      Reading other comments doesn't surprise me for what I'm about to say-I am a third party agent and I've "worked' with Voya multiple times to get exchanges done. My first experience with them they told my client they sent their transfer docs so he could move his fundsthey didn't. THEN when we got his documents and submitted them to the appropriate parties, they claimed to have sent the checkTHEY NEVER DID! We called two weeks later and the funds were still in his account. Now my new client-they told us it would take 15-20minutes to receive his transfer docs via emailthey closed in 10 minutes for the weekend and SHOCKER they never sent the documents. I just followed up on my client's behalf and asked politely to simply email him the docs to the email on file and she gave me a BS excuse that he needs to be on the line for security purposes. Not okay. I work with many other carriers and they are by far the worst to deal with. I'll happily shout out ******* Financial, ******, and Invesco for at least being professional about transferring funds out. I'm not affiliated with them at all-I just appreciate their professional business.

      They are the worst short term disability company I have ever dealt with. I have waited six weeks to receive my first disability check from them and guess what, I have not received it yet they are just awful!!!!

      I rate them minus "-5 stars", Do not get VOYA ******************* If you have it and can change do so. Cancel VOYA, as they are a CON Artists. I submitted an Accident claim for my Son. I have been paying their high premiums for years. I told the Agent that my Son was involved in an accident, his nose and face crushed. He has had one surgery. It will take more. They said that they will cut a check for the accident of $30.00. Yes, that's right, thirty dollars. I cancelled my accident insurance. My employer has chosen only VOYA. I will cancel the entire policy at our next open enrollment. When I called the home office, it was horrible. Voya Rep was talking like they are helping me. Do not get VOYA. Less than five stars (-5 Stars). ******

      Absolutely horrendous. I was trying to roll over a large sum from my current financial institution to Voya and they returned my roll over checks, for no reason, 3 times. You can't speak to a manager, the 19 year olds working there haven't a clue and do not care about your plight or helping solve it. They don't care if you leave. Wish I had read these reviews prior and chosen another financial institution.

      This company complains to be the most ethical. I see that others have had the same problem I am having. They act as an agent for an insurance company and I have to with my RMD payment. The ************ has put me through hoops- asking for my full social security number on the phone, requiring me to register on line but because the registering process wasn't working properly on their end I was asked to use a pin number they claim to have given me. I have no number. Contacting them again, they said they would mail me another in 7 to 10 days. I asked why not email me but the agent said they couldn't. Other complaints have noted to pin never arrived. I will be rolling my account to another *** as soon as possible. These fold are all about not their subgroup, "Plan at Ease" but more like "Plan for Stress". Very sad for a company that claims to the the world's most "ethical".

      One star is an over-reach, but is the minimum allowed. Voya routinely shows complete disregard to basic professional standards and even the company's own protocols. I am unable to obtain from Voya my plan's governing documents, rules and regulations, because "they don't even know if they exist. Constant and blatant violations of SEC rules and regulations. The worst brokerage/financial company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

      I can't believe this company exists...it's so bad. The process to get $2k transferred out of my retirement account with **** into a new retirement account with a different company has been the biggest headache, has taken over 10 months, and is still not completed! It's pathetic and I seriously thank god, it's only $2k and no more. When I first called to request the money to be transferred, first, **** sends it to the wrong company, so they cancelled that check and re-issued a new one, only this time, they issued it to me and not the company with my retirement plan. When I called to ask them to reissue yet another check, they then claimed the check has been cashed...except for the fact that is hasn't, but Voya is claiming it has. So now all I can do is wait the **** business days for them to mail me a confirmation that the check was cashed. Oh and to top it off, they were not able to mail this confirmation to my new address...thankfully I can still receive mail at my old address on-file, but still, this company is c*** I wish I could say that their customer support is at least good, but honestly, the only thing good about it, is that you can get someone on the phone, but even then, it's useless because they unfortunately have no idea what they are doing. I'm about to just let this $2k go, that's how little I want to deal with this company.

      Voya accident is horrible. I had an accident on the morning of **** and was found incoherent 12 hours later. I was transported by EMS to a trauma center. **** has denied my accident claim. I plan on filing additional complaints in my state against this company and terminating my accident insurance at the end of the year. I will also tell others they should consider the same. I plan on also letting my ************************** know about my issue with **** and how they dont want to stand behind their service but take the money from employees who sign up for the service.

      Zero! I have ***** insurance through my employer and filed a claim and they denied it stating it was because of exclusions. Nothing that is listed in the exclusions would disqualify me.
