      I ordered a crossbody bag on June 16, 2023 in the amount of *****. I didn't use the bad right away. I looked at it to make sure the order was correct. I put the bag back in the original box it came in. I decided to use the bag a couple of weeks later and I noticed the handle. I never removed the price tag and noticed the material had a chunk missing from the handle. I reported it, only to be told that this was not a defect. This is a brand new bag. I didn't put that **** on the bag. They told me they would escalate the issue and I have not heard from anyone. I paid ***** for the bag that normally retails for ******. Their customer service and policies are horrible for a luxury retailer.

      Purchase Date: 8-16-22 Claim Date: 5-27-23 Shipping Date: 6-28-23 Arrival Date: 6-30-23 The documentation I received while filling the warranty claim said if the item cannot be repaired they will work with you to replace it. When the wallet was purchased the wallet it was done while it was on sell. As a result, they offered me a $95 gift card because they no longer make the specific style. After reviewing the receipt and the online store I found the original/current cost for this item is $128. Given the fact that my item malfunctioned and $95 will not cover a replacement I should receive a replacement item since that is the policy they provided states. While talking to multiple people over the course of two weeks I was told:1. They will not replace my item. 2. They will inform the warehouse that I do not want the gift card and would like the solid black version of the item. (Was told this on two separate occasions.)3. That they can send back the original item but will not compensate me for the expense of sending the item for them to not resolve my issue.

      I keep calling **************************** & its just kept going back & forth but the when I file the claim the *** guy came the next day at my door & said to sign this paper that meaning i didnt received the *********** feel like i sign where it say I received it when he took my package which it was small worth of 400$ watch & I gave up but my friends keep telling me to do this & see if I can get my refund or the watch reorder

      I ordered a product from Michael Kors online ********** and when the item didn't arrive I contact customer service who told me to wait longer. I then called again today after waiting several more days and contacted customer service again only to be told that my shipping label was stuck and they could only provide a refund. I find this to be unacceptable and would like this issue fixed. I wasn't even offered a new shipping or not did the customer service person even try to contact ******

      I placed an order with Michael Kors about a month ago and still have yet to receive the item I purchased. Ive tried to contact their customer service but to no avail I got absolutely nowhere because nobody would answer the phone! Im about to dispute the charges altogether with my bank because at this point Im not about to be out over $300 for something I never got.

      Order placed and confirmed: 7/6/23 Paid an extra $20.00 for 2 day shipping, receipt says arrival date: 7/8/23 Track package on 7/8/23, now told not arriving until: 7/11/23 On a side note, wow, just looked at this company's on-line reputation and it is awful. ******* had a better shipping record then these people. Expectations:1. Never make a promise you cannot keep, ever.2. If for some rare reason, weather, act of God, whatever, you can't keep your promise, own it.3, Training the call center to try and quote fine print, undisclosed disclaimers, other excuses that are not mentioned on my receipt or before I confirmed the order, is ridiculous,4. I kept my promise, you broke yours, compensation is due to make this right.NOTE: I am only asking for the refund of the extra shipping cost. Next year I'll remind my daughter about this incident and suggest she try ****** Fendi, LV, Coach, or some other more reliable company that keep its promise to ship something within 2 days before her Birthday.

      THE DATE OF THE TRANSACTION WAS JULY 2ND 2023.I PURCHASED SHOE ON LINE AND NOTICED 7-3-2023 THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION FROM THE STORE. I CALLED AND PLACED ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP KEPT TELLING ME SHE SAW NO *****. I GAVE HER THE ***** NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES. HER CONCLUSION WAS SHE STILL SAW NO *****. I THEN TOLD HER TO LEAVE ME ON HOLD AND FIND A MGR. SHE KEPT RETURNING TO THE CALL TO SAY SHE COULD HELP? THE CONVERSTAION BECAME MORE WEIRD. FINALLY A CONSULTANT FOR MICHAEL KORS SAID SHE DID SEE THE *****. I TOLD HER AS I HIT THE BACK BUTTON I BELIEVE THE SIZE BECAME UNAVAILABLE AND CANCELED THE *****. I ASKED IF THEY COULD RESEND MY DISCOUNT USED. I WAS TOLD 'SURE AND TO SEE IT IN A FEW MINUTES". SO DAYS LATER NO REFUND, NO DISCOUNT AND I GUESS I SPENT MONEY FOR NO REASON RECEIVING NO COMPENSATION AND HONESTLY, ***** WHO I SPOKE WITH FIRST, DECLARED, I MADE THE WHOLE THING UP AND ACTED DISTANT AND SORT OF JUDGEMENTAL BECUASE I USED AFTERPAY OFFERED BY THE STORE. I AM DUE A REFUND AND WOULD HAVE LOVED THE DISCOUNT RETURNED SO I COULD PURCHASE A DIFFERENT SIZE BUT I RECEIVED NOTHING.       Very unprofessional business practices at Michael Kors ******. I placed an order for a women's bag, as a birthday gift, on the evening of Friday June 16th, and noticed as soon as I placed the order that my unit number was missing. Chatted in with an agent who told me they had corrected the address on my order. Awesome, so I thought. Got an email today that it has shipped to the address without the unit number. Chatted back in, got the SAME agent from Friday, (who claimed to have corrected the shipping address). They proceeded to pretend as if it was not them I spoke with, telling me they actually cannot modify the shipping address, or cancel an order once it is placed. I was told I'd have to wait until it's returned to sender, refunded, and re-order again. It's totally fine if this was the case, had I not been explicitly told otherwise immediately after ordering. I called in after this experience and although the agent was lovely, I was told that I can contact *********** to change the address or pickup point, which is once again, incorrect. I'd like some type of acknowledgement and restitution for this experience (not expecting a free bag or even a discount, just an explanation and solution). It hasn't been a pleasant one. Thank you.

      An order was returned and accepted on 5/16/23. I was told on several occasions that the refund was processed on 5/18/23 to which Afterpay wouldve received it and adjusted my account accordingly. They didnt. I found out that the refund was rejected for some reason and it actually never was processed. I was told by a Michael Kors supervisor that my refund couldnt be reprocessed since they couldnt explain specifically why it was rejected initially, I was offered a gift card or a paper check which could take up to 6 weeks. I found that unacceptable. I requested to have the refund resubmitted.

      I bought this purse fron the store here in ******* March 27 for $149 + tax. I love it and i used it. I drive going to work so basically the purse is not rubbing against anything. I put it on the driver's seat beside me and when i get to my office it put it on a shelf. After more than a weeks use i noticed the handles are turning bluish. I dont even wear jeans to work so i was wondering why its happened. Then i noticed all sides of the handles are turning blue eventually then i realized its on the area where there is a bulge and the material is stretched over that. So i stopped using the purse. Theb i reachednout to their team. They asked me to fill out the warranty form and i provided pics reciepts and the form. However they came back and told me its not a defect and cant cover it. They just outright denied ny claim saying it's a dye transfer! I poibted outbif it was the other parts of the purse would have discoloration too. They wont believe me and they just say Sorry its not covered! Its very unfair to be advised upon buying that . U have this protection and when u complain they dont even do anything. The material is of poooor quality for how much i paid for! They use their warranty for good marketing but when custoner comaplains they outright deny the claim! A purse you pay for this price u dont expect to be damaged after a few days use.

      They refuse to cover the insurance because they insist it is mishandled thats why the bag was stained with dye.

      Its disappointing and frustrating to buy a purse thats $150 and after a few weeks use..the handles dye is coming off!!!

      So cheaply made. ****** people only said sorry and they wont cover it. Customers are just stuck!
