      I would not recommend. They food is very *****! I tried to cancel my order and get my money back because I did not like the food and of course they could not cancel my order or refund my money. Not happy at all! Now what am I suppose to do with the $60 worth of food I have coming on the 23rd!! I don't even like the meals that they gave me!!!

      This company *****. They did not cancel my order when requested. I called back a second time, same day after being put on hold for over 20 minutes. I'm waiting on a refund. I called my cc company to report them. Their food is to expensive for what you get. That's why I cancelled the first time

      The worst company I have ever experienced. I ordered once from them thinking what a great idea and concept. (Still is) but please make sure to quadruple-check to make sure that your account is canceled. I got charged two additional times after I already canceled. Then when I was extremely ****** (I was still respectful) and told them I can not afford to be charged that again since I did not order anything and my account was supposed to be canceled. Then I was HUNG UP ON! I was baffled. I called back and started talking with a gentleman. I was then told I reactivated my account in November which I NEVER did. He said I had to because I have to physically go into the account and select reactivate. I told him his system had to be wrong then because that NEVER happened. The last time I order anything was in the summer of 2021 when I moved into my new place. Never ordered again because I stopped eating meat. All of a sudden a year and some months later I'm being charged all over again. I sat on hold and sat on hold trying to wait for someone higher up to be transferred to and that never happened. Messed up!

      They are THE worst in customer service. Supposed to be a subscription service where they email you and you have a few days to select your meal plan. I did not get that chance for my second delivery. They sent me the selection on the same day it was to be shipped so I had no chance to select the meals making it worthless. I called and they claimed they could do nothing, said they cannot stop the shipment even though it did not go out yet. So I canceled with them, they refused to refund my credit card, so I am filing a dispute with my credit card bank and having them reverse the charge. If the shipment gets here, I will refuse it so it will be returned to the sender

      If you register on the website you will automatically be subscribing, no process order button, no agreement and they will not work with you. They automatically pick your meals if you don't and will not stop the fake subscription. I have disputed with credit card and thankfully my credit card company will handle it. I would never

      Hello Fresh sent our box to the wrong address and failed to refund our money in a timely manner. In addition, the manager never called back in the timeframe they said they would (I have email confirmation of this) and also promised that, for the inconvenience, we would receive credit for a new box. The credit was never given and we were charged for another box. When I called, ****** told me he would refund the money but then said he couldn't.

      Contacted company to postpone delivery until February 2023. Was told deliveries would be postponed later to have money taken from my account. When contacting company was told they apologized for the confusion. They could now postpone delivery of boxes but could not refund my money for the box that I did not order. Supervisor ***** was rude and combative with no help.

      I had to sign up and provide my CC# to see what choices I could get but also wanted to see the nutritional value of their items. I decided it wasn't for me and cancelled my subscription. At first it cancelled but said they were sending me out 6 meals still. I had to call and let them know I wanted to cancel my subscription and shipment was not wanted. They said they already charged my CC and my items are currently being shipped now and that they don't give refunds. I told them I was going to contact my bank and go through my them to get my money refunded just before I was hung up on. I have never dealt with a company that charges you first before you can view the items and see if their product is right for you, then says they don't do refunds.

      For the past four months of deliveries (3 meal/week) ive had several ingredients missing from each order. The quality of ingredients have gone down as well. You can bend their carrots into a full circle because they are so limp and completely inedible for instance. They can't get it right! They give some money back but I STILL have to go to the store and buy what is missing. I've been a customer for 3 years now. I'm looking for another meal service.

      Even though I canceled my subscription months ago they recently charged my account. Reaching out to them was pointless. They act like they cannot find any information.
