      Worst business out there. I wish I could have this place shut down for good. Worst place to ever to do with. Do yourself a favor and never use crunch. Pay attention to every review they don't lie

      Crunch continues to bill for personal training. Even after its been canceled.Believe the reviews. Do not join this gem. Do not let them sign you up for anything. They fill out all of the information and then they have you sign digitally and you dont even see that they have signed you up for auto renewal. And then, when you cancel, they continue to charge your bank account. The amount of effort that it takes to get it canceled is ridiculous. Its a set up and I-in my option they are fraudulent.

      Read the reviews, they STEAL money from you. They sent me to collections for no reason when i tried to cancel my membership. something very fishy going on with them.

      Hello I'm a us veteran don't make alot but thought maybe someone could help I use active and fit for all my gym accounts which is 32 a month and used it at crunch in ********* ** 2 years ago they never used my active and fit but took my card down in cause active and fit got "canceled"Well they have been charging my card for 2 years and they told me I cannot do anything about it and I'll still be charged unless I come in person the gym I call keeps hanging up on me

      I made the mistake of joining Crunch Fitness last May. For some reason they started deducting money from my checking account . I have only exercised there one time and so far it has cost me $519.94! When I called to ask why the manager had no idea but he would check on it and get back to me. He must still be checking as he has never gotten back to me. As I have a major problem walking I thought this would be a good choice for me! WRONG!!! I sure could use that money!!!***************** ********************************************************************************

      Joined new gym in ***********, **. Before they even had grand opening, I canceled membership and signed their cancelation document. I was still charged the next month's membership fee. I have been trying to get my refund for over 2 months now, and nothing. When I call the gym location, I get hung up on or they supposedly take a message that never gets a response. I finally got this location's general manager, ******, on the phone, in early January ****, and was told I would get my refund. Yet, still nothing and yet again, no response to emails or my phone calls. Absolutely the worst customer service or lack thereof, and they obviously need my $26.80 more than I do. Go anywhere but Crunch Fitness.

      Crunch Fitness are scam artist. They try to reel you in with cheap deals and then bamboozle you with an increased membership amount. I originally joined for $1 but never used their facility not even once. I called to cancel the membership and was told that I needed to come into the facility to cancel. I went into the facility and was told in order for me to cancel the membership. I would have to pay $190 which is ridiculous. When I signed up, it was for $1 and I never used their facility AT ALL!!! Do not sign up with them unless you are ready to het scammed!!

      CRUNCH FITNESS IS A TOTAL SCAM ALL THE WAY AROUND!! & ********************, ** LOCATION IS THE WORST IN THE DFW AREA!!! They have you get the highest package to enjoy all of the gym and get a discount and supposedly free trainer for VIP. They make you go to a KickStart where they show you around, workout you out for 30 mins, and then after you are exhausted they take you to the cubicle and ask you how u would like to have a personal trainer when u visit. Then throws out it will only be $400 bi/weekly for 30mins 5days a week Once you decline they continue to make a offer until your agree. Once u agree to a cheaper one. They inform you to can cancel 10 days before the 1st payment is due if you change your mind. I call today to cancel PT due to me not having the funds after a loss in the family. & the Sales ****************** states u can only cancel 10 days after u sign contract and still have to pay for 5 weeks regardless even if I don't come. I inform him that I can not afford the amount and he says your canceling because u have only came in 2 times and don't want to work out (when I had to bury a loved one). I was so livid because how dare u be so unprofessional when I was following the rules that I was informed by ****. So I req to speak with his *********** was informed I could not speak with anyone. I informed him I would be up there. So now I was only canceling my PT and keeping membership but now In canceling EVERYTHING and taking my business somewhere else that is RESPECTFUL!!!

      I would leave 0 stars. This place is a mockery. Firstly you cant even join unless you live or claim address in the area. They get mad when all you want to do is use the amenities other then sporting equipment. A membership is not an application for a job or a boot camp. I dont have to participate in all the event that take place. I only got the free membership pass to use the shower. They ended up having a sauna so I enjoyed that as well until I woke up to a male cop in the womens locker room trying to drag me out. With no warning or even a kind word I was harassed out. I will no longer receive my trust or respect. I am unworthy of being allowed to treat anyone else as a lower of who I am. No matter the circumstance. I will treat you as I treat me. And I will treat you and you treat me. Be wared. Be warned.

      I signed us up for 2 memberships at $9.99 a month. My credit card was charged $11.99 per month. $2 each for Taxes!!! I now received $49.99 charge for each of us for administrative fees for our accounts every year. So instead of $9.99 a month for $120 a year, it works out to be $11.99 a month for $144 plus the $49.99 to about $194 a year. That is a $74 difference times 2 membership $148 extra.
