      Moved out of state and changed my address. Box 1 was delivered to the wrong address - I notified them and they confirmed my new address, but wouldn't provide a refund or credit so I asked to donate it. I confirmed again that my new address was correct (which they repeated and said it was), but the second box was on route to the incorrect address AGAIN. I immediately contacted them and was told there is nothing they can do about the shipping service. So now two boxes of food are getting wasted delivered to an uninhabited residence. I asked for a refund which the agent says was on the way. Two weeks later, no refund, and I am once again on chat trying to get my money. They asked if my address was still the same (the incorrect one), and told me that the previous agent never processed my refund to begin with. My address is still incorrect, and as soon as I receive my money, I'm closing the account. No communication and blatant incompetency throughout the entire company.

      So disappointed in this company. Im to receive my first order today and Ive already cancelled my subscription. I placed my first order and received an email with details and total cost of order. That was in fact not the total. The total was almost 40 dollars more. I didnt realize that one of the chicken dishes I chose had an almost 40 dollar upcharge. The email did not reflect that at all but my credit card account sure did. If the email had given the true cost of the order I mightve gone back in and changed my order. At least I wouldve known about it. I guess they prefer to be shady. Very dishonest in my opinion.

      So a ***** of mine gave me the four free boxes of food for HelloFresh. So I go ahead and try it out, but when I picked the meals, we get to the shipping details and I find I have to pay about twelve dollars. It wasn't a problem at all. The problem I had later is that they saved my payment info despite not indicating that they did and set me on a plan based on what I picked for the free boxes. Ended up getting a lot of sub par ********* was unknowingly paying for boxes I didn't even want. It's almost like using a streaming service and forgetting that you didn't cancel it.I also tried their app and found out that there is no way to cancel on the app which is stupid within itself. ****** little scam that provides you with recipes that aren't worth ***** Never signing up for some **** like this ever again.

      I received a coupon for a free week which I decided to try. I did not sign up for a plan. My credit card was used for shipping and I always say do not save credit card information. I just received a notice that my HelloFresh delivery is coming tomorrow. I did not sign up for the plan. I am so ****** because if they had sent out their reminder email of the ordering deadline like they did with my free week, I would have gone in and made sure I did not receive something I did not want. What a scam, especially to not send the regular notification emails so you can cancel before they bill your credit card.

      Cancelled hello fresh on 9/10/2022. Received a box on 9/23/2022. Called that morning to let them know I cancelled online and was told there was nothing I can do. Spoke to a manager and manager told me there was nothing I could do to get my money back and then he proceeded to hang up on me. Very rude and awful customer service!

      Hello Fresh did me dirty. I signed up because I didn't know I could view their menu without doing so. Its hidden and they make it hard to find. I really didn't want to sign up with out trying it and seeing what they had to offer food wise. Then a friend offered me a coupon to get 8 free meals to try so I applied the coupon and place my order. Never received my order so I contacted then to ask where it was even though I had confirmation. Well they cancelled my order and didn't tell me. They said I was being fraudulent and that I was double dipping. Little did I know that the coupon they offer on the site and they one I added doesn't cancel the other out. But, no one had the decency to tell me. I was not even trying to be fraudulent I was just trying to give them a chance in my kitchen. I didn't want to purchase foods I may not even like. And now they have banned me from using them.

      Do not order Hello Fresh. They make you enter your payment information before you can see their planned meals. When we decided that this plan was not going to work, I cancelled the service and did not order any food. They charged me for the first box and said we are receiving a 3 meals that they selected. This is probably how they get rid of food that was going to expire. When I receive the preselected food, I'm going to feed it to a dog I don't like. (don't worry animal lovers, won't do that) Please do not order from them. Make them go out of business. Passing the word to friends and family and *********

      I've received 6 boxes from them, 5 meals a piece. Almost every meal there's something rotten. Nearly every bag of green beans is mushy and rotten. Tomatoes are dented and rotten. Sweet potatoes actually molding. What they don't understand is it ruins the entire meal. These boxes are expensive compared to others, and yet "HelloFresh" doesn't guarantee "fresh" vegetables?! It's worse than ******* quality... it literally can't even last a couple days? We wind up being hungry with the ruined veggies, or unable to complete the meal and need to go buy some or substitute with what we have at home (which isn't much because I buy the boxes so I don't have to go shopping for dinner stuff). Posting about it on my social media, two separate friends came forward and said they stopped ordering from HelloFresh because of rotten food!

      They changed the deadline for changes to the menu or cancellations from 4 days to 5 without informing me. I called to complain and was cut off twice and the 3rd time their agent refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

      There is no information given as to meals costing more than the regular price. Its forces you to sign up, before it shows the options, many of which are 10 dollars more per serving than expected. I called about concern with this and they told me its on the website. I asked where because I didnt see a link. They responded with its hellofres/about/blahblahblah. They hide it intentionally. I make websites, this information should be readily available and since it isnt, it appears to be a classic case of bait and switch. I immediately cancelled my account. Real shady for a large business practice! i would give a zero star review, if available
