      My 17 year old I believe was part of a scan and we are trying to get the East Norriton Location to refund his account as he was not aware they were deducting a $31.99 membership fee from his account when he never officially signed up. They told him at the location that his atm card wasn't working and so he decided that he would consider it again later. Now they say he joined up online which he didn't and have been charging him.

      Love how in January I went into the gym to cancel my membership and the girl said youre good. Not telling me I had to sign anything. You still charge me. Wrote a certified letter to the ** Box in ********** and got it signed returned stating they received it and STILL get charged.Scam!!!!!

      We joined the **********, *********. Canceled due to moving 3/21 with ****. We continued to be charged. Spoke to **** and he stated our cancellation was pending and assured us we would not have another charge the following month. Another month passes and another charge. I called and was told that we needed to cone in to sign our termination. I stated we already did and have a copy. They stated that **** would call me back. Still waiting. Deceptive Trade Practices.

      Falsely accused me of defacing their property, gave me a warning and said next time my membership was cancelled. I told them I did not do it, they said they were 100% positive from verified video evidence. They said I could view the footage but when I got there suddenly they said it was not me and refused to show me the video. So I really don't know what went on and why I was singled out, but I could not get any resolution. They would not call corporate for me or put me in contact with anyone from corporate.They were very condescending throughout our conversations and did everything they could NOT to be helpful.

      ***************** location ownership approves random charges with explanation. Several late fees. **** taken from bank account on different day than contracted. Random annual fee without notice. ***************** management didnt even acknowledge as we tried to cancel. They cant even keep employees. Turnover is a mess

      I star membership on December 2023,they offer me a Personal Trainer, I agree to make contract for 3 months, which was ******** February and march, (1 session per week, total 12 sessions).they charge me $304 plus $10 membership, I did not finish the sessions, because I hurt my back, they charge me for the four month April 2nd, same day I went and talked to the manager, he promised me I will get my money refund,,I been there many times asking for my refund,until today April 23rd, i havent have my money refund. Can someone tell me what else to do, or where to go to make a complaint and have my money refund?

      Ive been trying to cancel my membership for months and sent them two different letters to the ** Box. I was given, including the new address that I moved to and why Im canceling membership. When I spoke to someone over the phone, they told me I can go into my local crunch fitness around the area that I moved so I drove 45 minutes to the closest crunch only for them to tell me that they cant cancel it because its from a different state. This has been the most annoying experience trying to cancel the gym membership Ive ever had.

      I signed up at Crunch in February of 2023. They talked me into signing up for the complimentary first visit personal training session. The PT manager told me that it was a once a month training for $58 per session with a 3 month min. I called to cancel and they told me it had to be done in person, so i went into the gym and canceled it. 2 week later they deducted another $58 from my account. I called back up there and they said they sent a cancelation email to corporate and would refund my money. Today I was debited another $58 for the 3rd time so i called back and talked to the manager. He told me that unfortunately the contract states that it's a 6 payment minimal and they can't refund my money. He said they have had a bunch of issues with the personal trainers signing people up, but not understanding the contracts themselves. It's sad that a company doesn't train their employees, and the customer is the one that has to pay.

      Horrible company. Billing problems(refunds not hitting bank account, double charges), lack of transparency, etc.No one will help you with above proboems.****************** sums it up real well. Dont give them business.

      They keep raising my membership charges every couple of months without my knowledge. Seems like a scam. How can you keep raising memberships without telling a person youre going to be deducting more from their bank account. Basic package to the gym. Crowded all the time not enough machines, bunch of trainers just standing around. Some of the staff is very rude. Walk around like they own the place and werent hired to do a job. The class instructors walk around like they are superstars and give you an attitude if you dont take their classes. Older gentleman at the desk is the nicest employee there. The new manager is miserable.Making updates to the facilities that only benefit the people who have the higher packages, they should be raising the people who take the classes where the instructor is getting a salary, or tanning and massage packages.I was formerly locked in for a year and that was great, couldnt charge me more. The month to month they keep taking more and more out of my account without informing me and theyve done this a couple of times. Thinking about canceling and paying the full year again.Staten Island, Ny ********************************. They dont have an option for that location just ************** location
