Bad way to start a business. My daughter joined online, I went for a free day trial I set up online. Once we got here she was good to go, I in the other hand was not. They informed me that guest passes were not being accepted because they were still new and catering to new members only. I said why not say that online when I signed up for the pass. Their answer was because that's how we get you in. Needless to say I payed $10 for a daily pass rather than joining. Only reason I payed is because I came with my daughter and didn't want to ruin her day. If this is how they treat a potential customer image how they will be once you sign the dotted line.

They charged me four times for personal training within two days after I canceled the membership over a week prior, and received an email confirming the cancelation. Almost $400 out of my bank account in a day and a half, the manager that can refund me resigned, and headquarters doesnt answer their phone? I wouldnt advise anyone sign up for their PT membership unless you like to be charged whenever they feel like it, dont believe in cancellations, and have hundreds of dollars laying around.

I was a member of Crunch at this location for several years. I enjoyed the facilities and hours. However, at one point I was told by the front desk that my corporate account was no longer active. This was not true and my employer confirmed this. The Crunch staff repeatedly told me that my account was not active despite me being on the phone with my employers HR department and providing information on my behalf. This led to me not being able to attend the gym for several months while and ultimately I changed to a new fitness program. Crunch kept all funds paid by my employer (which I was paying through our partner program) and they never apologized or returned funds. It's been several years and I've shared this scenario with the current GM, ******************, each time he emails me about joining the gym. I've asked him directly via email to remove me from all Crunch list serves for his location no less than 5 times (probably closer to 10) over the years and I continue to receive emails from him. At this point, it feels like he is doing this and ignoring my requests just to be irksome. As I said in the beginning, I was a Crunch advocate but the incident cited above and the ongoing emailing and solicitations despite my requests to be removed has me quite frustrated.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel membership they lie about charges and once its too late they have you credit or debit info and they hit you with fees that were not disclosed in the beginning making it extremely expensive by comparison with no way to cancel until you pay the balance or jump through their hoops. Like if you are just gonna try and cancel someone elses membership. Do not believe the salespeople they send to other gyms recruiting ppl to switch they are all liars

I tried this out for 2 weeks, decided not to pursue a membership. I paid the initial sign up fee, and then submitted a request to cancel. The annual fee was not due for another month. I submit my request, and then a call stating I had to pay for the annual fee. I paid the annual fee plus the next month's membership fee because that's what they required to cancel. The manager stated that after these were paid, they could cancel my membership. I did that, and they still tried to charge me. I emailed again and submitted a cancel request; they didn't get back to me for another month. They called and told me to give at least 30 days' notice, but I did the first time since I paid the next month's membership fee like they asked, in addition to the annual fee. Today, they are telling me I owe $22.. I'm not even sure where that amount came from when it's $17.99 a month for a membership. I cancelled back in September. If it's December, and I somehow didn't cancel, wouldn't I owe 3 months' worth of membership payments? And when I tried talking to someone on the phone, they gave me some weird excuse about a 30 days' notice (which I gave) and that this is money from the membership... They didn't even make sense honestly. Customer service *****, as well as logic. The gym wasn't even that great. I do not recommend this gym.

This company and ints employess cares about no one.I tried to cancel y membership due to no car and moving out the area and also covid. The reps who answer the phone are rude, and dont care. I am willing to pay what i owe but asked to pay in installments but they said it has to be paid in full. I wanted to freeze my account and was told several different stories and i am very upset. I dont recommend anyone to get a member ship with them. I am trying to resolve the issue but i am getting nowhere. Please be aware of crunch fitness.

Buyer Beware. Crunch fitness makes it hard to cancel. When I registered my daughter, she was a minor. When her year was almost up she asked them to cancel her membership in person. No one recorded it. I was billed again at a higher amount since the year ended. When I called, they gave me a number to call. They would not cancel it since my daughter had turned 18, saying she had to do it. How ridiculous. The money is coming out of my account. She called them a week later and I was charged another month+ an annual fee., since you are required to give 30 days notice. Total rip off!
