      Wish I could give zero stars. It's been a year of attempting to get ahold of ANYONE at Voya who has a clue. My account has been frozen due to some error at ****'s end and when I call, they tell me that my employer has to call. Then when my employer calls they say that I have to call. It's been a year of this: Money keeps going into my acocunt from when I first signed up with my employer, but I am unable to make any changes to my contributions or fund allocations; being severely penalized finacially last year. Time to call the SEC and DOL.

      I mailed a rollover check to them. They returned it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Lets say I live at ************, they mail it back to **************************************************************************************************************************** But it had personal information in the papers and my 10K check!!!! When calling them I have to verify my identity but they can be so carless to send back my check for no reason to the wrong address.

      Voya does not want to give out your money. My company was bought out and we transitioned to a new 401K provider. ****, then took 19 months to finally start rollover distributions for a couple hundred people. For 19 months we heard nothing but excuses from ****...they once told us they have 12 months to get close out the account, they told us we have to wait for them to complete their year end taxes, etc.The reviews all over the internet are the same. Its a major pain to get money out. Doesn't matter if you are doing a rollover, a distribution, or a loan. The company will drag its feet and give one excuse after another so long as it doesn't have to actually give you your money!!!

      This company should be thoroughly investigated. All they do is give you the runaround. All these stories about missing paperwork is true. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Look elsewhere, they will gladly take your money and not give it to you

      I have been trying to help a client of mine rollover her *** with Voya to our institution. Voya is by far the worst financial company that I have ever "worked" with. My client and I have submitted the paperwork several times, both faxing and mailing. Each time, we get a notice that something was missing. Each time, I pull up the forms (that I have saved on my desktop at this point) and highlight the section that they claim was missing. It wasn't missing. It was there the whole time. Then they finally sent a check but claimed that it was denied by my institution. We never received a check or ACH. Every time we call to get information, the people on the phone are rude and condescending. Do not give Voya your money. You will never get it back.

      This is by far the worst retirement company in the entire world! Do not put your money with these people! We have been trying to transfer the money into a different *** since August! They are basically refusing to send all forms that need to be sent out. Every time we call, there's another person that needs to sign off, or another form to fill out....then why didn't you send all the forms together? I'm so mad right now at Voya, I can't even tell you! They are not letting customers take out their own money!! I will be reporting these people to the BBB ASAP! What a joke!

      Biggest waste of time and money! I f you think your retirement account is going to grow with this company, you are dreaming!! You better choose your advisors wisely! These people only care about filling their own pockets!

      This company has terrible customer service. We have mailed a letter in 3 times with the information they have asked for and each time they tell have declined to correct my the account, they have made up several excuses for why they have declined my request.. They have managed to send out letters that decline our request to the address they have on file but cant send us the information we need to access the 401k retirement plan. We will be getting a lawyer involved in the next few months if this issue isnt resolved.

      Kept getting the run around about an accident claim. Requesting more documents to be submitted. Because they claim I have a special case . The problem is they dont want to pay. Sad that this company is able to get away with not honoring what they say. Cancelling my policy!
