3 weeks orrders delivered late each time. Last time they only gave me 2 of my 6 servings. They refused to give me a refund of my order and really pushed for a "credit" for my next order. Cancelled the service and was finally told (after speaking with a manager) that I would be refunded. We'll see if that shows up on my banks end.HelloFresh

1 starConsumer Beware of Promos... ****************** promo is a fraud !! After the 3rd order I was told I would receive an email with a promo code to pick out a ******* pan. So I wrote Hello Fresh and at 1st said I had the wrong promo, so I called and I was told I have the ******* promo, but I should be getting a promo code within 14 days, so I said that's fine, I will skip all my up coming meals past the 3rd order till I get the promo code to get my free pan.... It's more of the point, I signed up being promised a pan, give me a pan !! So 14 days later I contact Hello Fresh and say I haven't received my email or snail mail with a promo code, so I am told they will write up a report and submit it... OK.. Anther week goes by and nothing, so I chat again, same thing and now I am chatting again asking where is my promo code to the free pan ?I did a search and I wasn't the only one with this issue, sounds like Hello Fresh is handing out promo's and not respecting the promo code results / item...NOW, I am being told I never signed up for the ******* promo and it was the breakfast promo... Hmm Don't remember being offered breakfast orders or free items for breakfast, so they are now trying to rip me off and back out of the promo....Review fromTerry N

So decided to try Hello Fresh again. Received 4 meals a week for the past 3 weeks. 3 to 4 of the meals had rotten potatoes, zucchini and rubber like carrots and just old produce. Contacted Hello fresh and they would only give me a credit for the meals that could not be eaten if I continued the service. I cancelled and just lost the weeks worth of meals. No service or customer care.HelloFresh

1 starI was a long time customer of ********************** and was overall satisfied with their meals but then recently they changed their vendor delivery service in my area from Fed Ex to VEHO (whoever heard of them, right). First delivery was a day late, second delivery same problem, third deivery not only late but they showed up in a dilapted van with a huge sign on the side advertising JUNK REMOVAL. My Hello Fresh delivery was in that van for over 24 hours with nno ice/a/c nothing to keep the product cold. By the way, I live in ** and it was over 85 degrees on those days. Had to toss the delivery once in did arrive. Are you ready, Hello Fresh refunded the shipping charge, comped me my next mail but charged me for the delivery. They have certainly gone down hill since I first started with them. Using a ****** based delivery service with no prior knowledge as to what and who they are using is unacceptable. Leaving food in a non a/c vehicle for over 24 hours is unacceptable. Delivery food in a van marked JUNK REMOVAL is unacceptable.Review fromDelsea M

1 starI have been told twice now that I will be receiving a refund since I canceled my "order" and was still charged. It's been over a month and all no refund. This is poorly run. You shouldn't have to give your credit card info to be able to view how it works, the options, etc. So disappointing and out $117... if I could, I'd put zero stars.Review fromKeri D

This company is a scam! They require you to put in payment info before allowing you to view their product but if you cancel the same day, they still charge you. I signed up to look around, didn't like the offer, cancelled my subscription within 20 mins, and I have a charge of $45 on my bank account from them which they are now saying I can't get back cause it's past the 5 day *****HelloFresh

1 starI created a profile with hello fresh and I clicked on low carb because I must adhere to a strict diet due to health problems. I was surprised that my cart was pre populated with a burger, a pot pie and tacos. I cant have all these carbs! Also, I noticed you cant opt out of pork products for your religious beliefs so if you cant have that then youre at risk of getting your cart pre populated with pork. I immediately deleted the food I didnt want from my cart. I then browsed through the options and just couldnt find enough options for low carb food and logged out thinking that my deletions were saved and that I wont be getting this food. To my surprise, hello fresh added these items back into my cart, processed my order and charged my credit card without sending me any communications/emails. Now, I understand its my fault for not deleting my profile, so Im bearing the cost and giving this food away for free to a neighbor, but this whole experience just made me feel very upset. Hello fresh should not automatically add food to your cart after you have deleted it. The website should be more user friendly to allow you to quickly find options to opt out. I do enjoy the meals Hello Fresh offers and most of the time items are delivered fresh and correct. But my complaint is with their customer service. I recently reactivated my account with a promo code that would give me 18 free meals (over a period of time) and also free breakfast for life. There was no specific value of that breakfast item listed. After 3 phone calls/chats, and my first delivery, I still got charged for it. I finally just cancelled my subscription. Each ** *** said they would credit my account and have tech support fix the problem, yet nothing happened. And no notes regarding my communications with them were recorded to my account as they said they would. Im done!HelloFresh

For the free 18 meals that we offer, we would like to let you know that the 18 meals are distributed across your first 8 boxes and will count as a discount, and for your first box, you were able to enjoy a 58% discount from the base price, meaning instead of paying $79.92 for the first box, you were only charged a total of $33.57 (this does not include any premium items or add-ons), but nonetheless, we really do apologize for all the confusion that this has caused on your end.
Furthermore, we would like to confirm that the HelloFresh account associated with this email address ***************** has been canceled. This measure ensures that no further charges or deliveries will be processed.

This company charged and sent meals I did not order, even with the screenshot **** I had that I did not order, customer service was rude and was speaking over me. When I asked his name, he said ***** but was not able to provide any information as to a a higher up and had no customer rep *** He also ended the call and said we were talking in circles and that I could take it up with my credit card companyHelloFresh

I dont want to put Any Stars.... if you look at their website then you sign in for an account.... that means you automatically have a prescription without any warning or communication. OR Agency!! I got an email from ****** that I made an order.... Hello Fresh Automatically charged my ****** without my permission to send me an order I didnt create because I blindly just tried to check out their website because of a mail in offer.... the reason I chose not to order is because the coupon code i had Just received 2 days prior was "invalid".... this company is a scam... how can people like this remain in business...HelloFresh
