      I already emailed ********@slicelife.
      My husband and I ordered food from our local pizza restaurant. We received confirmation that our order had been picked up, though after waiting for an hour and a half, we called the restaurant only to learn that the order was still sitting at the restaurant. We spoke with the restaurant manager who explained that she would call Slice to problem solve. About 10 minutes later we received a call from a representative who explained that a new driver could not be assigned because the driver is assigned by the "system" and since the driver placed the order as picked up, there was nothing additional that could be done aside from refunding our order. I asked to speak with a manager and was told this was impossible. I asked when I could speak with a manager and was told that she could not tell me. I then went on the website and used the chat feature and received the same information. I am surprised that a large delivery service corporation is not able to problem solve or provide customer support. I am also surprised to learn that Slice is not able to use technology to find a way to override a "system" to manually assign a driver to deliver food so that customers are satisfied. I continue to be surprised to learn that Slice is not able to issue credits toward future food. All of these solutions would not have resolved the problem, though they might have given me some sense that your corporation is concerned with maintaining my business. Still, I would like to speak with a manager. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible.

      If you use Slice to pay for any purchases and store your credit card information, DELETE it! My Slice account was hacked and 3 unauthorized purchases were made. Called my credit card company to cancel the card and dispute the charges. I also called Slice to inform them of the hack. That was a joke. Deleted the account after I requested a copy of the transactions, and profile information with the changes that were made. Sadly, now that I am looking into Slice it appears ****** recommended deleting their app and avoiding using their website. Apparently, the company was accessing its user's private information. The company called it a "glitch" in their software information. Initially, one charge for 17.00 was made, then 28.00 to test out using the card in 1 day, then another charge for 73.00. Check your Slice transactions, cancel your credit card, and DELETE their app and your profile!

      Slice takes zero accountability for issues with orders through their app. We placed an order for a pizza which arrived as a pile of mush stuck to the top and sides of the box. When we reached out to the pizzeria they pointed us to Slice and when we reached out to Slice they claimed there was nothing they could do. Ultimately after 30 mins of back and forth they gave a marginal discount on an inedible pizza. They claimed the delivery was through a third party and that there is unfortunately no way we could fully refund or replace the order. If Im not utilizing them for a delivery service, Im quite confused as to what these delivery service fees and their business model actually is?? Seems like a convenient way to take zero accountability for poor customer experiences.

      Slice promotes a reward system that after placing eight orders of $30 or more, you get a free large pizza. The pizza shop that I order from will honor the reward with a medium pizza. That is false advertising to customers, because the reward that they are earning is not guaranteed to be provided because the businesses that supply pizzas for Slice can choose what the reward is instead of a large pizza like the Slice website says. I have contacted them twice about this issue and both times, they continuously tell me that they will look into it, but that theres nothing that they can do. Theres nothing that they can do to honor the large pizza that they promised me yet they can go ahead advertising it to customers all over the place to get them more sales. They get to earn more income because of the reward they offer, but then theres nothing they can do to honor it to the customer. In my opinion, that is a really bad business practice. Taking your customers money and then s******* them on the payout? That is not cool.

If a shop does not have a ****************** the option remains for the closest pizza to the ****************** in value as stated in our Rewards FAQ.       My first and only time using this app. I ordered a pizza from a local place that happens to use slice for their delivery (didnt know this before hand). After waiting an extremely long time for my pizza to be delivered I decided to cancel. I was told my refund would be processed in ***** hours. Its been 2 weeks and I still havent received my refund yet. I will never ever be using this app again.

      Horrible service. Waited over an hour and a half, only to find that the order was sitting in the porch for a hall hour. I will never order again from this restaurant if they continue to use slice.

      Can I give 0 stars? Absolute worst customer service. I tried speaking with the supervisor. We called Slice since it had been awhile since our pizza was delivered, I checked my app and it said the pizza was ready for pickup but I had wanted delivery. We called Slice per the email and the man on the phone said it was for delivery and he didnt know why it said pick up. I then called the restaurant and their manager got on the phone with the same guy. He stated that we never spoke to him. Which was a flat out lie. I called him back and he said he could not offer a refund even though I wanted to cancel the order. He said the restaurant gets paid directly so there was nothing he could do.

      Used Slice last night for the first time and received cold wet food that the so called driver left outside in the pouring rain. Called the restaurant *** **** and they would not help me and told me to call slice customer service. So I called slice and didn't get anywhere but left with cold wet food?!?

      Zero stars. They robbed me. Never delivered anything, insisted it was delivered, never refunded me despite several attempts to get a refund on my part. First and last time using this awful service. Do yourself a tremendous favor and do not give this app your business. Because the bottom line is they will deliver nothing and keep your money.
