      If you speak to two representatives, you'll get two different answers. I've been on the phone with them for almost a month over ONE transaction and have been lied to more than once. With that being said, MOST reps are actually polite caring people. Unfortunately the problems seem to be baked into the organization ************** Would not recommend. Move your acorns to a different tree.

      They want to increase my monthly payment by 3 times what I was paying yet the payout will be the same. if this is not a scam bad *** deal I don't know what is. The excuse they're giving me is that the cost of insurance has went up. therefore somehow if I don't increase my monthly payment amount by 3 times what I normally paid then I would lose the coverage. I've been paying this God awful company back when it was reliastar since 1987. Only for them to stick me with a terrible deal at the end. If they had shame they should be ashamed of it. If you care about yourself your time your money and your family don't you ever sign up with Voya anything.

      This company boasts they are voted an ethical company of 2024. What a joke! They are furthest from an ethical company that I've ever known. My husband passed away in April of 2024 and I have yet to receive any money. The insurance was purchased through *** Freight as employee benefit. They've denied any coverage, yet have taken money every month for supplemental insurance. I'm so distraught by all of this and don't know who to turn to. After reading the same reviews from other people, I would run as fast as I can from this company.

      I have a 401k plan with through them with **** they have basically froze access to my account, not allowing me to change my distributions or roll it over. And my acct has done nothing but drop $1000 in the last 2 years. Mean while they are still collecting their fees. How can a company that is suppose to be working for you, fail to do the job you pay fees for them to do. And they keep your money

      My husband had a life insurance policy through his employer. When he retired he chose to continue paying for it and we pay through Voya. It was ok at first but now they never send the quarterly bill. **************** (in *****) is a joke. No one can answer questions or really help.

      If I could give zero stars I would.It took me five months to rollover the funds from my *** to another company. They made me jump through all sorts of jumps to transfer my funds. Everytime they would send something in the mail and it would take two weeks to reach me. I attempted to involved the other company as a way to fast track but **** was unwilling to deal with them directly. We they finally agreed to move funds, they said they could not do an EFT and needed to send a check to the other institution. They wavered on the amount of time it would take- initiating they said 3 to 7 days. Unfortunately, the money was pulled from my account and then it was unavailable to me/ not accessible to be invested. I believe the company intentionally delayed the process of relinquishing my money. After multiple calls and support conversations, it finally arrived 3 weeks later. The check also was missing information when received but seem to be intentionally missing information to draw out the process. I would not recommend working with this organization. Now that I see they have this reputation online, I wouldnt recommend using them as your retirement account or for any purpose. I distrust their practices and commitment to their clients.

      I took out a Residential Loan from my account. I was supposed to receive a Direct Deposit which it clearly stated on the Loan paperwork and someone sent a check via snail mail. I have deadlines for my purchase and this is what they do. This is the first time I've taken a loan against my account. I'm not happy!!

      Ive had many problems with this company. I was on the phone with many employees there and they cant seem to find out whats wrong with closing my account.. I guaranteed my money and never sent it and than promised they would call me back no call backs now the contact person who l spoke to his phone goes right to vm also I paid money to get my account closed and never received what they promised its very unfortunate.

      I've been trying to get my funds from a 401K from **** for over 3 weeks. I qualify to take the funds. Every rep I speak to presents a different hurdle to getting the money. Seems they finally cleared all obstacles, but I have not received my check. I opted to have it mailed to me, as a bank transfer is $25. Had I known how unreliable they are I would have opted to the bank transfer. It's been over 7 days and still no check. I have no idea where that money went.

      Voya needs to do better with its FSA management services and making their website easier to navigate. It should notify clients by text messages and emails when statements are available and when documentation is needed for claims. Getting documentation for claims or services is not always easy so it would help if they sent notifications by text and email so that clients don't lose their money for failure to submit documentation. Furthermore, it should definitely send reminders in January and February if there is money unspent on an FSA account. When I called about the balance on my account, I was told that I did not have any unspent funds. However, I found a notification letter on the website that stated otherwise and I only accidentally discovered the letter. **** does not help ensure the client uses his/her funds but could easily do so by sending text messages and emails at the beginning of January and February.
