      This comes is horrible, after using your FSA card months later you start getting multiple emails about providing additional information. If they're the ones that set the rules on what is FSA approved and the items that could be purchased with the card then you have to do additional work to prove that the card was used to purchase items that they state that are approved. If you're busy as I am, time will pass and they will threaten to take away your card and refuse your payment. I've had FSA before with different companies and they were never this demanding. I will not use them again next year.

      I became severely disabled, unable to work. I had to pull some of my deferred compensation funds to make ends meet. I had set a federal tax withholding amount for these monthly withdrawals. Without any notice to me Voya stopped my federal withholding and they stopped sending paper statements. I contacted my former employer - they said **** was responsible. I contacted **** they said they decided my account had withheld enough for the year???!!!!! HOW WOULD VOYA KNOW THAT? **** would not fix this issue, my former employer says it is up to VOYA. NOW I AM DEEPLY IN TAX DEBT AND, TERRIFYING TO WITHDRAWAL FROM MY DEFERRED COMP ACCOUNT.

      Voya ffinancial is the worst company I have ever had my 401K with. The site is always down and trying to login is maddening. I wish I could give it Zero starts, but alas you have to give it something. It's terrible. You ANY other company but them, They lie about deadlines and they manage funds horribly. Avoid at all costs!

      This place is a joke the representatives did not put my information in right so they said it was my fault and they are not to blame. I am not able to withdraw my funds. The do horrible at investing your money. I lost so much money with this company. Do not invest with them.

      There deferred compensation has extremely long wait times for support. Poorly set up for web site for services. It feels like they do not want you in to have any control of your money.

      Voya is a predatory company. These people retroactively raised my health insurance rates from two months ago, AFTER I had paid and the payment was accepted. This is fraud

      Needed my ex employer to sign off on me moving my 401k funds. They said my ex employer did not respond, so my money is still tied up. This makes 0 sense. I have had fidelity, empower, and vanguard and have easily been able to move the money from my 401k to a single account. This has to be illegal.

      I have recently become disabled due to medical reasons. I attempted to withdraw money from my 401k to help with medical bills. They refused to discuss it without seeing my medical information which is a violation of my HIPPA rights. Now that I am no longer employed, they keep trying to hold onto my money by saying that I am "still employed with my company."These guys are thieves at best.

      I am thoroughly disgusted with Voya Financial. I have been trying to collect funds from my 401K for over a month! I have been basically lied to by their customer service. They are not a reputable company. I would advise against putting your hard earned money in their trust.
