      Never have I paid for something so useless in my life. Dont purchase their trip insurance package. Claim filing interface is terrible and received horrid customer service. All in all a stressful and time consuming experience. I would advise to steer clear of *** for any insurance needs.

      this company doesnt consider a service dog being hospitalized and needing to cancel a flight because of it is a reason to refund your plane tickets I have reported them for discrimination to the civil rights division. Why am I not surprised that this happened? ****** actually has a service dog number registered to the airlines and everything.. his leg injury this spring was completely unexpected and the bills were high enough. Being denied a refund for airline tickets I had insurance on was another hit. Looks like something that needs to be considered and a policy that needs to be changed. I honestly have no idea how its even legal for them to not have something in their policy for something like this, I cannot be the only one. Absolutely Deplorable looking for any excuse to not pay someone who has a legit emergency happy to provide a copy of their decision proving the above review is more than deserved to anyone interested in seeing what this company believes is okay to discriminate on.

      *** is actively trying to delay paying death benefits. We have been going through the process for 4 months so far. They say we didn't send something that we KNOW was included, then say we filled out the wrong paperwork, never being clear... Finally told us that the claim was approved on May 8 and to expect check to be sent out by May 31st. I called on June 6, spent 2 hours being transferred to different people, and was told ye, its was approved on May 8, and I should have the check. Which I don't. Another 15 minute hold to be told, oh, it wasn't actually approved. They are missing info. So I'm now over 3 hours into this initial call, and they are trying to figure out exactly what its missing. And even if I DO get that back to them right away, they are telling me it will be another 42 BUSINESS DAYS (roughly 2 months) before I see the money, or find out they are missing something else. It feels criminal. This is how they treat people who are already grieving and dealing with incredible personal loss. Imagine if I needed this money to pay my bills- I am fortunate that I don't. Horrible, horrible company.

      This is the company that provides additional protection for appliances purchased at Best Buy. They declined my claim and refused to fix my washer claiming that the agitator stopped working due to it not being normal wear and tear. When we purchased it, we were told the warranty would cover any breakage or malfunction. Do not buy this Insurance that Best Buy offers. As long as this is the company they deal their warranties through, **********************.

      Waste of money trip cancellation only works if there are natural disasters or a world war. ********************* on this s*** They refuse to pay on a cancellation that was out of our hands.

      STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, INCLUDING ITS COMPONENTS COREBRIDGE FINANCIAL, AGL, AND ** LIFE, AMERICAN GENERAL LIFE, AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. Withdrawing money is a nightmare and even though we have held this account originally through ***************** Life Insurance Company in ** they have fallen to pieces presently. Customer service reps are barely fluent in English and very difficult to understand. It used to be our withdrawals were sent two days after we had notified them, and now they say they have a 24- day grace ****** before they will cut a check of our own money and account. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and the ********** of ******** Affairs. We have started our complaint with the BBB

      Run from them run dont ever book this as you travel insurance you will never get a refund of anything. I have explain to them so many times regarding that i had to cancel a trip due to my Moms health conditions as sometimes she has bi-polar episodes and they dont care they want you to put your loved once's in the hospital when hospital is not required but just monitoring medications and that's it....... If i can give zero starts I would please guys all of you need to file complaint on them because the way they treat people is like nothing...... They have no remorse or anything Runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn thank gd its not the whole trip only the flight portion and they still not giving me my refund..........

      I separated from my company over a month and four different team members with ************************** have given me four different reasons for my application to withdraw funds haven't been processed. One team member said it would be processed and in my account on the 15th, which is a Saturday. I called back on Monday and spoke with another team member gave a different story. Finally spoke with a supervisor *****, that now says a lot more that has to be verified before distribution of funds. They are not professional and need more training when it comes to their business.

      We filed an ********** claim w/ AIG on March 26th, 2023. Our claim was denied so we appealed on March 27, 2023. As of April 13, 2023 there is still no resolution after speaking to 20+ agents and multiple lies from this team. Here are the lies we were told:- Appeal resolution within 5-7 business days - Supervisor would call ** within 48 hours (have been told this information 4 times now and no supervisor has ever called ** back)- On April 13th at 6:30pm, we were told to call back in 2hrs to talk to a supervisor - we called back and were told that no supervisors work past 5pm We have been paying for coverage on a phone that was stolen and all we want is our claim to be processed.

      I spent over a year trying to have an *** I inherited from my mother transferred to an inherited *** in my name (at another company). *** told me they needed a ***** of ********** from the receiving company, but couldnt tell me what that was or send me an example. Receiving company had no idea what it was. Faxed *** the information to do the transfer, they said it would take 30 days. Called again in 30 days and they said they needed a physical address instead of a PO box. Sent that. They said I had to wait another 30 days. They finally said they had everything they needed, still didnt send the money. When I called back they opened a case, and said I had to wait another 5 7 days. Eventually they sent the money, but it took well over 6 months of actively engaging with them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
