They get you in there with a 0$ enrollment coupon mailed to you, then say it's over $90. Then they says ok...how's $25. I say no......they would never honor the mailed coupon price. Why have a big promotion, get people in then not honor coupon price. Very disappointed.

I cancelled my membership a month ago online in their cancellation portal on their website and afterwards via mail even though I find it to be redundant and waste of my time. I will not be updating my billing information as requested today after I had already canceled online and via US mail. I have not even been there in three years or so. Absolutely ridiculous! ***************************

Crunch in ********** ******* is a scam. They have you sign personal training paperwork with the promise they will not charge you until after your first couple sessions, but of course they do and they keep auto dredging your account for thousands. I talked to a manager there, but it didnt do any good. Asked for a corporate number and apparently they are individually owned and refused to give any information except to give a generic email address. I never received any response from the many emails emails that I sent. I could not cancel or get refunded even though I never used my sessions. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

After I move to a place that did not have the gym they tried to keep charging me a membership fee every month even after I asked them to cancel by phone they said I had to come into person to cancel it and they wanted another card to keep charging me...?

Crunch is a scam. They attempt to strong arm their customers but not giving manager names and not making it easy to cancel memberships. They force customer to come in person and cancel. They make it very difficult because thy want to keep charging you. You can sign for a 30-yr mortgage over docu-sign but ou cannot cancel a stupid gym membership.

I was assaulted on 9/25 at 5:50-6:00 pm at your *********, ** location. Your manager ***** not only did not call me back about the outcome of investigation, but also failed to reschedule a kickoff meeting that his trainer failed to show up for. Tried to cancel, they stated I have a balance from February 23 2023 (6 months before I moved to ************) and refused to cancel. I called multiple times, was informed by ********* police they could charge me with harassment. I let the officer know about the doctrine of clean hands and how the gym manager facilitated an assault and failed to investigate so I froze them from accessing my funds since they refuse to cancel. If the membership isnt cancelled, be ready for a lawsuit.

I documented and recorded all of my personal training cancellation attempts a month prior to it occurring. The general manager assured me it was cancelled. Today I received a bill, that I will be disputing and also reporting to authorities for fraud if this is not resolved in a timely manner.

I had to cancel my membership due to a job move, so I called the club that I signed up at in ***********, ** to cancel my membership. That was in early July. I was told when I signed up that I could cancel online or in the app at any time, however, that was not true and there is not an option to cancel online or in the app. When I spoke to an associate on the phone, they told me that they do not normally cancel memberships over the phone, but they would do it for me as a courtesy because I live an hour of away. I would just need to pay the August fee because of the 30 day notification requirement. I agreed and I thought it was done. Then come September and I see a charge again, so I call the gym to inquire. They said that they have no record of me calling before and will not refund September. The manager ******* said that he would cancel it over the phone as a courtesy to me so I wouldn't have to make the drive. The management at Crunch fitness are scammers. I will watch my bank account to see if I'm billed again in October.

PLEASE READ. I was a crunch member for about 4 years, then got certified as a fitness trainer and then hired. I am Speaking specifically about the ************** Location and the District manager and training manager. SEXUAL HARASSMENT, wasting time, awful management, CORRUPTION, and flat out dishonesty are a few of the many things I dealt with here. I have many screenshots as proof behind my allegations. I highly suggest going to any other gym, and feel bad for anyone still suffering as a trainer under this awful run company. There are good trainers! In no way shape or form am I saying the trainers are bad. Management, HR, and the higher *** are the problem here for sure. Corruption. I was greeted with sexual harassment and rude commentary about my body from my fitness manager, I was told to keep quiet about the situation by the District Manager WITH a woman from HR in the room. I was on payroll not getting hours or progressing out of training and onboarding, and not actually taking clients for 6 months. I got accepted at way better gyms than Crunch, literally the only reason Im taking the time to write this is to hopefully have crunch finally hold some accountability and rid themselves of the management corruption and maybe their business will stop drowning. Their slogan is No Judgements which I find very comical because of my experience there.

My daughter had a membership at Crunch in *******, *******. They relocated to **********. Once she got settled she called to cancel the membership because she forgot to do it prior to leaving. She spoke with multiple staff there including **** who proudly lets you know he is the General Manager. They refused to cancel it and told her she needed to come in to do it. They continued to charge her account monthly. She tried unendingly and they refused. I had to take a trip myself there from MD to do it since I lived closer and she would have had to fly four of them back for that!! She changed credit cards to stop the monthly transactions since they refused to keep charging her. . I met ****, the *** and explained to him what was happening. At first he lied to me and said he wasnt aware of the situation. Then he suddenly recalled it and gave me a balance of $90 for him to stop it. I asked him why since she has been trying to stop It for months and even then was being charged. He didnt care he only wanted me to PAY as a negotiating hitch for it to go away. I told him that was extortion and that I would be letting everyone know. He didnt care so Im following through. That place is only a money grab. Easy to join and difficult to leave!! They need to be investigated AND my money returned asap!! He knew it was wrong and should have canceled her membership immediately or take another month but NOT months after months which they did!! Unbelievable!!
