Horrible people to deal with. I have an IRA ******* with them that I've been trying to roll over for 3 months now without success. They keep finding excuses to put me off past the rollover deadline. It isn't uncommon for me to spend an hour on hold while the customer service reps "research" the matter. There's no way to speak to anyone past the customer service people. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding any business dealings with this firm!

As a life insurance agent, I am advising both clientele and other agents to stay away from this company. We submitted an IUL application for a client on 2/15/23. It is currently 4/4/23 and the application is still pending. Here's why:They had an "agent error code" that would not resolve itself and took speaking to multiple people trying to resolve this issue over the span of weeks. Then their system kept saying they were missing a Bank Draft Authorization form. When that form was filled out and sent in the same month of February. The customer service reps could see this and didn't know how to resolve this system error as well.None of this could be resolved over email, they won't get back to you. You have to call in and spend close to an hour every time trying to resolve what's wrong. It has been several weeks of us trying to get this policy approved. If the client wasn't as patient as they are, we would have reapplied them elsewhere. This is very troubling, what if the client were to pass away tomorrow? Why isn't *** addressing all of these system issues and feedback from this site? We heard from various other life insurance agents AFTER we submitted the policy that it was a bad move to choose ***. They even sponsored themselves to be a #1 for life insurance on consumeradvocate.org. Always read the BBB for companies. They resort to paying out others to make themselves seem better instead of fixing the issues at hand. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. This will save you from a headache. It's sad seeing how many people are unable to collect the benefit entitled to them based on the reviews from this site.

I call my agent , hey the Rate dropped. He gets in contact with sales rep from *** and the Issuance guys telling me and also sent me the conversation threat to my phone. I agree with customers' reviews. I have a retirement account with AIG, currently, ********** * *****. I submitted a withdrawal claim in 2021 and was informed that I would receive the refunds within 1-5 business. days The funds weren't deposited into my checking account. I submitted two separate withdrawal claims in 2022 and still haven't received the refund. I've contacted their office numerous times regarding receiving these funds the funds have not been deposited in my bank account. I tried to access the distribution information online but was denied access.
I open the Alternative Benefit 457 (B) Plan in 1998, while employed at ****** **, in ******** *****. The interest received on the investment is worthless and the bare minimum or a scam. It's essential that I receive the small investment because I am homeless and unable to pay for essential services, including a phone bill that's needed for communication purposes.
This isn't a retirement account but a made-for-profit scam. As things and people's mindsets change some corporations continue to practice the slavery mentality. The name has changed but their activities are still the same.

Can you give them no stars? Called to transfer funds, got and followed instructions, then told it couldn't be processed. Then told I had to confer with an advisor that we have never met before they would release the money. Waited on phone for 48 minutes to get to customer service than another hour for supervisor. No reason except to try to stop me from making the transfer. Account lost 20% last year when market was down less than half that. Why would I stay?

I bought three airline tickets for my family to travel in July 2022 from ****** Airlines, purchased in advance in May of 2022. Through the ****** Airline's checkout process, I was sold *** travel insurance that was supposed to cover cancelations or interruptions due to illness. Two of ** got COVID, just before we flew. The airline rescheduled two of our tickets for ** until we recovered. There were rescheduling fees and it cost ** an extra $400+. The two tickets were processed differently by the airline which resulted in one be covered and the other not, though the same thing happened to **. The ticket that was canceled first, and then rebooked was covered, but the ticket that was not canceled but just rescheduled for the same flight as the other ticket was not covered. The *** claims adjuster kindly explained that cancelations due to illness are a preflight benefit but rebooking due to illness is not. Interruptions are only a postflight benefit. It is soooooooo sooooo frustrating. *** did not meet their end of the deal, and clearly finds ways and loopholes to get out of fully taking care of their clients!

****** **********, the HVAC guys use this AGI for the warranty on their products. Both of these companies need to be reinvestigated as they are both in the business of ripping off the consumers! Can't even get into how bad these weasels are.
