Webull restricted my account from transferring the remaining fund (~$500) back to my bank account. Their customer service is unreachable, as I called 3 times, and waited for 40 mins each time. There's no waiting estimate time during the waiting.Business Response

I appreciate webull's referral bonus program, and never had a problem until the promotion ending October 31st. I had enough friends sign up to earn the draw for 300 or *****, but the bonus didn't post. When I inquired, I was told the promotion ended on October 28, which is not accurate. I deposited money into webull in July/ august comes and they restrict my account and I sent in everything my bank statement , verified with the micro deposit and they keep canceling my request back of my funds . This company webull said i had my account rejected but i put 1000$ in and took out 1000$ out. They sent me a notice out of the blue 3 months later saying I have to pay 75$ for no reason. Please investigate this matter. Webull message. i ******,We've already sent you a notification. They always locked my money from withdraw to pay bills on time, I dont have any pending order they are not responding in chat in the app or by phone. They made my account only available during market hours from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. They only show me the lost after the market open some stocks go up during pet market or after market they hid it for not taking any action they always made me a loser. My balance with WeBull has be $0 for years. No statements have been sent to me. I was suddenly charged $5, bringing my balance to -$5, and recently another $0.01 of negative interest in top. The reason for the charge - WeBull tried to send me a physical statement through the mail that was returned. They have my correct address, which I proved to them. No mail would have been returned. And at any rate, why are they sending me a statement for $0 out of the blue? I asked them to reverse the charge and close my account so this doesnt happen again. They have refused to reverse the charge and tell me I need to pay them $5.01 to close my account. ***** surprised at the poor business practices of WeBull. I would like for them to reverse all charges, bring my balance to $0 (as it had been for years) and immediately close my account to avoid this in the future.Customer Answer

I am marking this as unresolved because WeBull ignored my complaint for 2 months and the case was closed (this is back in early August, it's now late September). I already messaged through the WeBull platform and was told that your billing error would not be resolved. I resolved the issue myself by paying the fee placed on my account and closing it.
I'm not going to mark this case as resolved and help improve your BBB value. It was unresolved and WeBull's BBB profile should reflect that. Please stop opening it back up.
