      These fraudsters continue to send me boxes and charge my card and steal money from me when I no longer care to receive anything from them. They refused to issue me a refund and I will be sending the box back to them and calling my bank.

Our subscription service involves automatic order processing on a weekly basis for delivery the following week. You are given a 5-day window to select your meals or skip the order ahead of the processing time. In the event that no selection is made, our system automatically chooses meals based on your preferences.

If you wish to make any changes or process any cancellations, please ensure that you do so within our weekly cut-off, which is until 5days before the delivery date.

      Select the delivery day of the week youd like to skip, then click Edit Delivery.
      When the banner appears, click ********************* if youd prefer to cancel, please do so by reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.
      Just be sure to pause/cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so we can alert our suppliers.
      Please note that we unfortunately cannot process cancellations requested after the cut-off date. You will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.

      Not professional. I was promised a refund and lied to...system tool is fraudulent and will charge and select meals without text notification, after I skipped weeks of meals.

      They are a complete scam and will use every shady practice in the book to overcharge you. They make it so you CAN'T even delete your account. And customer service will lie to you regularly and keep all your credit card information of file so they can keep charging you after you told them you want to cancel. Completely garbage company just like Everyplate which they own.

      Absolute worst! I have used two different food delivery services and to be honest, both have delivery challenges. The difference is Hello Fresh is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Their customer service **** are RUDE and not helpful and cancelling is an ordeal in and of itself. When it's good it's good but as soon as there is an issue, and there will be, they are an nightmare!

      Initially, we really loved HelloFresh however we have had several issues with this company now. Strike 1: October 2024, we were going home for vacation so I had skipped the two weeks we were home and planned a box for when we returned. The box was damaged in transit and returned but no one contacted me until I reached out and asked why I didn't get my shipment. They refunded $10.99 for my trouble. While fixing the first problem my choice window for the current week had renewed and I got charged for the next box, which overdrew my account and when asked to cancel the box I was told no and that I was still receiving the box. So I unsubscribed until this fall when my husband was deployed. The first box I was supposed to get a free tote back which I never got but they credited my account the cost of the box for my trouble. The following week I saw they didn't touch the credit which is when I found out that you can't use any credit you have if there is a discount code in use. Fast forward to last week, I chose my recipes during my choice window and when looking at the cost of the box it said it should only be $10.99 so I let the box renew, only to be charged the full price. When looking at the purchase history tab to see the invoices, there was a message that a refund of $127. 87 should come back in 5-10 business days. It never did and the message was replaced when the same thing happened with this weeks box. I chose my recipes during the allotted time frame and it said it should only be $10.99 so I let the box process, only to be charged the full amount and a message saying I should receive a refund of $132.67. I called customer service and was basically told that I have to wait the 5-10 business days to see if the refund processes and if it doesn't there is a note on my account for the agent at that time to process the refund then. The only reason I even got her to agree to that was because I had screenshots. The meals are decent but their customer service is horrible.

      Like many of the home delivery services they make you sign up before you can see what they offer for meals. I created my account on november twenty sixth and canceled it.November twenty seventh, they still shipped my box and are charging me forty nine dollars for food.I do not want. When I spoke to customer service, they said I had canceled too late and and they would not refund my money.I will never use this service again.This is a joke.******

      I was interested in the program and to view the meals I had to sign up and this is where they get you. Upon signing up to view their meal plans, you are automatically signed up. I decided I didn’t want to order anything so I didn’t. Boy was I shocked when I was charged for an order I never placed. I called customer service and was told that when I signed up to see the meals I auto enrolled in their meal plans.(My fault for not thoroughly reading their terms.) After about 20 minutes I was finally able to get a refund but I would not recommend HelloFresh bc of this.

      Our goal is to make the subscription as easy as possible for you to manage, and one of the features that we have is the automatic renewal system. This feature will ensure that our customer will not miss any ********************** every week. You can also skip or edit orders two weeks in advance. We never want to catch anyone by surprise! We sent an email with details about how to manage the subscription. We also send a reminder email each Monday, prompting you to log in and make any changes prior to your cutoff. After the cutoff, when orders are placed, we are unable to cancel or change orders. Setting a personal reminder on your phone or calendar is a great way to never miss making necessary changes to your order!

      First year was fantastic, and then they completely lost steam. Ingredients started showing up rotten, when they showed up at all because delivery consistency plummeted, wrong meals, wrong recipes, and clownishly incompetent quantities of seasoning and/or lack thereof. After switching to another service, 3 weeks later a random box was shipped to us and we were charged for it, then hit with the 5 to 10 business day to get my money back BS line. Should've learned in the 40's not to mess with Americans, chumps. When that box did show up, I reported HF to the city for illegal dumping.

      Hello Fresh will not let me unsubscribe from their emails. I have tried 5 times now. I cannot stress enough how annoying their almost daily emails are. When you look at my account I have clearly unsubscribed from their emails yet I still receive about 5 within one week. I don't even remember signing up for this. I have never purchased from them. Will I ever get this issue resolved? I even emailed them back and heard nothing. They just send you to an AI robot when you inquire for online costumer service. I just got off the phone with costumer service and the representative I worked with was very kind and apologetic. The only thing that confusing to me is that she says it will take up to 30 days to remove me from the email list??? Is this not automated? what a ridiculous amount of time to wait to NOT receive emails anymore. I will never purchase from them.
