      This company keeps spamming with emails I NEVER signed for. One day I just got an email that said "welcome to Hello Fresh" and every day since then I get multiple emails. No matter what I do, they will not stop sending them. I have unsubscribed and I have put in a request with a live person through chat. I have no desire to ever do business with this company. I can't imagine the poor people who actually tried to get out of doing business with them because they are pretty shady.

      THEY ARE SPAMMING ME.
      I have been trying to get unsubscribed from their email list for weeks, because of the ridiculous volume of messages they send me.
      There is no unsubscrribe link on the emails.
      If you have not been a subscriber, there is not any way at all to unsubscribe. Every time I open my email there is another message from them. It can easily be dozens in a day.
      This is SPAM - - I don't want them, and they will not allow me to unsubscribe. The emails do not have an "unsubscribe" link. And if you go to the web page, in order to be allowed to unsubscribe you first have to first sign up as a customer. Lots of people on ****** complain that, as subscribers, they had not been able to unsubscribe.
      What this marketing has done is to convince me to NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Apparently their marketing manager is an idiot, because that is not the purpose of advertising. Before this happened there was a small chance that I might, in the future some, have used their service. Now there is zero chance I would take their meals if they were free.

      HelloFresh's customer service is garbage. I received out of date/ruined items in a box I received in mid-October. I contacted customer service on 10/20 to get a refund, and I explained that I needed the refund to be processed to a different card because I no longer had access to the original payment method. I spoke with two agents who told me what steps to take and assured me the refund would be processed to the new, updated payment method.I followed up with HelloFresh's customer service today because I still haven't received the refund. They informed me that it was sent to the original payment method. I explained (again) what I was told on 10/22, and the agent I spoke with even verified I was given incorrect information. Rather than owning the mistake and finding a way to make it right, their solution was to contact the bank and get a refund that way.Their agents are ill-informed, and they have no idea what accountability is. They'd rather pass the buck than deal with the issue.

      Hello,
      I just got off of an unproductive call with a representative. Let me apologize in advance for not reading your massive terms and conditions page. How dare I? I received a "free" box from a family member who uses your product. I paid $9.99 for shipping. This morning I received an email that that box has shipped. Great. I had a good experience with you years ago, excited to try it again.
      This morning I was also charged $87.14 for an upcoming box. Again, I must be of lower intelligence (implied by your customer service agent) because I was unaware that this would be happening so far in advance (again, I haven't received my first box, and haven't even chosen meals for the second one that I was charged for). I was told that this upcoming shipment could not be refunded. I can still edit the contents of the box, but it can't be refunded. Interesting. Clearly, you have the power to make changes to this upcoming box/order.
      I felt like I had no choice but to cancel my subscription. The cancellation email said that my final box would be arriving on Nov. 1st. I assume that is referring to my first box (Nov 1st is 3 days away and my first "free" box contains 5 days' worth of meals). I am asking to be refunded. I know that it isn't too late, despite your fine print. I am disappointed that you feel the need to be sneaky and charge people without full disclosure. How about an email with a head-ups concerning charges? You have no problem sending me other emails. I would love to resolve this without bringing my credit card company into this, leaving reviews, warning friends and neighbors, etc. Please refund the $87.14.

      I thought the service was cancelled, and I got a charge to my card.I politely called to cancel the whole delivery ( ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS CHARGED) . They informed me they could not cancel the charge because it had posted. The charge still shows as pending on my bank.Im simply just asking for a refund, and and you can KEEP your food.

      Terrible business practices. They require you to "create a login" in order to review the different meals they offer. Even though I never placed an order, they charged me... But waited to put it through until AFTER the timeline for me to cancel it had passed. I immediately called and asked for a cancellation, because I didn't approve an order, but was told that I needed to have done it sooner. Except how would I have known to cancel if I was not made aware that an order was being placed, because I didn't approve one?? All three employees I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. They didn't give me any options to cancel, even though I could have changed the meals sent, the delivery address or even the date it was being delivered. This is absolutely deception. The last supervisor I spoke to even acknowledged that there policy was because they didn't people cancelling - basically trapping people into orders that they don't really want. Will never work with a company who does this to their customers.

      The service was decent originally, but eventually their customer service and willingness to serve customers took a turn for the worse. Recently I went to cancel an order that I was not going to be able to receive due to being out of town. Unfortunately the order was already auto-placed and my trip had come up short notice. They had suddenly changed their policy and said they would not be able to manually cancel the order. The reasoning they gave pivoted around having already begun sourcing fresh ingredients, but when I asked to shift it a whole week out, they were fully willing to do so but still refused to cancel as requested. Essentially they just wanted to keep me locked into the order no matter what. I wouldnt go out of my way to subscribe to their service again anytime soon.

      They sent a box that was wet and melted, had to throw all perishables away, contacted them for a refund and to cancel and they Charged me $284.18 more!!!!! This is a scam and a rip off!

      I just sign up and havent summit my order because I was thinking about it. But they charged my card. I called them then they said I cant cancel and refund your money because the delivery date is only 3 days left. How can they change and send me food without my summit. I am very disappointed
