I purchased 5 bags from *************** and have a confirmed email and there was a debit to my credit card. I subsequently received a cancellation email stating it was due to "item not being available" but the item is available on the website at a much higher price. This is wrong and they should honor the price that was confirmed and held on my credir card.Initial Complaint

I purchase a handbag on 5/16/23 with a confirmation number # **********, I also received an email regarding the confirmation and it was being ready to ship. this afternoon I went to track my purchase and it was cancelled with no notification that my order was cancelled. Other consumers received a shipment tracking number for their product and I called the company to honor my shipment and they said they could not honor my purchase. The product was listed on their website for $1 and it is still listed this way however they said they would not honor because there was a glitch. It is not fair that some consumers will get their products and my order was cancelled.Customer Answer

I have been very sad lately because I bought a bag on Michael Kors online. The price decreased by $20 within 12 hours of my purchase. I am very grateful for your prompt refund of the 25% discount, but I have not received the refund due to your price reduction. I am a loyal follower of you brand, but your poor service has been bothering me lately. In March I made a purchase. The shoes came terrible. I sent in photos and was sent a return label. Returned the item. Still charged. They are saying they were unable to track the shoes based on the label but the label was sent by them. I was sent a terrible quality product with no help in rectifying the issue. I made a purchase on 3/18/2023 and attempted to cancel the order. I was told that the order (purse and wallet) would be sent out but to return it for a full refund. I was then told that I was not eligible for a return because the product was engraved. The product arrived with the incorrect engraving so both items were to be refunded per ****** floor leader. It has been over a month. MK confirmed that they received the items but I have not received my refund of $367.65. I dont have the product or money. I ordered a watch on 4/22/23, order number **********. I received the item on 4/27/23 in the evening. I was supposed to get my watch and a gift tote. I received just the bag and not the watch or the invoice. I contacted customer service and the lady helping me rudely told me that until they get what they sent me they can't refund me. I explained to her that there is a store here I could have gone to, but because I don't have a car is why I ordered online. I explained I don't have a way to get to the post office unless they can pick up the box at the house and I also don't have a printer to print the label. The lady helping me stated they can't do that. I told her this is not my fault and also why should I be penalized for this. She said there was nothing she could do, and so I asked if I could speak to a manager, she placed me on hold and the phone cut off. I called back and a second lady told me to hold nicely but it went to a survey. I wrote my complaint via email and they requested picture of what was sent, I sent the picture and again I was asked to package it with the prepaid return label which the box didnt include that or am invoice. When I mentioned it to the lady that was helping me first, she told me they stop placing invoices in the packages. I have been sick and depressed for a while and I just wanted to do something nice for myself to lift my spirits up and this is the reuslt of the rudeness of a mistake I didn't make. I mentioned in my email to them that I was hoping it can be solved and have *********** the Bag and deliver my watch but they told me that wouldnt happen until they get what was sent to me and that they cant pick it up but I have to find a way to get it to them. This is very unfair for something they did and I have to struggle with them hence my complaint.Customer Answer

I ordered a smart watch 2 years ago and it stopped charging . I was able to ship it to them to be repaired within the timeframe but now it has stopped working again its basically a brand new watch I paid ****** they had me send proof of purchase and they rigged it to work temporarily and now they have more smartwatches available gen6 so I guess they did something to force us to upgrade!!!Customer Answer

Received email of order being cancelled for bag. But the cover for bag and wallet mail. Why wasnt an email sent asking what I wished to do with order? Why would I still want items that would go with a bag that I was no longer receiving? Then to be told that the wallet could be returned and not the bag that would cover and protect the bag that was canceled. May seem like just **** to MK but its mines and thats theft for an item that is of no use to me. I dont care its an item that cant be returned. It should have never been mailed when if you took the time to look was order for the large bag I wasnt going to receive. If they were making the decision for me why didnt they send another bag of that style, but made the decision to send the other items. Makes no sense. So now am returning all the items so have purchased from them with in the last week. I will not do business with a company that unfair and would steal.Initial Complaint

Purchased a purse on 11/25/2022 and in the last few weeks it has started to I would say peel/crack. I sent over multiple e-mails and they are telling me it is not covered under warranty. This purse is less than 6 months old and the issue is the same on all the piping on the purse. This to me is a defect on MK's side and I would like either my money back, a gift card or a replacement or have it fixed on them.
