspected.I called to initiate claims on Weds Aug 9, 2023. ******** for ******************* for the Weekender Bag were assigned, detailing purchase dates, how purchased, costs, etc. Instructions given to me, to send pics of damaged/defective 2 items in separate emails. I sent all required information w/images in jpeg format (no special format was instructed to me how to send images). The rep ******* was extremely helpful.Received emails @same time on Thurs morning 8/10/23 to resend pics of both items, this time in PDF format.). Also another email stated, they did not see the damage/buckle of material in corner of my suitcase, & rejected my claim. When attempted to send images again, in pdf form, email failed due to files too large. I called customer service spoke to ****, explained emails received & issues. He tried to help as much as could, however he ask me to initiate a chat to resolve issues. Here's where I knew I would get little results.Chatted w/**** re-explained the entire issues yet again, sent pics in chat, to be told again suitcase was not defective, would not be replaced, and I had 30 days to return item if I had issue. I initially contacted customer service in March 27, 2023 (See email)..about this suitcase defect but DID NOT pursue to return it UNTIL the matching weekend bag zipper (CASE ****), RECENTLY few weeks ago, became where it would not zip completely or only zip half way and get stuck..and zipper would open up spontaneously often when in use. I asked & received a free shipping return label for the weekender bag to be inspected. Im sure they will reject it too. All I wanted were REPLACEMENTS & speak with a supervisor!

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Michael Kors regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      IN REGARDS TO MY Complaint ID: ********. JUST AN UPDATE. FINALLY, MICHAEL KORS RESPONDED. AFTER MY HAVING TO INITIATE SEVERAL WEEKS OF EMAILS FOR UPDATE ON, AND ASKING THEM FOR A FULL REFUND TO INCLUDE TAXES OF $421.88. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY DEBIT CARD AND INITIALLY OFFERED ME A VIRTUAL GIFT CARD OF $399. I REMINDED THEM MY TOTAL PURCHASE W/TAXES WAS $421.88, WHICH THEY AGREED TO. I DID NOT PREFER THIS METHOD OF REPAYMENT BUT DID RECEIVE & ACCEPTED THE VIRTUAL GIFT CARD OF $422 TODAY (9/27/23). BUYERS BEWARE.

      I ordered a bag online and it arrived with a damaged zipper. The zipper gets stuck on an area it passes. I received the bag in 07/29/2023 and called today 07/30/2023 to get an exchange since i was given a defective item. The person i spoke to refused to provide an exchange and was only given the option to return the item at a store location or ship the item back and wait for a refund then repurchase which is completely unfair to me.

      ********************************* ORDER# ********** I purchased a bag and had it personalized to give my wife for her birthday. The day after I gave her the bag that was personalized with her initials it started to peel. I called Michael Kors and the gentleman that answered the phone apologize and told us that shouldnt have happened, he told us to send an email with photos attached and that we would be receiving a full refund within 48 hours if not sooner. We sent the email with photos and never received a response back.We then called back six days later and was told that they werent sure what happened with the pictures or email but I could go online and do a live chat and send new pictures that way.I was then told that they would give us only a 15% refund. Once I let them know that I find that not acceptable moments later the chat completely ended. I reached out again to start a new chat with someone else and was told that they would only do a 10% refund. These bags are not cheap and my intentions were not to give a bag as a gift that would start falling apart. I was told that I be receiving a full refund and thats what I expected to get. This is very embarrassing to give someone a gift that is falling apart and then have to ask for the gift back to return it.I would also have to go through the trouble of returning, reordering and waiting on another bag. Id like to be refunded the full amount like I was originally told. I believe that is only fair for the trouble that I was put through.

      Yesterday, July 20th I placed an order for a gift for my wife. At the time of checkout, it wouldn't let me sign into our account - it requested that I update the password. I put in my e-mail to receive the instructions/link but after waiting 10 minutes or more, I never received the e-mail so I completed the checkout as a guest. Still, today, I did not receive the e-mail to update this.I chose overnight shipping. Today, no order has been delivered. I also did not receive a receipt, order confirmation or anything like that.I went on Live Chat where I was told they couldn't find my order by *****. I informed them I received an order confirmation and that the order went through and my card was charged. They told me to talk to my financial institution about the charge. Why? You charged my card for an order I placed? So after I said that, I went through my browser history and found the link for the Order Confirmation. My tech brain kicked in and I remembered most sites, including MIchael Kors, utilize a order number in the actual web link when the page switches. I sent the Order Number and was told that it is in process and will not be here until Monday at the earliest. Why did I pay for over night shipping if it's actually 2-3 business days?As I was typing, the agent suddenly ended the chat. Order Number: **********

      Paid over $100 for a medium size purse thats actually about 8 inches wide and 8 inches tall. Upon review of the purse, I opened the bag and observed the purse. I immediately found that it was too small. Actually a kid sized purse in which I couldnt even put my wallet inside. There werent any straps attached to the purse nor was anything else in the clear plastic bag that it came in. The purse only had the two handles in it. I requested a return, put the purse back in the clear bag for return. Then I put it back in the hands of the *** driver to return. After Michael Kors received the purse, they sent me an email stating that a strap was missing from the purse and they were returning it back to me without a refund. I have called them several times regarding this. The first time they said they were going to escalate this to the warehouse for a decision and to call back in a few days. I called back, they said call back in a few more days. These people are scammers. I want my money back for this purse that cannot be used for anything. I did not misplace nor take a strap off the purse. I sent it back to them exactly like it was sent to me. I dont want any credit from them, I want my money back because I do not plan on purchasing anything else from them. Period!

      Today 7/18/23 I received an email for **** VIP members to receive an additional 15% off with code VIP15 on items that are already on sale. With this code was a link to the said sale items. I clicked the links and filtered just the handbags, scrolling through I found a bag that I really liked. I add it to my cart, I made sure I was signed on with the **** VIP, and I went to apply the coupon code and it said the item I chose is not eligible. So I started a live chat provided on the website to see what was going on. I was connected with someone named ******. I gave all the information that was requested, and she simply came back with this item is not eligible. She provided the link of eligible items and to make sure the item I am wanting is on the list I went through the link **** provided and found the handbag I wanted, available in three different colors. I told her that the handbag was on list and I stated, "so this was false advertising" and she ended the chat and that was it. I find this to be very unprofessional. I'm simply requesting to receive the discount that is advertised and was ignored. This is a horrible business practice. I have always loved this company until today with the treatment I received from your customer service.
