      It has been 3 months, 4 attempts of receiving a simple roll over check to my new retirement plan. I attempted to speak or request to get my case escalated seeing I have tried multiple attempts to get my money. ******* told me no they will not escalate my case and theres nothing they can do other to repeat the same process until its resolved of re-sending a lost check form. I have received every other form of statement and personal pin from the company to my mail fine without any issues except for my check. ******* simply told me he does not care if it takes 100 tries or a year of attempt this is the only method.

      I recently had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with ****, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal here to warn others. I had requested a withdrawal of funds due to a personal emergency, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into an absolute nightmare.First and foremost, I never received the check that was supposedly mailed to me. It has been almost a month since my withdrawal request was processed, and the check has vanished into thin air. I've made multiple attempts to contact the customer service department, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my funds.What's more, I received no information or tracking number for the supposed check. The lack of transparency and communication on ****'s part is astounding and unacceptable.In my desperation to access the urgently needed funds, I had requested an alternative solution - direct deposit into my account. Shockingly, this request was denied without explanation or any viable alternative offered. This decision has left me feeling trapped and helpless, as I need the funds urgently but have no means to access them.I implore anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. My experience has been a nightmare of missed communication, lost funds, and an unhelpful customer service team. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the distress and frustration I've experienced.To Voya: It's not too late to rectify this situation. I urge you to locate the missing check, provide me with a tracking number or any relevant information, and expedite the processing of my withdrawal through an alternative method, such as direct deposit. Your immediate attention to this matter would go a long way in salvaging your reputation and retaining your customers.

      I have been trying to withdraw my 401k for over 2 months now, and they keep saying a supervisor will call me within 3-5 business days and NO ONE CALLS. I have sent them paperwork multiple times and every time I call they say they are waiting on the paperwork, and after I say this is what I have been told every time I call, they "check the notes" and say oh yes it looks like they are processing everything and I will get an email soon. I have not gotten any emails. How can a company hold someone's money hostage like this? How is this even legal??? What a horrible company. Someone needs to shut this scam down.

      Zero stars!! I bought ********************************* through my employeer and payedvthe premiums for years then when I finally needed it because my wife had a small bowel transplant (which they had previously said was covered under the policy) in another state where she had to live for up to a year they refused to pay saying they were no longer covering that transplant!! Neither my home state insurance commission, federal insurance commission or my employeer were willing to do anything to make these crooks pay! Avoid Voya at all costs!!

      TERRIBLE!!! I've been trying for two weeks to generate a 401K loan, and have made several phone calls. Each time, being told that i would get a return call within ***** hours. They never called back. They don't have a backup plan for when their system is "Not working. "Customer support does not work weekends, and you will get a different answer every time you call.

      ZERO STARS!!! I have been trying to receive death benefits from them almost 2 years. The account was still being used and lost $10,000 when it should have been paid out or at least frozen. I was requesting a letter the *** needed to pay out the benefits and the agent I had to work with said they could not or would not do the letter. And quit taking my calls and would not return emails after 10 months. **************** I started working with afterwards helped as much as they could. All communications on the agent part was lost (I have the records though) and I had to start from scratch. As of today I have not received the letter and his death anniversary is coming up.

      This company stole the money in my health savings account...no this is not an end of the year where you only have so much time to submit. My plan year just started and this is a current expense. I pay into it every week and now it is gone. I called and they don't know who I am. The website on their card no longer works and my card is declined. They stated they sent a new card to member but that never happened. This card is brand new to me as my plan year just started so there was no need for a new card. Then ******* went on to tell me that they are a new company and I should just wait to see what happens. None of that is factual information. I filed an FDIC complaint and will also work with my employer to try to get my money back. I will likely also be involving other regulatory agencies to attempt to recover my money.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Voya Financial regarding their refusal to allow me to withdraw my retirement funds due to an unresolved discrepancy between my hire and leave dates, which is entirely a result of their internal system error. This issue has caused me considerable distress, and Voya Financial has not shown any urgency in resolving it despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.

      ZERO STARS!! UNPROFESSIONAL! Oblivious to the meaning of customer service. I contacted ********************* multiple times in a week, and still could not receive answers. I was sent a payment by mail, and no institution would honor the payment. Called and finally contacted someone after a few tries and was told they would stop payment and email a direct deposit form to be filled out. I completed same day and returned. Over a week later after completing, and over a month after starting Disability, STILL NO PAYMENT OR ANSWERS!! Food is becoming scarce, and bills are behind because of waiting on Voya Disability to pull their heads out of their rears!!
