      Workers Compensation Claim, I'm being stalked Everywhere I Go to the point I'm uncomfortable being anywhere but inside. Even standing outside there is a constant group of cars driving back and forth, some slowing down in the middle of the road right in front of me, some stopping and turning in the middle of the road to put their headlights on me while blocking both sides of the Road, my phone and email have been hacked, on one occasion I was provoked / intimidated as one of their cars drove real slowly around my car with the driver staring at me.In the process of finding out about filing criminal charges for stocking.

      Zero starts, they are a scam! My husband and I had to cancer a trip to ******** and the night before the trip multiple earthquakes hit ******. We took the decision to cancel the trip, because it was not safe. We open a claim with **** send the proof of what happen 4 times through their portail and through employees emails. Yesterday I ck the status of the claim and this one was closed without notifing us, stating that they never received the documentation. They stole the money that we paid and now they don't want to cover what their policy is for, worst company ever!

      This ** has worst customer service ever. They get you on the phone then sit on hold and cannot give any answers and will not transfer to someone that can possibly help. They just keep saying the same thing over and over and do not listen. These people have no idea what customer service is totally ignorant. I gave a 1 star but should be negative star

      If I could give a negative I would. Life insurance claim is worse than a nightmare! You would think they would make it smooth for grieving families. No way! I can't tell you how many times we sent in the same forms over and over then finally then they magically received them only after the Insurance money had been sent to unclaimed property! After sending forms many times to them they finally got it all and sent us another form to fill out. Sent it back unclaimed sends it to claims they get rude with me because I keep calling. I truly think they are stalling us so we will just let it go. weeks after all was sent in we get a letter stating they are working on it. It's bs they are stalling and it would be nice to speak to someone I can understand! I'm not giving up! Buyer beware

      Avoid this company!! They took my 94 year old mother's money for over 40 years then announced that the whole life policy had been cancelled 2 years prior to her death due to non payment. This news was relayed by an unhelpful, outsourced customer service rep, although the payout amount of the policy had been confirmed by their customer service several months prior to her passing.I intend to follow up with an inquiry, possible legal action but all of this is difficult to deal with when a loved one dies. Perhaps this company had integrity in the past, but not now.

      We submitted a request for surrender of life insurance policy my aunt has had for 42 years in June. As of 9/11/23, still no check. Online account says was surrendered on 8/4/23. Keep getting run around. This company is horrible.

      I took a withdrawal from my account and ask not to withhold taxes. They took out taxes any way. I have been trying for over a month to get them to replace the taxes. I have not paid taxes in over 12 years due to age and income. I have never ask them to withhold taxes on any of my withdrawals.I was told I could speak to a supervisor but it would take over two hours to get one. I called two weeks later and ask to speak to a supervisor and was told it would take 10 minutes. After 15 I hung up. I have tried to send email leave notes on there system and all I get is system error. Mails could not go through or note would not process.If I ever get the taxes refund I will close the account.

      i have never had such poor services when dealing with my own funds - delays, etc., from not being able to correct a error on distribution form to delays in payments, delays in setting EFT, etc. I was just told that it takes 82 days to get EFT set up - unbelievable

      DO NOT use this company!!!!! I can NOT believe how this company is treating grieving parents. We are having to send in for the 3rd time the same forms. Just 2 weeks ago, I confirmed by phone that they had ALL the forms they needed and the claim was being sent to processing. Today, they can't find one of the forms that is needed. I can't stand the "as soon as we get the forms ma'am" comments any more. I have sent them!!!! I have resent them!!! Now, I have to send them again!!!! I can only imagine what their office looks like. What kind of office training does this company have? They lose the paperwork then send threatening email stating they have requested information multiple times and that I have 5 days to get it in or they are paying the claim out to unclaimed property. This has been going on for 6 months. It is ridiculous. This company should be investigated for its shoddy business practice. After reading some of these other reviews I can see that this ordeal is long from over...

      Never have I paid for something so useless in my life. Dont purchase their trip insurance package. Claim filing interface is terrible and received horrid customer service. All in all a stressful and time consuming experience. I would advise to steer clear of *** for any insurance needs.
