      Very bad company. When you try to collect on benefit they do everything in there power so you can not collect .. you need this , you send this an they say no we need this if they fix this problem I will change my review ..: going to cancel my insurance an tell all my employees to cancel also

      These people are very shady in my estimation. They wanted me to give out my full Social Security Number, without giving me a work I D from them. Both ****** and **** refuse and said, they felt uncomfortable giving out THAT INFORMATION like the WORK I D GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR LIFE LIKE MY SS# does. I looked them up on this siteThe BBB and see why I was not sure about them. Thank GOD for the internet

      Was told 2-3 business days to withdraw from my account. Already had bank info on file and was correct. The withdrawal took 8 days. **************** was not helpful, they apparently did not know the process, continually telling me its in the process but could not tell me what the process was. Very frustrating. Please consider another company who values the customer.

      Ridiculous customer service; if you can even call it that. My employer chose them and I didnt even provide any of my information so dont know how they got an email for me or a phone number, none of the info they have is correct and in addition to that I cant change it without a PIN that I never set up to begin with. How does this make sense; Im contributing to an account **** didnt even allow me to set up.

      This has to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with , Ive been in contact with them for over the span of 2 months and still trying to receive my pin although Im being authenticated each time . The first times Im assuming the workers where by passing my apt number so I wasnt receiving mail from them then Im told I cant update over the phone then I cant do it online. Then I finally send a fax they cant see it then I redo it then he has to verify again then finally the guy sends the pin , says 3-7 days Ive been waiting since may 24th I cal back to see whats the problem now and they taking about maintenance turn around time !!!! Why didnt the first employee say that the first time ! So today on June 13 they sending something I asked for many many days ago then going to tell me its nothing we can do just keep apologizing like I need an apology! Id never recommend anyone to do business with them . Very incompetent staff and obviously management isnt doing their due diligence by ensuring their employees are stating the correct information! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. Its like they are trying to prevent me from accessing my funds. The worst service Ive ever received.

      Truly horrendous customer service. I've been trying to change my address with these people for months. They don't have a form to complete so they keep insisting that I fax them a request to change address and then rejecting the request. But they don't tell me they rejected the request, I have to call them again to find out. Most recently the request was rejected because it was "not in the form of a letter". They are also insisting I fax my social security number in plain text - insane! I have to put my personal information at risk in order to access my own money. Is negative stars a thing?

      Someone recommended Voya, but wow, that was a mistake. This is a review about their ability to even answer a phone or communicate with potential clients. I have never traveled in a circle more than when trying to SPEND MONEY with this company. I found the process of even getting a competent person on a phone that could answer our question of who can we spend our money with to use their 401K services. Absolutely worthless endeavor. We have scratched this company off our list of potential Providers. Very bad experience trying to get anyone at this company. Our suggestion is to use ANYONE lese but this organization if your intent is to actually converse with a human who has the ability to speak.

      absolutely horrible company. I had called and spoke with a rep about transferring investments when I retired. I was confused about the wording in the disclosures as it related to tax penalties and costs. After a few emails the rep assured me that their would be no penalties, fees, etc. Fast forward to tax season and everything he told me was wrong. Cost me penalties and $$. If I had waited from October until January 1st I would have been fine. But he did not tell me that. When I filed a complaint with VOYA, their response was I had all the disclosures and should have known the answer. What is the purpose of asking for clarification of something you don't understand- when you will be told its your fault for not knowing the answer???Stay away!!!

      Voya has a complete lack of transparency with those whose money it is holding. I have been charged for "services" that never occurred. This company's FSA card management is an abomination. Run the other way!

      "your call is important to us; please continue to hold"If we were really important to you, it would seem that you would have hired enough people to answer the phone. Why am I calling? Because I previously asked a simple question (that I had to wait 90 minutes for), "If I want to increase my death benefit to $X, how much more would I have to pay per month" What did you send me? Not an answer to my question. You sent a 25 page document showing me spending down my entire accumulation (which is for retirement) and spending an ever-increasing insurance payment that changes from about $200/mo to over $3000/month!!! And now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. 0 stars; the only reason you get one star is bc you sit won't let me leave a 0 star review. And that is why you have a **** star rating.....basically the lowest it can possibly be. We can clearly see where your interest lies.Has anyone noticed that ALL your reviews are horribly negative???? Does anyone even care??? Obviously not.
