      I'm being bombarded with marketing deals, one year after requesting to be REMOVED from the mailing lists. The person listed below is no longer at this postal address. REMOVE this address from your mailing list, and DON'T SEND Hello Fresh coupons or promotions to this address.

      Their system and app is really difficult to navigate so I ended up getting several meals that I didn't want/order because of their automated deliveries. I called once to complain and to put my account on pause with them while I was out of town, and they gave me a partial refund, but then they only paused the account for two deliveries before they auto-pushed meal deliveries through to my account. **************** was nice but not helpful at all. They would not cancel the order (even though it was less than twelve hours after they initiated the order that was to be delivered several days later) and they would not refund me. I stayed on hold for about an hour trying to speak to someone who had the clearance to issue refunds, only to be told once again that they would not. When I pointed out that they gave me a partial refund before they called it a "one time courtesy". So basically, you get a one time courtesy as a customer when they make mistakes as a company. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend. HelloFresh used to be good when it was one of the first and only options, but there are way better services out there now. Also most of their meals aren't even good.

      Took my money for a box I didnt even ask for. I called to cancel everything and they basically told me I can not get my money back. Still waiting on a call from a manager

      This used to be really good - Ive had a subscription for the last two years. Their supply chain has seemed to really fall apart the last several months. Ive had to run to store to replace rotten beans and ginger three times the last month. The ginger for example was dried up into a small ball so obviously it was bad when packed. Twice the delivery has arrived 1 to 3 days early - I was out of town the first time. This week it arrived early in a smaller than usual box without any of the usual insulation, just thrown into a paper grocery bag. Had I not been here it would have been rotten. The recipe cards have been missing several times also. The actual recipes are great but if they cant get supply chain right then they might as well just publish a cookbook.

      Do not review in formation on site. Site leads you to enter credit card # before you know details of what is offered. I received a shipment of food That I didn't order. In fact I don't even eat the food that I received, so how could I order!When I called Hello Fresh they would't give me a credit for the billing. I then called my credit card company to contest the charges. Do not consider ordering from this company

      Total scam artist, canceled account, two weeks later noticed a charge going through credit card, called before anything shipped they refused to cancel order, refused the delivery and disputed it with credit card company and they are still fighting the credit card company. I keep having to send discover a picture of my cancellation email, its a terrible hassle

      In order to view the menu I had to reactivate my account. So I activated it and after browsing the menu, the food was not appealing. I immediately deactivated my account. Within minutes my credit card notified me that I was charged for two shipments. I called customer service to complain and the representative told me that unfortunately I could not get a refund. I dont understand why my request was not granted. I literally deactivated my account minutes from activation. This practice from the company is illegal. They should not be charging me for food that I dont eat. I should not be charged for this order of approximately $150. The subscription should give 24 hours for cancellation.This practice is a sneaky. No where at the time of deactivation it warned me that I was going to be charged.

      I have never used Hello Fresh before and I never plan on using this service. I wake up in the middle of the night to find out $100+ was taken from my bank account from ********************** so I lock my card and contact them. I let them know that I did not authorize a purchase on their platform and I need whatever account/order made to be cancelled and for them to refund me. The rep told me that I am outside of a 5 day window to make changes to my order so they refused to cancel the order and refund me. DESPITE, no services being provided. Rep even confirmed that the box will be delivered and its not I can do to stop this from happening. This is straight up robbery and I am a victim of fraud but as long as this company gets paid, they do not care

      **************** is horrible. They don't remind you to make sure your meals are chosen and then they refuse to give you any cancellation after they have already charged you. I literally had a customer service agent tell me that, "You received 10 boxes already so you should know how this works."Like I am sorry my kids got sick and I didn't remember that I had it paused until after you charged me $200. I called the next day and was told I was out of luck. The kicker is that it then took another 10 minutes with them to get them to tell me the meals I was getting because I could no longer access my account because I cancelled it. They only sent a message saying I had one more delivery.We have gotten a few recipes from them that we have remade, but that is the only slim silver lining. Had I know their service was so bad I would never give them a chance.
