  Very poor service and communication. For an *** claim they denied a claim for something (a test that was covered) called multiple times m each ****** claiming to have a resolution. The third ****** finally got a communication to come through which still didnt resolve the problem it basically stated the sane thing as the automated communication.This process has held us up costing more money. Its unacceptable to hold my money up on the expenses that they are supposed to be used.

  Voya is awful! They make it as difficult as possible to roll money over, when that money does not belong to them. It is my money, but Voya makes it a nightmare to simply move MY money to the institution of MY choice, and my choice is not Voya!

  This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.. my mother passed away and had money in a retirement account . We started the estate account with voya may ********* and to this day , September 24th we still haven't accomplished anything. Multiple phone calls , emails etc they will not answer my questions nor give a clear path or direction as to what needs to happen to access this account .. I keep getting sent to Multiple different people who all have excuses and no outcome .

  Every time I try to file a claim its an issue and I have to go through all type of red tape, but I pay my premium faithfully. Someone needs to investigate them, Im starting to believe its just me. Ive been waiting months for my claim to be paid and filed an appeal, still getting the run around. Im not stopping until I receive my money, I had surgery last year for cancer and they denied my cancer claim, and starting to believe they just find any reason not to pay.

  Voya is absolutely terrible. Im trying to roll over my Voya employee 401K to a Vanguard *** and Voya is super hard to work with, they are slow, and their fees are high. I wish i could leave a zero. And my feedback jives with all of the others here. Too bad companies tie you to them for 401Ks, employees really have no say in the matter.VOYA *****, TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH, THEY DELAY TO HOLD ONTO YOUR MONEY, GAVE ME THE WRONG INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO THE *** THEY WERE SUPPOSED CONTACT, EVERY AGENT GAVE A DIFFERENT ANSWER.

  *******************. Making me jump through so many hoops to try and get myself a loan or even take money from my own 401k for hardship. I had to miss work for a week because I caught covid. And I owe the *** taxes. I have been denied 2 times. Now Im gonna get fd. Thanks Voya. Highly recommend not using Voya.

  Ive been paying a policy now for over 20 years. My love one has passed away July *******. I notify VOYA of his passing. They were going to be mailing me out the paperwork. I ended up receiving a death certificate before receiving the paperwork that was supposedly mailed out to me. I contacted **** and was told I can completed the forms online. After completing the forms I was told they have everything and a check should be mailed in 10 days. Its been over a month now still no check. Someone contacted me because I put for the check to be direct deposit and they wanted to clear up a discrepancy because the check I submitted had a different address. I explained to her that this was old checks, but I still use because I still have the same account. She also stated that they dont do direct deposit. I asked her why was that even an issue if they dont do direct deposit in the form has already complete been completed out and dated so you have the correct address. I asked her when was the check going to be mailed out? She explained to me that they were still in the beginning process. I said to her it has been almost a month now and you had all the documentation that you needed. Why is it still in the beginning stage? She stated to me well thats the process. I did ask to speak to Supervisor. She put me on hold then came back and said the supervisor was not available and she would give me a call back. Its been almost a week now no Supervisor has contacted me. Ive been paying this policy now for over 20 years. This is ridiculous when your loved one pass and you still cant get the benefits that youve been paying for. Mind you its a term policy and it has decreased to the bare minimum and I still cant get that. JUST SAD ??

  Absolutely unacceptablethey are taking months to complete a very simple rollover transfer. *** requested to move my funds to a superior company like ********, but theyre dragging their heels, requiring me to print and fax transfer letters in 2024. Its ironic for a company that boasts about its technology.Overall, the experience has been horrible. Save your employees the hassle and consider partnering with a more efficient provider like ******** or ********.

  If you dare try to protect your money and move it during a market slump, they'll tag you for excessive trading. and you cant move your money for 60 DAYS! An eternity in stock market time. If you do move it, then you cant tough it for SIX MONTHS!!!! Theres NOTHING ethical about this company. They want your money and if you so much as try to do anything with it, like invest it, they will come after you. You have to understand, its NOT your money, it's THEIR money! And they will do with it what they please. If you so much as try to take charge of it, they start hitting you left and right with violations.
