      I have had a horrible experience with this company regarding a SIMPLE rollover that I have requested to be transferred into my new employers financial institution. The first customer service representative (******) convinced me that I was able to have a portion of my funds sent directly to me and the vast majority would be sent to the new financial institution. I thought that sounded great until I never received that money. I call to follow up a couple times (eventually getting to a supervisor named *****************************) and they looked into my situation and basically told me that the first representative was confused about what she was saying and that it was false. The amount I received was not the correct amount that I had initially in my retirement fund. So I am missing a significant amount of money that I will never get back. I work extremely hard to be able to put funds into this account so that I can use for retirement that I will NEVER see. If you ever have to work with this company to get simple tasks done, good luck and do not trust them. I feel as though money has been stolen from account and I have been scammed. I was patient from the very beginning and they basically told me that I was lying about the total amount that I have accrued and can do nothing else to help me. i was forced to give them one star to write this review but they deserve a zero.

      Horrible experience. I didn't work for long so didn't have much money in the account. I called as when I tried to close it showed a $150.00 fee which was more than my vested portion. I was told since my refund would be less than the fee, the fee would be waived. Well that didn't happen. They charged the fee anyway and sent me nothing even though I had verified the return amount with the representative I spoke to. I spent almost an hour on the phone and am now waiting for a supervisor to return my call "maybe" in ***** hours. I never would've terminated the account if I wasn't going to at least receive back the money that I personally contributed. Very upset over here.

      I have been unsuccessfully trying to roll over an old 401K for 8 weeks now with no luck. There appears to be some fraud on my account. I have sent documentation verifying my identity. I've called four times and each time been told my account is under review. **************** has not been able to help me and says there is no fraud department. The only option is to wait for this review to be finished which is taking a very long time. I would like to resolve matter.

      I decided to move my 401k at 59 1/2 to my personal financial advisor with ***********************. It's been 18 days. I haven't received my funds yet. Had to have them cancell the first check and reissue a 2nd.Customer service is very amateurish for a company that holds a lifetime of my 401k.

      HORRIBLE. Will not refund my premium payment that they erroneously processed THREE EXTRA TIMES. Spent hours on the phone for over a month. Continue to blame the "back office". Use a different company. They do not care about their customers.

      Everytime I called to get assistance with my account, the representatives gave me different answers about what was going on with my withdrawal delay. They give you the run around when you want to close your account with them. Im trying to rollover my funds and it shouldnt be this difficult. There is no sense of urgency to correct their mistakes. By far the worst option for your retirement contributions.

      If i could leave zero stars I would. I had a portion of my pension held by ****. They sent me a letter on 4/25/23 saying I had a stale dated check. Mind you I separated from the employer over a year at this point. They wouldnt allow me to have the check RE-issued without a *** which i no longer had. & then could RE-issue my pin until i updated my address with them. So i had to do an address change. Then a *** request, the *** never arrived. I called again, requested a supervisor & had the *** expedited. I finally can request the stale dated check so I call to do so. They tell me ***** days to process. On the 15th day I call and they tell me oh yes it was processed today. It will be **** business days for it to mail. 10th business day arrives no check. I call back they tell me the Juneteenth holiday is the reason and someone will call to follow up. I receive a call back on the 27th, I inquire about the check. They tell me it was actually only mailed on 6/15/23 so to give it a few more days. I call back again 6/28 or 6/29 to inquire. They tell me again its delayed due to 4th of July holiday which hasnt occurred yet & i can expect it 7/3/23. Its now 7/7/23 and I am currently on hold waiting for a supervisor because my check is lost in the ether. They will not provide tracking, they would not do a stop & reissue (which is why Im on hold now) and still have not provided clear resolution. When i tell you this is the worst customer service and experience i have ever had with a financial holdings company i am not lying. The customer service rep I spoke to today was the first person in a long string of reps to actually try and assist me so to her I am grateful. However stay away from this company, do not put your investments here & trust all of the reviews here because they are all eerily similar to my complaints.

      The website is fake, the chat doesn't work, and even if you do follow the online process of filling out forms for something like direct deposit, it is unlikely they will follow through even if you do have an online confirmation. I have tried to change my address since January and after many difficult experiences decided to pull my account. After requesting direct deposit they claim to have sent a check to my old address which I have not lived at since 2021. At this point I am just going to call every day or seek a lawyer.
